Wait Your in lactation period. Start with daily walk. Don't compromise on eating right ad your feeding the baby.

Hi. Divide your meals into 5-6 meals a day (have small and frequent meals ). Replacing meals with protein shakes may help you reduce your daily calories, can help you to lose weight. But eventually you will need to start eating food again, which may cause excess weight to return if you don't choose wisely. And if you rely too heavily on protein shakes to replace regular meals, you'll miss out on the nutritional benefits of whole foods. Make lean meats and egg whites a source for your protein intake. Add colours in your diet such as fruits vegetables. Choose whole grains instead of refined. Sleeping immediately after a meal is not good. Bananas helps you to loose weight but make sure you eat fully ripened yellow bananas only.

both things(exercise and dieting) are important to reduce your stomach..First in the morning drink 1 cup of warm water with lemon *Drink lots of water throughout the day and with all meals *Drink lots of green Tea *Never ever eat sugar *Eat whole foods *Eat all the vegetables and fruits which you want *Eat 5 small meals a day (This includes snacks) *Do not eat anything after 7PM *Do � hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking ) *Eat the good fat (olive oil, *Get 8 hours sleep *Minimize stress *Eat low fat dairy products such as plain yogurt, cottage cheese, skim milk. (No solid cheeses)

Include protein in your diet. Protein strengthens hair and controls hair falling. Eat a high protein diet filled with meat, fish, eggs, avocados, nuts, and beans, or add protein supplements to your drinks.

Alcohol increases desire but decreases the performance. Regular use of wine cause many neuro-chemical imbalances in body including decreasing levels of vitamin b6 - b 12. Besides this, it causes lots of harm to our mind and body. It affects our central nervous system, liver, cardiovascular system, reproduction etc. So you should be strongly determined to leave alcohol. Hello Ruchi, Most of the time, underlying the thyroid disorder is years of abuse of our body. When you don't take proper care of your own nutrition, sleep and invest time for proper exercise, at some point various hormonal systems of body go out of sync. It is very important to have your thyroid hormones as tablets as per your doctor's prescription and periodic check up. And just doing it may reduce your weight little bit. But it will not be enough. You need to work on root cause of this issue. Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibres, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future. You do not have to do rigorous exercise to lose weight but start with something small. Let us say 8 minute workout. Go to you tube and type 8 minute workout and you will see many options. Pick one which you like and can do. Trying to lose weight in very short time will need some form of crash diet. Even if you lose weight doing this kind of crash diet, you will get it all back within no time and all the gain will be mainly fat. Not good for your health. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Demonstrate commitment in your persistent efforts. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do it on your own, find some expert who can help you in this over extended period of time. Best wishes.

*Take pulsatilla 1M ,5 drops daily morning empty stomach for 7 days. *take ferrum phos 6x, 5 tabs thrice a day. As you get the periods stop taking pulsatilla.
