Hi doctor my weight 42 and age 21 doctor told me its becoz of lack of enzymes so eat more khata like tomato be imli .and he told that my stomach size has become too small its need to little large .plus he checked my bp which was fluctuating it was 140/60I think so .it was bit surprising for me. And ya I have taken 3 bottle of alfa tonic before but till now no growth in weight its same 40 to 45 from last 6 years .so this time I consult acdoctor he gave me kalmegh and two more liquid in Bootle but I don't know their name. What should i do?

Dear Lybrate user, When you suffer from a lack of digestive enzymes, it can cause nausea and diarrhea because your body develops intolerance to foods. Stomach pain and bloating can occur because of food that goes undigested for long periods. This build up of gas can also cause belching that can also be problematic for you. Are you having any such problems? Alfalfa tonic is a general health tonic for loss of appetite. Eat raw vegetables and fruits. Snoring occurs due to resistance to the airway that may be due to local factors like enalarged tonsil, adenoids, fatty neck, bulky tongue. Now a days many modalities are available to find out the underlying cause and treatment of snoring like laser, coblation etc. So consult an ent specialist for this. Do steam inhalation and use nasivion nasal drops 2-2-2-2 for 2 weeks. U will feel better.

U dont sleep becoz of stress. Give break stuy go out nd do some exercise. Sleep is compulsory to stuy nd do well in exam. Wen you do exercise you body will tired and you will gud sleep. You will b fresh next morning.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

No. Its not onion juice. Professionals n trychologist use the onion extracts n not the onion juice. Please do not use onion juice as it has no effect n you will only end up getting fever.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic rx - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. Daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - cbc, s. Iron, s. Folic acid, s. Ferritin, s. Calcium, s. Vitamin d3, s. Vitamin b12. If there is any family history of thyroid dysfunction, get thyroid function test done as well.

I have lot of problems in stomach. Ie. Gas problem with pain on left side abdomen, weight keep increasing, due to gas problem stomach look like pot belly, motion is not proper, that too gas only. Hi lybrate-user Healthy choice of food, proper workout routine can lead to a better you. Starting and following the steps as planned towards the beginning can be hard, but everything gets accustomed with time. Don’t ever overdo with any exercise and do as far as the body permits. Individual predisposition, natural abilities and genes should always be taken into account while implementing an exercise program. A slim person would normally have high metabolism than a not so slim person and can achieve better results working out only 3-4 times a week, 5- 6 times for the latter. We lose water via sweating, urinating and breathing, etc. Thus we lose more water during hot weather, even if you aren’t sweating. Don’t let your body get dehydrated, supply yourself with water and required fluids whenever the body demands. Do not ever skip breakfast as not eating well at the starting of the day can result in being hungry later on. Choose your food well. Snacking by sitting in front of the TV is the easiest way to hamper your diet. Thus, watch out what you eat. Burn up a particular amount of calorie to maintain the balance of your health. Settle for several mini meals than one huge meal during the day, as you tend to over eat while you are very hungry. Protein is the ultimate fill me up food as it’s both satisfying and healthier than carbohydrates or fats. Have more vegetables and fruits. Fill your stomach with more amounts of vegetables than carbohydrates. Include more fiber in your diet which would also help you lower your cholesterol. If previously you used to have one cup of pasta, try replacing it with one cup of vegetable and lesser pasta for consumption. If you are determined to lose weight, take time lose it, drastic reduction in anything is not a healthy option. Get quality sleep. Getting enough sleep may make you feel rested and full and keep you away from unnecessary snacking. Get to know portion sizes. Try to right-size your diet by using a kitchen scale or measuring cups to measure your meals for a week or two. Use smaller plates and glasses to downsize your portion and get satisfied with whatever is available in the plate. Switch your food habits if you understand it’s not quite healthy and nutritious for your body. Opt for salads tossed with pepper and lemon to add flavors to it. Try skipping alcohols and nicotine. As alcohols contain empty calories it gets converted into direct body fat. Celebrate but not with food. If success comes your way then celebration is mandatory. Do celebrate but treat yourself with assets or shopping and not with an enormous pizza or a chocolate sundae. Fill your house with healthy snack Exercise regularly and maintain the consistency. Workout with a companion. Keep a diary of your progress and check your weight at regular intervals.

1. Most important thing is take lots of rest as a routine part of your life. Sleep for atleast 8 hours 2. Limit your screen life. Take breaks while working on computer and wash eyes frequently with cold water. 3. Wash your face twice with a good cleanser like tea tree face wash and use soothing toner like rose water or tea tree after that. 4. Use Kojic Acid based cream below eyes for atleast 4 months.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve. Other than that, try yoga, deep breathing, meditation, moderate exercise, progressive muscular relaxation and guided meditation.  If you are feeling suicidal, consult a psychiatrist immediately.

If possible send a digital pic. Patchy hair loss can be due to simple diseased conditions that can be cured within few weeks to complicated autoimmune disorders that included alopecia areata. If it is not treatable with mecicines you can always opt with follicular hair transplantation, a simple solution and is permanent.
