Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Hi, I'm 22 years old my height is 5'4 and weight 64, I am facing acne problem from last 5-6 months, I've been consulted so many doctors so far and they said because of hormonal imbalance acne occurs in you skin, and currently I've taking 2 medicine i.e Yasmin and isotretinoin 10 mg, my pimples are gone now, but all over the skin is having red marks and pimples scars, please help me for marks.

Hi lybrate-user! The treatment you got for your acne and hormone imbalance is absolutely right. The acne is now improved but yes the scars and pigmentation and redness takes a tad bit longer to go. For the redness and brown spots you can opt for treatment like chemical peels, platelet rich plasma and microdermabrasion. For the scars i.e. Pits the apt treatment would be multiple sittings of dermaroller, fractional laser and platelet rich plasma therapy. You can consult a local dermatologist for these in clinic procedures. You should use sunscreen religiously to avoid further redness and darkening. Also take a diet rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin E, healthy fats, beta carotenes some nuts, flax seeds, to improve healing and skin texture.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

On sitting for long time or driving bike and after returning from work I noticed in my leg got swollen in ankle area to knee and when I press and release with my finger a hole patch is left behind for 2 to 3 min what is this is something serious ?

Having stone in middle calyx of left. Kidney 4.2 mm. Tiny cyst of. 9 mm with wall calcification small. Direct inguinal. Hernia in at right this is based on my. Latest finding KUB. USG. And as per urine routine. RBC. 5.6. And WBC 2.3. Now my issue is having burning urine. And right testicle pain on. Medicine. Since 5 days 2 tab. Neeri trice a day Alka 5. 2 Tbspn twice a day. And. Zifi 200 twice a day 7 days (as I am allergic to Sulfa and other antibiotic group)

You have burning during urination and pain in right testicle. I advise you to do urine routine examination to rule out infection in urine and TESTICULAR scan test to rule out hydrocele or varicocele and tell me report for better guidance and proper treatment.

CONSTIPATION:is due to an incorrect lifestyle and irregular eating patterns, not taking enough fluids,sedentarylifestyle.Foods that are heavy and difficult to digest, as well as oily, spicy, fried, and junk foods are the culprits. Eating food in a disturbed atmosphere or in front of the television and being awake late at night all lead to bowel disturbance. Psychological factors like stress, anxiety, fear, jealousy, and sorrow also play an important role. DIET & LIFESTYLE ADVICE: Increase intake of fiber, especially fruits and cooked vegetables. An Apple or Pineapple/Pomegranate each day is helpful.  Drink 7-8 glasses of lukewarm water each day. Take daily morning and evening walks for at least 20-30 minutes each. Eat whole grains /nuts/sprouts and Muesli in breakfast Avoid refined foods like white flour, bread, pasta, pizza, white rice,or high protein foods like cheese,meat and cold foods like ice cream or chilled drinks  Take meals in a relaxed and calm atmosphere. The food should be warm and freshly -prepared, as cold food slows the digestive power. Take 30 ml/6 tsp of syp Duphalac thrice daily after meals with lukewarm water. Soak 3-4 dried figs after washing them overnight in water. Eat them first thing in the morning,

It is always better to increase healthy weight. If you want to increase your weight, start taking some of healthy protein like wise milk, curd, paneer, etc. Pulses and legumes are very good option. In winters there are very good variety of vegetables, you can start taking a combination of veggies and legumes.
