Considering the age of your daughter the black colour on the teeth could be nursing bottle caries which is frequent in toddlers. It happens wen the child takes prolonged feeds at night or sleeps while feeding which causes retaining of some milk in mouth leading to decay of back surface of teeth. It is advised to wipe clean the teeth with moist cloth after each feed to prevent decay. Visit a pedodontist for further evaluation n treatment. Take care.

There are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! get your blood tested (empty stomach) for – CBC, ESR, AEC, Sputum examination, Urine (R & M) and Stool examination (R & M) done. The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Hi. I am 31 years female. Have hypothyroid from past 10 years. Recently I have not got my periods and checked my tsh level. Its is 0.9.So I reduced the dose from 100 mcg every day to 5 days 100 mcg and 2 days 75 mcg. I used regestrone tablet twice daily for periods. I got my periods but the bleeding is very light and it has been 9th day of my period and still I am having brown colour light discharge. Can I use styptovit E 500 mg tablet morning and evening for 1 day to stop brown discharge?

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems including irregular menses are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Homemade remedies to treat acne and pimples: you probably are under impression that it is tough to treat your acne and pimples. Try our homemade remedies and explore your beautiful skin. Sugar scrub: dead skin cells when get clogged in pores often mimics the acne problem. Scrubbing the skin is the most natural and clinically proven method to exfoliate. Do not scrub too hard, it may irritate and damage your skin. You require: sugar, lemon juice how to use: take half cup of sugar grind it well. Add 10 drops of lemon juice to it. For dry skin, you can add olive oil to give moisturizing effect. Dip your fingertips into the mixture, and scrub on your face in circular motion. Apple cider vinegar: acids in vinegar exfoliate and treat scars on your skin. Also improves skin tone and balances skin ph. It helps to open your pores, shed off bacteria and dirt thus reduces the risk of acne and pimples. You require: apple cider vinegar, distilled water how to use: to 1 part vinegar, add 3 parts water and mix thoroughly. Dip a cotton swab into it and apply it on pimples. 1) Eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat.

2) Eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc.

3) Eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes.

4) Eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal.

5) Have proper rest.

For the past 2 days I am waking up with a minor morning dizziness. I have desk job (which obviously involves hours and hours of sitting in the same position) for which probably I am guessing there is a pain in the neck too. Could this be a cause? Or is this related to the ear?

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Kindly take powders of ashwagandha and gokshura in equal quantities, mix them well and take this powder, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk, empty stomach, twice a day. Take ksheera bala 101 capsules, 2 caps, twice a day after meals. Avoid excess tea, carbonated drinks, spicy food, fried food, bakery products in your diet. Restrain yourself from excess masturbation and indulgence in wrong practices. Make sure your you sleep 7 to 8 hrs at night regularly. Stay in touch, continue the regime for 45 days. Good luck.
