Hi, I am 35 years old I have lower back pain upper back pain and neck pain also I have done so many medical tests like vitamin D, calcium except MRI but the doctor (Orthopedician) said all results are positive. He given some pain killers temporarily I got relief but my problem is not solved. I am working on computer long hours. I think this is sciatica or stiffness problem please give me some solution.

posture correction must do physiotherapy treatment for few days. stretch ur spine and legs. avoid long sitting toward bending. tk soft pillow for back support.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

For frozen shoulder exercises are the treatment. Severe pain can restrict your shoulder exercises, so take anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen round the clock and once pain is relieved start exercises. If pain is not relieved with medication you can get an injection called Suprascapular Nerve block done by a Pain specialist to get good pain relief and start exercises.

Hello, I would suggest you to consult a physiotherapist, who can diagnose root cause of your problem and treat it conservatively if possible. Meanwhile do not do the activities which increases the pain also apply ice if the pain is localized or sharp shooting. Lying down should relieve the pain. Make note of activities which increase the pain which can be long sitting, forward bending, long standing or walking, cross leg sitting etc and avoid them.

Firstly avoid all exercise and tk heat fermentation twice a day and rest ya physiotherapy treatment to relief pain. Then start stretching exercise and spine extension exercise, bridging exercise.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi we should give strignth to left leg so take following remedies 1. Lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day 2. You are having natural problem which occur after delivery once feeding the child with mothers milk starts, mothers do develop these problems. These are due to loss of Calcium and decrease of total iron . One needs to maintain good health by adding lot of green leafy vegetables and diary products in diet. Pain in the neck is possibly due to bending your neck for feeding your baby and such strains and stresses on the neck muscles leads to Muscle spasm and even some cervical spondylitis which resulets in stretching over the nerves thus causing pain in the hands and arms. Similar thing can occur which lower back muscles and lead to pain in the legs. The culprit here is lack of calcium. You must get you Vit.D levels checked and take Vit D , Calcium and iron tablets. Do some neck muscle and lower back muscles exercises, deep breathing and walking . Have good diet and good stable mind with positive mind set such things do happen in post natal period and are not chronic and are manageable very easily with change in Life style .

Hello. Please eat protein rich food like meat milk eggs and greens. Drink lots of water and fruit juices. Take arnica 30 / 4 globules / 4 times for 8 days. Try acupuncture acupressure sujok treatment.
