Wearing a pair of comfortable laced up shoes which would support your feet rather then high heels and slippers will prevent you from falling.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

You need physiotherapy. And that is called frozen shoulder. All shoulder movement are block slowly slowly as soon as start physiotherapy its taking 45 to 60 in recover.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

As per your concern you need to do following remedy 1. Soak 10-15 raisins overnight in water 2. Eat them on an empty stomach next morning 3. Follow this with 1 glass of water 4. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.

You might be suffering from diabetic neuropathy. Unfortunately there is no good medicine to cure this condition. You should take vit. B12 supplements. There are also a few nerve medicines that help. Sir, After running Hyderabad 10K in Nov 2014, my right Achilles tendon started paining very severely. There has been slight swelling too. The pain has still not subsided and there is still slight swelling.

You can take cold therapy for this,alternatively u can also immerse your feet in a bucket of ice cold water for few mins.Do some ankle stretching exercises,and use a soft heel pad in the shoes.If it doesnt get better see a physiotherapist.

Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. To start with, take Bryonia 200--once daily in the morning and evening for 6 days.

Dear lybrate-user smoking doesn't have direct harm on your ankle ligaments recovery but as this is not good for your health you should quit smoking. Kindly start gentle ankle stretching & strengthening ex's. Avoid running/skipping/loading activities till pain subsides.

Shoulder is a complex joint and need detailed evaluation and imaging to come to a diagnosis. Xrays with different views will give some idea about bone pathology. Usg can give lots of information about soft tissue and being dynamic study it will give lots of information. Mri will show much more details to confirm the diagnosis. Most importantly clinical examination will lead to a diagnosis and then can be confirmed by imaging.

This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. X rays of both knee joints (digital) physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikid plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don't ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
