Hello, you can apply baking soda or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. This will help to heal your ulcers. If they still persist, you need to consult a physician and get your vitamin B levels checked. If required, you can take supplements for it.

first of all sleep early..last by 10 o clock ...enough sleep will not cause drowsiness drink plenty of fluids....take 2 -3 glasses of lukewarm water on waking up in morning...and deeply inhale the morning fresh air for 5 minutes ..all these things will help ..u can do a short light jogging exercise also

Its better to avoid soft or fizzy drinks. All food & drink containing sugar, sticky food, dry mouth, improper oral hygiene that includes improper brushing, flossing, & tongue cleaning can cause tooth decay.

What is your height? your weight is due to eating empty calories and not complete food. To loose with heathy food like eat every 2-3 hours in moderate amounts, a combination of more fibre, whole grains, sprouts, legumes, salads, 3-4 cups green tea, 1 fist dry fruits to have virgin fats, no to aerated & sugary beverages, junk foods, fast foods etc. And exercise for 45 min including yoga especially kapal bharti - 15 min every day. I have knee pain when I was walking on the stairs , i'm not able to walk fast on the stairs .if I walk upto 10/15 steps I got pain and I would have to stop walk or stay fro 2 mins and then to continue for walk.

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Just break a leaf from the plant, cut it lengthwise using a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the jelly-like substance inside. Apply a little of this gel to the itchy area and leave it on for a few minutes.

She must have angular cheilitis. This would increase with hot and spicy food. Apply vaseline in this region. Have multivitamins. Firstly, don't bite your lips. Apply a lip balm without color or flavour in it on lips. Use ghee, cream, or vaseline. Don't use menthol containing items. Avoid mints. Steer away from silver coated sweets.

Symptoms of hypothyroidism:- tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, hair loss, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Take diet for hypothyroidism:- high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread, Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, Avoid few foods in hypothroidism i.e. caffeine products tea,coffee, tabcco, alcohol / wine , kale, broccoli, spinach, mustard green, cabbage, turnip, millet, cassava, linseeds, pine nuts, soy products as soy milk, tofu, soybeans, soy souce, also avoid stress.
