Hello,
As it is mechanical problem, we can only make the pain better by giving her homoeopathic medication. Give her homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day.
Let her do Physiotherapy/ Ayurvedic massages which would help her in reducing her problem to pretty good extent.

Asked for male, 40 years old from Jalandhar
Mr. Lybrate-user, the problem as described appears to be plantar fasciaitis. This occurs due to inflammation of plantar fascia. Occasional pain killers are useful. But most importantly certain exercises like standing on toes, walking a few steps on toes, stretching the ligament by pulling the foot towards you while keeping the lower limb straight, with a belt and holding it in that position for 20 counts, doing the same for a number of time daily, can help. Spot jogging on toes can also help. Using soft foot wear is also useful.
