You must do massage of the knee daily twice a day with sea same oil one inch above the knee one inch below the knee shin bone four inch below the knee 15 time each point and under the hollow portion of knee daily for five days. After that call back with the results and for more details like cracking etc.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

मस्तिस्क रोग उपचार। 1.देशी गाय का घी या तिल तैल 2-2 बून्द रोज नाक में डालो सुबह शाम। 2.तगर चूर्ण1/2 चम्मच और शहद 1/2 चम्मच मिलकर खाने के बाद खाना। 3.देशी गाय का मक्खन और मिश्री(बड़ी शक्कर) मिलकर खाने से बहुत जल्दी दिमागी शक्ति बढ़ती है। सामान्य स्वास्थ्य नियम 1.खाना खाने के 90 मिनट बाद ही पानी पीये। 2.पानी हमेशा बैठकर धीरे2 घुट-घुट करके पीये। 3.सुबह उठकर बिना मुह साफ़ किये १/२ से 1 ग्लास पानी पीये। 4.फ्रीज़ का ठंडा पानी कभी ना पीये।

Once I had a sports meet and I was having fever but even then I went for the race, after the race I got cramps that I couldn't even walk, I was admitted in hospital but I never fully recovered, now the problem is even after 6 years, I get the pain whenever I bend my knee fully, I did exercise and build leg muscles but still not much difference, what to do now.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

For first 48 hours of injury do ice massage, for minimum movement of foot you can use crape bandage & tie it firmly, do not put pressure or body weight on your injured foot. After 48 hours do hot fomentation & isotonic exercises gradually move towards the isometric, partial weight and then to full weight bearing position. Don't do exercises if your foot have pain, swelling or discoloration of your foot. In that case consult orthopedic.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Please note that you could be having some chest infection/cold/injury. Better do a x-ray of chest and shoulder joint. Till the time you can take mag phos 12x - 4 tablets - thrice daily and additional dose for pain. For further queries get back to me.

First of all do pregnancy test at home with first morning sample of urine tomorrow. All these symptoms may be because of pregnancy only.

Hi gm. You have to be very careful if it is ligament injury. Avoid twisting cross leg sitting. Kicking hard. Jumping from height. Use knee guard in injury prone places. Avoid injury to you r knee. Do strengthning exercises tieing weight just above ankle 2 -3 kg. In form of weighted cuffs. Do the 10to 15 counts thrice aday. Increase 2 counts every month. Do squatting 10 counts per day thrice or twice a day.

Hi please thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am dr akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Please since your pain is only 15 days old and you have also not mentioned any radiation of pain to limbs or any other associated neurological symptoms, I advise you: please - to maintain proper posture while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated Hamstring Stretch While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds Repeat 3 times for each leg.
