Hi, what type of anxiety you have. Is it generalised or specific to something. Thought stopping techniques really works for that. Deep breathing also works. Check in which place the anxiety comes, be in that situation for more repeated time. The anxiety reduces. Regards

Hi lybratefor for increases your weight you should increase the intake of dairy product and carbohydrate (potatoes, whole grain banana, peanut butter, rice if your non vegetarian you also add egg and meat in your diet. Kindly rule out pcod. Add mintop 2 % and lac soft application to scalp. For acne use epi duo at night and clin 3 gel in morning. Add ascazinc to this regimen. For acne scar use cutilite topical and good quality suncreen. Avoid acne as it is difficult to treat scars. You may need hormonal treatment as diane 35 etc if pcod is present.

I have lost 8 kgs because of depression n because of that I am having back pain and body pains. What shall I do for the pain and to gain back my weight.

Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Once your backache is ok. Your depression may go away. If not, consult a psychiatrist.

do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 10 gm of HARIDRA KHAND after meals…. C) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and chandraprabha vati after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. Do all things for 15 days. You have irregular periods and flow is less.I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet.Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet.Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs.Do meditation for mental strength and keep your weight normal.

Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. First most imp thing is to reduce excess of oil from face. For that a very good face wash in homoeopathy face wash. Along with avoid spicy fried things avoid outside junk food. Take plenty of water as your hydration should be maintained. Use berberis aqua skin cream twice a day for good result.

It was never a fact that only those people who rise early looses weight.Actually heavy teenagers at your age thinks high but implements less.If you start doing anything with full dedication and start enjoying it ,the results are far better.I can understand that you youngsters have a problem in rising early due to late sleeping( due to mobiles nd Tv in most cases) but I will suggest you to start implementing a few lifestyle and eating changes for next 3 months and see the results and once results start pouring in ,you will start enjoying and you will start waking up early morning even before your alarm rang . 1.Stop eating Fast and Junk food 2.Say bye bye to sweets in every form ,even try to drink Milk without sugar 3.Avoid over eating and try to eat 10% less than your appetite. 4.Eat slowly and nonspicy food,take your time while eating 5.Dont drink water while taking your meals,drink 30 minutes before/after meals.It can be done only when food is nonspicy or you are eating slowly.try it. 6.Breakfast and Dinner light and Lunch medium. 7.Try to take dinner at least 60 minutes before sleeping and dont eat/drink anything except water/Milk after dinner. 8.Try to sleep latest by 9. 9.Now comes to exercise.Everybody has an interest in some kind of activity,whether Cycling,Swimming,Cricket,badminton or any other pyysical activity.Try to give some quality time to such activities for 60 minutes in evenings and if no such activity,then start Gym for 60 minutes in evening.( tread Mill 20 min----Cross Trainer 20 Min -------Cycling 20 Min---) Set up a target of burning 100 calories in start in 60 minutes and slowly go on increasing your target.I have seen youngsters burning 600-800 calories in 60 minutes. Implement the above steps in your life style for first 3 months.See the changes and then consult me for further mode of action if there is any requirement which I feel it should not be as by 3 months time results would start pouring in and would be enjoying your activities and would have already set some high goals for yourself even before my consultation.This is my expectation from you like teenagers John.Fitness is the key to everything,Just keep this thing always in mind.
