If its just lifestyle change you can start up with these modifications intially but it is always good to get your harmonal check up done like wise tsh etc. Start with a combination of passive & active exercise everyday atleast for 30-40 minutes include high fiber n low fat diet take proper sleep start taking frequent meals do maintain your weight record. As well you need to figure out that what exactly you need, like what is your fat mass and muscles ratio than accordingly you can go further.

Take rest avoid lifting heavy weights and bending forward take analgeics and muscle relaxant with ppi for 2-3 days if your symptoms does not improve, pls visit an orthopedic surgeon nearby.

Hi I will prescribe you flower remedies available in homeopathy shops. These medicines have no side effects and harmless. Mix 7 drops of aspen + 7 drops of cherry plum + 12 drops of rock rose +7 drops of star of bethlehem +7 drops of white chestnut. Mix these liquids in a separate small bottle. Shake well. Join a Gym and start following points 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Pregnancy is a natural phenomenon. If late periods also, ovulation still happens. You can still conceive.

Food is important for the health and growth of your hair as well, like all other body parts. The only difference is that you have to supply the food to the hair follicles before the hair strand grows since once it grows out it is nothing but a dead cell and nothing can make the hair thicker or straighter or healthier. But a healthy diet can keep the hair follicles nourished and the scalp healthy thus preventing hair fall and other various ailments that cause hair fall.

 

Just like your skin, you hair shows damage through dieting too. Just that the skin shows immediately and the hair to show the extent of damage would take longer. But nevertheless a crash dieting or an unhealthy lifestyle would surely take a toll on your hair too along with your skin.

Causes of unhealthy hair: there are also many other reasons for unhealthy hair too like,

1. Excessive smoking,

2. Excessive alcohol consumption

3. Unclean hair regularly etc,

But maintaining a healthy diet throughout would help in combating these much more effectively than any cosmetic products ever can.

There are many food stuffs that can help in healthy hair growth. Taking just any food that is regarded as healthy will not help. You have to know exactly, what ingredients favor in building block of healthy hair. In which food you would get these ingredients. You have to then include these foods into your daily diet plan. For instance protein is the most important ingredient that aids in healthy hair growth. The reason is that the hair strand is mostly made of protein and hence a protein rich diet would ensure that your hair stand is strong such that it does not break easily.

List of protein rich foods:

Vitamin d is also important. You would get vitamin d through the sunlight but remember that too much sunlight can damage the hair instead of supplying it with vitamin d. For protein, minerals and vitamin e, you should take ample amounts of fishes like salmon, eggs, leafy vegetables like spinach as well as lentils too.

It is important though that you consult a good doctor first before taking all the above mentioned food at once. Your doctor can plan out a balanced diet for you.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Many a times you notice one arm appears bigger than the other? Or perhaps you're finding that when you're doing your concentration curls, you can lift 30 pounds in your left hand but only 25 pounds in your right. Muscular imbalances are in fact an issue that some people deal with as they progress through their training. In certain situations this can be due to participation in a particular sport where one side of the body is favored over the other and in other cases, it could be an occupational issue where you are performing one type of action over and over again and because of this you find yourself getting stronger on one side than the other. Usually the strength difference between sides will be what is most noticeable, however in other cases it can be actual size differences that are seen. Before coming to the final conclusion that you are actually larger on one side than the other though, be sure you do ask an outsider's opinion. It can be quite astounding what we think we see in the mirror and what others notice, so just be sure that the difference is what you believe it to be. If in fact you are stronger on one side than the other or you're having trouble getting into a fitted shirt properly due to the size difference, there are a few things you should do with your training to remedy the situation. Train your weak side with singular exercises or within your routine add more strength to the side which is leaner. Try to find the cause of difference. Maybe you are unknowingly working out too much on one side or working out with a wrong technique.

Hello, There are different types of LASER Therapies available in the market for hair removal. It beams highly concentrated light into hair follicles. Pigment in the follicles absorb the light. That destroys the hair. Lasers are useful for removing unwanted hair from the face, leg, arm, underarm, bikini line, and other areas. Lasers can selectively target dark, coarse hairs while leaving the surrounding skin undamaged. Small areas such as the upper lip can be treated in less than a minute, and large areas, such as the back or legs, may take up to an hour. Most patients have permanent hair loss after an average of three to seven sessions. And later in few cases, maintenance sittings are also needed in future. If you are planning on undergoing laser hair removal, you should limit plucking, waxing, and electrolysis for six weeks before treatment. That's because the laser targets the hairs' roots, which are temporarily removed by waxing or plucking. You should also avoid sun exposure for six weeks before and after treatment. Sun exposure makes laser hair removal less effective and makes complications after treatment more likely. The rate varies from place to place and area to be treated. The hormone serum testosterone is responsible for the amount of hair and the genes.

Take homeopathic medicine acid phos 1 m (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Hello You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Its appreciable you doing yoga aasans, just watch your eating pattern and timings you l be able to reduce. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato. Take green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Avoid eating rice at night. Thank you

Large breasts are not just aesthetically unappealing but can also lead to a lot of structural problems including neck and back pain. This condition, called macromastia, is when either breast weighs more than 500 g. Breast reduction, also known as reduction mammoplasty, is aimed at reducing the size of the breasts followed by reshaping them if required. This will not just produce an aesthetically appealing image for the person but also can help relieve problems like neck and back pain.

Indications - When should you have breast reduction?

  1. There is constant back, shoulder, head, and/or neck pain
  2. Constant irritation of skin under the breasts
  3. Breathing difficulty
  4. Grooves on the shoulders from bra straps
  5. Poor posture
  6. Numbness in parts of the breasts and upper chest due to excessive weight
  7. Unhappy with the overall appearance

While these are the problems that mandate breast reduction, the following is a pointer towards who can go for the surgery. Needless to say, not everybody is a candidate.

  1. The person should have overall good health
  2. No active diseases or pre-existing medical conditions.
  3. Skin has adequate elasticity and can resume a firm consistency after the surgery
  4. Emotional and mental stability with loads of patience
  5. Done with childbirth and breastfeeding
  6. Be practical and have realistic expectations from the surgery

Overview of the procedure: 

It is most often a combination of liposuction and gland reduction. Liposuction forms a small part of the procedure and it is the gland reshaping that actually reduces the size. There are many ways to do it and different surgeons may prefer different techniques depending on the size of the breast, quality of the skin, expectation of the patient. The two most common ways are one in which the final scars lie around the areola and vertically downwards and the other in which the scar is anchor shaped with an additional horizontal limb along the breast crease under the breast.

To achieve the best desired results, the first step is to have a detailed discussion. A thorough physical examination followed by mammographic evaluation will help arrive at the best possible technique. Along with the desired results, also discuss side effects, limitations, risks, postoperative care, recovery, and of course costs. Other factors are also to be considered including age, gestational history, feeding history, medication allergies, and detailed medical history including bleeding disorders, lung disorders, cardiac issues, etc.

A decision is then finally made to go ahead with breast reduction, which will not just improve her looks but also her confidence and relieve her of problems that back ache and neck pain.
