Its casual and normal. if u are having pain and swelling with it then u shuld be a little worried. take the below remedy for 1 week it will subside. 1. Put one teaspoon of fenugreek in a cup of water and set aside overnight. Then next morning, mix well and drink. 2. Apply luke warm coconut oil daily at night. 3. Increase Ca intake in diet.

Mr. Lybrate-user, it is good that he wants to visit kashmir. Walking long distance is actually god for health. If his blood sugar levels are in control, then there is no worry. He should carry is rgular medication in adequate quantity. Take care of proper food intake and not missing his anti diabetes medication. For taking care of pain, he should carry any pain killer which he is comfortable with. But it should be used very sparingly. I do not see there is any reason to worry at all.

From past 2 weeks my left knee is paining. I can't able to walk normal. A bit difficult. Previously my weight is 48. Now it is 56 is that a cause. Since 1mnth I had my right knee pain but I took calcium tablets. It was ok now. But now my left knee is paining. Kindly tell me the reason. I'm suffering alot.

If your pain is that severe that you are having difficulty in walking then you need to consult a Rheumatologist immediately. Nothing can suffice a detailed history and physical examination. Arthritis of any kind will not get treated with calcium. It just maintains your overall bone health.

Our suggestion is regular medicine according to physician and tell her do regular walk 15 minutes daily and exercises 3 days a week 30 minutes each session and foot diet.

Hi, I am 27 years old female and having pain at my backbone tail end point. I fell on stairs since then it's been gently paining. I met a doctor and he suggested for X-ray, I got that but there was nothing X-ray report. Everything is fine. Doctor tole me that it's due to lack of calcium. It's been approx 1 year now but still pain is there. please suggest.

Hello, avoid high heels strictly & junk foods. 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. Hi, knock knee is a structural alignment of bones. Because of that type of alignment, it is possible for the muscle tension & pull accordingly. It is necessary to do postural assessment & advice specific exercises, meaning which muscle to stretch & which one to be facilitated for improving strength. General exercises may be beneficial if that addressing similar to your situation, but my concern would be to have proper guidance. Best wishes!

Hello, masturbation is a healthy way to release one's sexual tension. Engage in masturbation only & when you are sexually aroused. However, masturbation has no evidence of causing back pains. Maybe your posture or change in routine might be affecting your lower back.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you dont get relief consult physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. If there is pain in whole upper limb with any other associated symptoms like numbness, paresthesias etc, then there can be a possible impingement of a nerve. You are advised to start with gentle anti inflammatory medications, physical therapy, if radiating pain is severe, then medications for neuropathic pain etc can be started and normally your symptoms should settle in next 5-7 days, if they do not subside, then a detailed neurological examination and appropriate investigations need to be done. Don't worry. Took physiotheraphy for cervical spondylosis. And avoid pillow while lyinig. Use collar for neck frequently. And take tab. Shelcall d3 one a day for a month with the advice of your cardio doc.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same.

Hello, if pain is not after an injury and if its diagnosed as osteo arthritis then regular exercises will help you rather than taking pain meds. If there's no swelling use hot packs to relieve pain and if there's marked swelling try using ice packs. Keep your knee straight and keep a towel roll under the knee, and press the towel roll downwards with the knee and hold for few secs. This exercise will be help you in long run. Seek a professional for more exercises which you can continue at home.

(C) Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days (D) Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises (E)Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take (F) Do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. (G) If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

fat free and carbohydrate poor diet that helps in weight reduction will be helpful. she can take lots of fiber and water rich fruits and veg. calcium rich diet will be useful (dairy products, spinach, ragi)

Hi lybrate-user you got some damage there in your knee either it's ligament or cartilage. please see some good sports physiotherapist for proper assessment. Time while you put ice packs twice in a day. For 10 mins.

I have a problem in back bone and the pain increase day by day so give me suggestions.
1) avoid those activities which increases your pain. Eg: prolong sitting, forward bending etc. 2) one should find out the cause of your pain eg: if the pain has started suddenly, it could be a muscle pull while playing or bending or long stretch sitting 3) if the pain is since long and is increasing gradually then you should go for a radiological report to diagnose the problem. Once the cause is known, treatment can be done accordingly. Mean while, focus on the following points: 1) place a cushion and support your back while sitting. 2) check on your footwears. Bad footwear leads to back pain 3) place a pillow under your knees while sleeping straight and between your both knees while sleeping side lying (this technique helps to relax your muscles) 4) use a hot water bag/ heat belt to the painful area, heat will improve the blood flow to the muscles and hence will allow them to relax. 5) start certain stretching and strengthening exercises attest twice a day.
