Women who use emergency contraceptive pills have some irregularity and menstrual disturbance for a few months after taking them. Ipill is an emergency contraceptive pill and it contains a high dose of hormones which once ingested disturbs the normal hormonal pattern of the woman and this causes many menses disturbances like excess or scanty bleeding at menses, inter menses bleeding, or delayed menses. So what you are suffering is a consequence of taking ipill. If you are indulging in frequent sex, then the best way to prevent such problem and prevent pregnancy is to use condoms and / or oral contraceptive pills. Which is more better than emergency pills. Approach a gynecologist and get a ultrasound done to rule out any other problems and for treatment.

Love your Body
If you are having trouble feeling positive about how you look, here are some tips to help you begin to love your body:

• Accept there is a no exchange-no return policy where your body is concerned! You have only one body – so make the most of it.

• Start with the top of your head and list the things about your body that you like – your hairs, eyes, shape of your nose, skin, ears, length of legs, ankles, shape of your fingers, etc.

• Look at ways of enhancing your best features and dressings to suit your body and size.

• List the things about your body that you would like to improve.

• Now list those improvements that are within your own control and require the intervention of a reasonable diet, or some lifestyle changes.

• Start making those changes and celebrate each step towards improving your body images.

There are good chances of you to getting pregnancy because age is on your side. Leave healthy and stressful lifestyle and you can start folic acid if you are planning, if even after one year of effects fail to conceive then you might need medicine but till then just relax and keep on trying.

If by the end of 1year you do not get pregnant yourself please consult a doctor. Also the most fertile time is mid cycle if you have regular 28-30 days periods.

I have little bit white discharge Is this normal in pregnancy.
Vaginal discharge during pregnancy can be normal. It should be thin, white, milky, and mild smelling. If the discharge is green or yellowish, has a strong smell, or is accompanied by redness or itching, you should contact your doctor. This is likely a sign of a vaginal infection.

Head down position is normal. Therefore I wouldn't worry too much. Just ensure you follow your doctor's advice and avoid undue stress, take adequate rest, drink enough water. See your Gynaecologist if you have any problems with discharge or bleeding or urinary symptoms

Can I take ovigyn dsr 75 mg once a day and coq10 100 mg twice a day and folsafe plus once a day.
This concoction is used in women with diminished ovarian reserve to improve oocyte quality. There is some evidence that DHEAS and Co enzyme Q improves oocyte quality and may improve chances of pregnancy . You can take them only after doctors advice

I have gained around 2 kgs is it normal?
If HCG is 1.2 only then either there is no pregnancy or you are having missed abortion ( no growth of baby), get an ultrasound done to know the cause. Weight gain without cause especially at your age should not be there. Start some exercises

Want Younger Looking Skin? 3 Foods For You

Want Younger Looking Skin? 3 Foods For You

There are foods that stir up our cells and lead to a breakdown tearing apart the keratin, collagen, and elastin to make our skin look perfectly natural and radiant. Conversely, stress, toxic overload and an unhealthy diet, all contribute to lackluster skin and eventually poor physical and mental makeup. So here we bring to you 3 superfoods that will make your skin feel beautiful and healthy with no chemical loaded creams or botox!
1. Mangoes - Many of us will agree to the fact that mango is one of the tastiest fruits around. So it's a cherry on the cake to know that mangoes also act as an excellent anti-ageing food. They are high on vitamin c content as well as beta-carotene, which gets converted to vitamin a. This duo of vitamins works quite effectively to produce anti-ageing cells and thus keeps our skin revitalized. Mangoes pace up the cell regeneration process wherein old skin cells get replaced by the new cells, making our complexion look youthful.
2. Spinach - This green leafy vegetable is high in nutrients and also contains antioxidants. Besides, spinach is also a good source of iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, vitamin b, c, and e as well as omega-3 fatty acids which help keep our skin healthy and radiant.
3. Munch on walnuts - Vitamin e is a strong antioxidant, which strengthens our immune system, guards our cell membranes and produces red blood cells whilst walnuts are an excellent source of this vitamin type. So include just a handful of walnuts in your diet to say hello to the naturally glowing skin. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dietitian/Nutritionist.

Hi Doctor, I had taken an Ipill on 3rd May (14th day of my menstrual cycle). I didn't have any bleeding till 17th May. My period was due on 19th May. I always had regular 28 days cycle. On 17th May, I started having brown scanty flow. On the same day, doctor had done advanced UPT at the hospital which was negative Then, for next 2 days I had red period like flow which was heavy. My usual periods lasts for 5 days. So, do I still need to take UPT? Or, I am not at risk now?

If you have had a good flow at menses, after taking emergency contraceptive pill, then there is Nothing to worry. To reassure yourself, you can do a urine pregnancy test on a morning sample of urine and it will be negative.
