Avoid using hot hair-styling products. Use of hot irons, blow-dryers, and other appliances producing heat damage the hair. Ensure that your blow-dryer is set on a low temperature setting. • Protect hair from damage due to heat by applying a protein lotion before you use a blow-dryer.

Have fiber rich foods, do brushing properly by following proper brushing methods, consult dentist every six months once, get scaling done, for whiter teeth, you might have to send your oral images so that I can check and revert back.

I am 26 years old 62 kgs/5.3" I am heavy on the arms and lower body. How can we reduce inches + fat from arms, hips and thighs without any medicines? One of the gym trainers told me it is necessary to do weights for arms and leg machines like leg press and hamstring , weighted lunges, weighted squats etc. ? I diet along with workout thrice a week spread over cardio, functional and leg workout each. Also I have heard that once you stop going to the gym you gain double of the weight you lost. Is this true? I have also heard that squats and lunges may increase the hips and thighs. Please help me with what is true and what are myths and a solution to this problem.

Dear lybrateuser, -You can reduce fat by diet & exercise & not with any medication -you are already following a diet programme & exercising in the gym under a trainer,follow the instuctions for a month or so & then see if any changes are there if instead of getting toned & slim you are bulking up with muscles then you should reduce the weights -also include brisk walking & jogging when you are not training in the gym as these exercises in the fresh air are more effective in reducing the overall body fat & will help you in the future to maintain yourself even if you donot go to the gym, swimming also is a great option to get your body toned & slim especially arms, hips & thighs, the advantage of these outdoor activities is that they can become a part of your daily routine & you know how much you have to do to achieve desired results, the weight loss once achieved will be maintained throughout unlike a gym where if you stop going your weight may start increasing -also be active throughout the day by doing some activity even sitting at the desk you can exercise your arms by stretching them above head then bringing them down so plan your diet & daily activities in such a way that help you maintain your weight even when you stop going to the gym -there are also some new techniques in the market which help you reduce weight -it takes sometime to strike a balance but be reglar in whatever activities you do.

Carrot juice is very effective in reducing fat from your body. • Take one or two fresh carrots and peel off its outer skin. • Now put the carrots in a juice blender and extract its juice. • Drink a glass of carrot juice every day in the morning. • You can also include carrots in your daily salad mixture or eat as raw carrots or can even have it steam cooked with other vegetables every day to see a visible weight loss.

Hello. There is no need to reduce any weight, you do have an ideal weight and height!! So, be happy dear! For Pimples: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Sir, I am 35 years old male, got diabetes 6 months back, I am taking glimee sr1 tablets twice a day.Also taking small spoon fenugreek seeds powder morning empty stomach.Is fenugreek has no side effects on kidneys, can I take this in continously.Please also suggest me naturall medicines which has no side effects and cure my diabetes.Is there permanent cure for diabetes please reply.

Due to wrong dietary habits. With lack of exercise and also family history of dm any of above or all causes dm. Go for yogasana like gomukhasana which stimulate pancreas to secrete more insulin that reduces your medicine doses. Eat only natural foods. Dm has no permnant cure. But we have medicine that causes very effective control of dm. Consult.

I have been using adaferin gel on my face now my nose is getting black especially my nose Please tell.
Here the best tips to lightens the darkness. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the dark spot. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 5. Avoid oily food and high salt contained foods like chips, chinese food and non veg. * take proper sleep. Minimum 6-8 hours sleep for glowing of skin. 6. Try to reduce your stess level by doing meditation like pranayam in morning, or take long breathing on closed eyes while listening soft music.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Might be because of weak back muscles/ longer duration of sitting continuously/ lifting some heavy weight/ incorrect posture/ may be deficiency of vit d. Precautions- avoid sitting continuously. Avoid lifting heavy weight. Do hot fomentation start doing back muscles strengthening exercises. Correct posture. Still pain doesn't subside, visit doctor.

Firstly you should take nux vomica 200 / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for one week. After one week you should start with five phos 6x / 4 tabs thrice a day for one month. Keep regular walking with exercises, at least, half an hour in the morning and half an hour at evening. Take normal and healthy diet, along with liquid or liquid diet. Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.
