I am 25 years old, completed my nursing now working as a staff nurse, diagnosed with ivdp l2-l3 through mri and sciatica symptoms. After taking treatment for more than 6 months also pain din' t subsided. So doctor advised me for surgery but personal I dont want to undergo surgery.
