i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ...... When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Malaria is caused by a parasite plasmodium vivax which is transmitted by the bite of infected female anopheles mosquito symptoms of malaria 1. Intermittent high fever with chills 2. Profuse sweating 3. Headache, fatigue 4. Nausea, vomiting 5. Diarrhea 6. Anemia7. Enlarged spleen prevention 1. Take anti mosquito measures like use of mosquito net, mosquito repellent, 2. Spraying of insecticides in surrounding and keep it free from vegetation, 3. Wearing full sleeve shirts in the evening, 4. Discarding empty containers for collection of water and promoting mosquito breeding treatment if you are suffering from malaria, you have to take radical treatment of malaria with chloroquine and primaquine tablet after consulting doctor with blood report.

Fat burners are not good for health it will damage your kidneys ,instead of fat burners try natural procedure like drink grean tea and take protein shek after your aerobic workout. Avoid taking heavy meals at a time ,try to eat samll meals like 5 times that will reduce your appetite and reduce weight.

Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak. Also take Nux vom 30-6 pills, thrice a day.

Dear, These are Causes of lack of sleep : • stress • Anxiety • Depression • Pain • irregular schedule of sleep such as sleeping during day time & working during nights. • Excess intake of alcohol , caffeine (tea, coffee) • Due to drugs , Due to high blood pressure . • Aging Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration ,irritability, fatigue . So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep : • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep .You can also do foot massage daily it destress you . • Do not take stress . Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant ,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night . Licorice roots to stop hair fall Are you looking for best herbal remedy to stop hair fall? Licorice is a herb that can be very helpful in preventing the hair loss and hair damage. Licorice helps in getting rid of scalp irritations and soothes the scalp. If dandruff is a cause of hair loss this remedy can be actually helpful.Soak few strands of licorice roots in milk overnight. In the morning grind the mixture to make a paste and apply this paste to the bald patches before going to the bed. Leave it overnight and shampoo in the morning. Apple cider vinegar to reduce hair fall Apple cider vinegar can be effective to control hair fall and it gives soft and manageable hairs. Mix one part of apple cider vinegar in one part of water. Take this mixture in a spray bottle and spray onto your scalp and hairs. Massage gently and leave on for 5 minutes before washing off with a mild cleanser.If you do not like the smell of ACV, just mix a little amount of your regular oil to the vinegar and use it. For better results make use of this treatment at least twice a week. Juice of potato for controlling hair fall Lack of vitamins and minerals can cause dry and brittle hairs which can trigger hair fall. Potato can be a good remedy to control hair fall in this case. Potato is rich in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, manganese, phosphorus, copper and niacin which can be helpful for boosting hair growth. Crush some cleaned potato and squeeze out the juice. Now apply this fresh juice directly onto your scalp and hairs. Leave on for 30 minutes to an hour but do not let the pack get dry. Wash off with plenty of water. Grape seed oil controls hair loss Grape seed oil is an effective natural hair conditioner and moisturizer. It can address hair issues like hair loss, dandruff and weakened hair. You can use grapeseed oil as a regular hair care product to get healthy hairs. Grape seed oil contains anti-oxidants that might be effective to control DHT production at the hair roots, which happens to be one of the main reasons of hair fall. Simply massage your scalp and hairs regularly at night with this oil, let it seep in overnight and wash off with a cleanser in the morning. Safflower oil for hair fall For preventing hair loss and baldness safflower oil can be used. This oil is rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids which are vital for healthy hairs. You can find two varieties of safflower oils in the market, both of which can be used for hair care. Safflower oil is helpful for permed, colored and dry hair. Use safflower oil for massaging the scalp. Leave it on overnight and rinse in the next morning. Use it every alternate day to get healthy hair.

It is piles The first home treatment for piles that is highly recommended is ice. Ice will help constrict the blood vessels, reduce swelling and give you immediate pain relief. • Apply an icepack or a partially melted piece of ice wrapped in a cloth directly on the affected area for about 10 minutes. Do this several times a day until the hemorrhoid goes away. • You can even use a small pack of frozen vegetables such as peas or corn. Wrap the pack in a tea towel and then apply it on the hemorrhoid. Do this for 20 minutes at a time, three times a day.

Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, pastas and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts and seeds.Try smoothies and shakes. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes made at home. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Hello. We can minimize the pain during menses with diet and medicines (which are safe to take).. Diet: - Calcium is a mineral associated with building healthy bones and teeth. However, it may have some applications in minimizing the harmful effects of menstrual cramping. So,increase your intake by eating low-fat dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese or green leafy vegetables. - Body uses vitamin B-6 to manufacture new red blood cells. When you lose red blood cells via menorrhagia, your body will need more to build new cells. Also, vitamin B-6 is required for your blood sugar to stay at healthy levels. This can help prevent menstrual cramping-related mood swings and fatigue. Vitamin B-6 is found in fortified cereals, bananas, spinach, sunflower seeds, avocados, tomato juice and salmon. - Just as foods can help reduce the symptoms of menstrual cramping and bleeding, foods can aggravate your symptoms. This includes eating excessive amounts of sugar -- such as cakes, cookies and pies. These are known to contribute to water retention, which make you feel bloated and uncomfortable. High-salt content foods -- french fries, pizza and other fried foods --- can also contribute to bloating. Caffeine-containing beverages like tea and coffee should be avoided as they can contribute to headaches, mood swings and trouble sleeping. - If she has craving for chocolate, make sure it's over 70 per cent cocoa. This bittersweet treat will help you relax your muscles. - We all know fluids are essential when your body is cramping or bloating. Drinking two to three litres of water during your period is essential. - Tea is an easy way to replace your caffeine craving. Green tea to soothe cramps. now, even though green tea contains caffeine, try decaffeinated green tea instead — but be aware, you may lose some health benefits with a decaf version. Caffeine is another no-no. Drinking lots of coffee or pop during your period can increase higher levels of tension and anxiety. - Avoid anything that can damage your liver should be off the list. So, avoid alcohol. - Red meat, Smart says, is also know to cause stomach upsets and cramps. Medication: Start giving her homoeopathic medicines - Mag. Phos. 6x and Colocynthis 200 - every 2 hrly. during the time of menses. And take Five Phos. and Alfaalfa Tonic regularly - thrice daily for 1 month. Revert me back.

For fast growth of moustaches and beard apply these very useful methods: • Do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA yogasana daily. You can ask me for the details & steps of these asanas. • Take 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder and 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder mix it and take it with water once in a day. • Do running and jogging daily as it increase the hormones levels. • Do neck massage with oil daily.
