1] Avoid fast food, oily food, packaged food, junk food, ice-cream, soft drinks, sweets , bakery items, rice and potato. 2] Eat a plate of salads before lunch and dinner. 3] Do not drink water immediately after meal. You can take it after an hour. 4] Do not lie down soon after meal. Have a walk after it. 5] Do not sleep in the after noon. 6] Take a glass of lukewarm water with a spoon of old honey and some lemon juice in the morning. 7] Consume old grains as new grains tend to increase weight. 8] Have brisk walking daily at least once. 9] Do not sit long. Take a break and walk for some time in between work. 10] Drink plenty of water and eat more salads and green vegetables.

Hair trauma is a very common now days if you want to have Long hairs then 1. Take proper care of health while going out 2.Apply Arnica hair oil and use Arnica shampoo. 3.avoid Hair colours n chemicals.

Hi Doc, I am 24 years old boy and from last 5 6 years, I am having pain in my knees (more often in right knee) whenever I do some physical activity or sit on indian toilet or cross legged do some running. Now the problem has been increased, feel pain even while laying down or sitting idle on chair more in right knee than the left knee. Also from last 2 months, I am feeling pain in other joints like elbow, wrist and knuckles. Have met many doctors but nothing is working. My mother has also the problem in knees from last 15 years, she is 55 year old. Is it heredity problem? Following tests are done recently: uric acid is 5.9, RF factor -negative, ESR - 06 mm, CRP - negative. All these are normal. Doctor has prescribed me following medicines but these are not working. 1.sunbless -once in week 2. Gemcal DS - daily one time 3. Cartigen Forte - daily twice Your thoughts are required. PLEASE suggest me something. Thanks.

Knee pain is a very common medical condition that occurs due to constant wear and tear of the knee joint. It can be experienced by older adults, young adults and children. Women are more vulnerable to knee pain than men. The exact location of the knee pain can vary. Pain can originate in any of the bony structures compromising the knee joint (femur, tibia and fibula), the kneecap (patella) or the ligaments and cartilage (meniscus). Knee pain can be localized or diffuse throughout the knee. Home remedies for knee pain. Applying cold compresses to the painful knee is one of the best and easiest ways to reduce pain and swelling. The cold will constrict the blood vessels, reducing blood flow to the affected area and thus reducing swelling. It will also give you relief from the pain. Wrap a handful of ice cubes in a thin towel. Apply the compress to the affected knee area for 10 to 20 minutes. Do this two or three times daily until your pain is gone. A bag of frozen peas also works well as a cold compress. You can opt for alternating hot and cold compresses as well for chronic pains. Mix two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in two cups of filtered water. Sip this mixture throughout the day. Drink this tonic daily until you recover completely. You can also add two cups of apple cider vinegar to a bath tub of hot water. Soak the affected knee in the water for 30 minutes. Do this once daily for a few days. Also, you can mix together one tablespoon each of apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Use it to massage the affected knee once or twice daily until the pain is gone. Crush a small piece of fresh ginger root, add to one cup of water and boil it for 10 minutes. Strain and add a little honey and lemon juice. Drink two to three cups of this ginger tea daily until the pain is gone. You can also massage the affected knee with ginger oil two or three times a day until you are satisfied with the results Add one-half teaspoon each of ground ginger and turmeric to a cup of water and boil it for 10 minutes. Strain, add honey to taste, and enjoy twice daily. Boil one teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of milk. Sweeten with honey and drink it once daily. Another option is to take 250 to 500 mg turmeric capsules three times daily. Follow these remedies daily until the pain is gone completely.

Hello. Its not good in this age. Firstly avoid taking excess protein in your diet. If you are non veg then stop this for few days because non veg is rich in protein which increases uric acid levels. Stop legumes, lentils, spinach, soft drinks, peas, cheese. Drink lots of water as much you can. It will regulate uric acid. Prefer milk and curd instead of cheese and buttet milk (lassi). Start regular walk in morning. All these steps will control uric acid level. If you want fast result then you have to take medicine for this. You can consult me for medicine. It gives fast result. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hello lybrate-user please note. If you find you suffer from allergic reaction to hair dyes too serious, you need to consider not using these dyes at all. If you already have developed cross sensitivity, stop using any of the chemicals such as azo dyes even in foods and other chemicals mentioned above. This is a great way of preventing such hair dyes allergies. Go for alternative products that might not trigger hair dye allergies as we have seen, paraphenylenediamine and other chemicals, it is a good idea to go for based on para-amino diphenylamine (pada), 3-nitro-p-hydroxyethylaminophenol or paratoluene diamine (ptda) which are much safer. They are though less dark or deeper in color but they are less sensitizer for most people. In addition, buy vegetable-based dyes or henna dyes, which normally do not cause allergic reactions. Some of the safe products to buy include the ammonia free hair dyes, hypoallergenic hair dyes as well as all natural hair dye. Furthermore, use temporary hair dyes, sprays, rinses, and highlight (bleaching agents) without ppda and go for lead oxide dyes that can help in darkening grey hair. Some of the safe hair dyes to buy include advanced cosmetic technologies permanent hair coloring kit.
