Tk physiotherapy treatment with rest. Not permanent only maintaing by physio. Surgery is the last option but risky after relief you can start sm exercise like spine extension, and strectching exercise.

Sir my Vitamin count D is 8 and since last month I am having frequent pain in right hand joint after taking pain killer it is over but after two days again it start pains in leg knee joint take it pain in hand and legs joint at irregular interval.

Your vitamin d is very low. You need to start vitamin d and calcium. Sunlight exposure. Milk consumption. You need exercises as well.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Neck advice hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow.

All report are well and taken all pain killer and medicine like muscle relaxer but not effective also doing exercise for core after it feeling well then some time as usual stiffnes. Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins leg pain happens when your muscles are tired or dehydrated. Drink more water if you're prone to leg cramps. Also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Pleas check you calcium and magnesium levels.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me.

I am 28 years. I am getting back pain at lumbar spine since one month. In the x-ray it is normal. In bmd it is -1.6. Please Suggest me. I have undergone physio therapy for one week. But there is no improvement. Please Help me.

Sir 1. start with physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise for spine. 2. Don't sit on floors 3. Don't lift heavy things 4. Take calcium and methylcobalamin supplement with omega 3 for three months minimum. 5 use lumbar spine belt also.

I want to reduce my belly fat. But I can't workout wit crunches because I have got lover back pain because of some extra muscle growth in my lower spine (found after MRI scan), and crunches causes heavy back pain. Please advice any other better option.

Even though exercise is very good for over all health it does not result in much weight loss. Crunches are not essential for losing belly fat. Making significant changes in diet can surely result in weight loss and it does not take extra time. there is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. i will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. If it works, continue. If it doe not give enough result, consult. 1. do not eat anything sugary or sweet. 2. eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner 3. do atleast 30 min of exercise every day of any kind.

Pain killers are not advised for longer period. Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning.

If there is a disc dislocation it will not heal in 2 weeks a proper treatment is required. Please do a x-ray of the lumbo-sacral region first. Take Mag phos 12x - twice daily and revert back after 7 days. Continue treatment.

Dear lybrate user avoid any gels and facewash use gram fluor and turmeric instead also eat plenty of vegetables and whole fruits and drink plenty of water since pimples is a chronic disease it needs to be treated by internal medicines only any external application is like treating the effect where cause remains the same or may be suppressed to more deeper level by suppressive treatments.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.
