Hunching over a desk is a leading reason why people end up with crippling back pain at some point in their lives, specially for those who has desk job. But a few simple changes in the way you work can make your pain go away. 1-Keep your head up; Focus on aligning your head and neck right above your shoulders; avoid straining forward. 2-Be choosy with your chair: Pick one that allows your lower back to rest against a lumbar support. Then tilt the back of the chair so it’s very slightly reclined. 3-Plant your feet: Keep them flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart to quiet tension in your knees and ankles. 4-Take breaks: Getting up at least once an hour— just do some shoulder rolls—reduces pressure on spinal disks and boosts circulation. If your back pain is severe please go to a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your pain. Best wishes.

Avoid excessive cleansing of your skin. Use soap/facewash not more than 2-3 times a day. Plain water can be used to cleanse whenever required. Pat dry your skin after washing it.
Keeping your skin moisturized is the key to healthy looking skin in winters. Pick a moisturiser with spf for mornings. Keep your lips happy and healthy with liberal application of lipbalm.
Though its very tempting to have a hot water shower, it should be best avoided. Hot water tends to dry your skin.
Use a body moisturizer within 3 minutes after your shower/bath.
Do not ignore the sun! cover your body to protect your skin from the cold dry winds and the sun.
Application of almond/coconut oil all over the body (other than your face) 20 minutes before a shower would help it stay soft and supple.
Skin is the mirror of internal organs, staying healthy is necessary to look healthy. Stay well hydrated and get adequate sleep. Include omega 3 fatty acids in your diet (especially beneficial in psoriasis), fruits, vegetables and nuts.
Exercise increses blood circulation to your skin and keeps it healthy. Avoid smoking and alcohol- nicotine causes premature ageing and makes your skin appear dry and dull.
Avoid using harsh astringents, alcohol based toners or peels on skin. Cream/oil based cosmetics keep your skin moisturized for longer hours.
Winters can exacerbate a few skin problems and help must be sought immediately.
Stay happy- it will show on your skin.

I think you are right about the possible depression, which seems anger based. The anxiety is fear based and may cause you undue distress. Depression and anxiety often appear together and so the doctors may be right probably seeing more of anxiety. However, you must meet with a counselor too and get good assessments on the basis of your information sharing. Both the feelings of anger and fear must be dealt with for any change. You may need to learn much about emotions too, and the counselor will meet that need too. The visit to Pune may have been just the trigger and so there is nothing to attribute to the place. But in that visit by staying away from home may have caused more distress than you know to precipitate the depression. First, visit the counselor and discuss your problem at length. If necessary take your parents and your entire developmental history from prenatal days till today. Also it would help if you took your family history from your grandparents onwards. The counselor will help identify the origins and give you a series of things to do. If your depression is really severe, that person may suggest a doctor?s visit too. Now cooperate with both of the therapies for the best results, for a substantially long time. Do not discontinue the counseling, if you are on medication. You must be active and work towards your reformation. Many lifestyle changes need to be made to progress away for the condition. When you are depressed, you will feel lazy though I would like to call it lethargy. There is an inertia and lack of energy to even think, let alone act. You are required to literally do the opposite of what you feel like doing. Depression makes you want to withdraw, lie down, sleep, become lethargic, slow down, make you too lazy to even think etc. So when I suggested doing the opposite, you will need to fight this disease. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins and vegetables, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three things, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings too. Suicide ideation is part and parcel of this condition but it is never a solution. Life is to precious and you must reach out in time to preempt the impulse. Don?t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. You are young and you can do it with some commitment.

Follow these methods & instructions to clear dark circles : • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly . • Drink 8 glass of water daily. • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes . That has bleaching property. • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily . • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily . • Apply rose water daily for 10 min daily . • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi ) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it . • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily . Drink a glass of milk daily . • Do not take stress do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes .

I am 27 yrs old male and have sugar problem from last 5 yrs my fasting sugar level is around 300 and hb1ac is 12.6. I am not taking any medicine now. The doctor advised me to take triglycomet tds, volix m 0.3 mg bd, janumet 50/500 od, amlopress 5mg od but when I taking medicine my weight is gaining regularly even 6 kg in a month, I also examined my thyroid levels which are normal. please advice me what can I do.

Your hba1c level is too high. You must start the anti diabetic medicines immediately or else it may lead to severe complications. After 3 months once the hba1c levels are normal you can opt for ayurveda medicines.

There are two ways to treat ACL injury. Treatment depends upon severity of injury and resultant laxity. Physiotherapy is done for muscle strengthening and if there is improvement to such an extent that patient doesn't feel any instability then well. if patient doesn't feel he had stable knee, treatment then becomes Arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL. there is no way to repair ACL.

Hello, yes it can be increased after the age of 21 years. You should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. Play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi, Please follow these home remedies to cure constipation: - Eat a big bowl of papaya daily before or after food. - Soak dry fig in water overnight and eat it in the morning everyday. - Add 2tsf of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a glass of hot water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning. - Eat one medium sized raw potato along with its peel daily. - Include lot of vegeables like cucumber, carrot, onion,beetroot, ladies finger,radish, snakegourd, beans, etc, both cooked and raw , in your diet. - Add 1tsf of pure ghee to a glass of hot milk and drink it at bedtime.

These are the methods to treat pimples & dark spots: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Start controlling your diet and minimize the food intake, every alternative days eat only fruits and juices, and other alternative days less than your hunger, try not to eat anything after sunset, start eating triphla chooran in morning empty stomach with luke warm water.
