I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Bypass surgery gives a new life. Person has to be careful about food, exercise and other factors that lead to heart attack like smoking and pollution and stress. You know about heart surgery and someone after surgery must have explained about aftercare about diet and exercise. If not do get back here for guidance. Yes person leads a normal life 3 months after surgery, may be it works like a shock treatment because people contribute more to self and society.

Salt water helps treat low blood pressure because the sodium in salt increases blood pressure. Do not overdo this remedy though, as excess salt can prove to be unhealthy. Simply mix one-half teaspoon of salt in a glass of water and drink it. You can also drink sports beverages. Raw beetroot juice is helpful in dealing with high as well as low blood pressure. For hypotension, drink a cup of beetroot juice twice daily for about one week. Other natural fruit juices are also considered helpful in this regard.

Dear Lybrateuser, -Chest pain at your age could be due to hyperacidity, stress, anxiety or sedentary habit -avoid spicy, fried & junk food, have fresh homemade food, do not skip meals, keep your meal timings fixed, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than 3 large meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, do not lye down immediately after meals -have 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper digestion -take syrup Gelusil, 2 teaspoonful 20 min after every meal -do regular exercises like walking, jogging, swimming for 30 min, also do yoga & deep breathing exercises for 5-10 min in the morning to relieve stress & for good blood circulation -keep yourself relaxed as getting excited can lead to pain -also get your BP checked up, if not much relief then have to do investigations & consult a doctor.

To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

I think you are young, healthy adult. It is common to have pulse 100 if you get exerted. Any how if you still need to check your heart get one ecg, x- chest, etc.
