Hello, you need to  regulate your life style, first. Go for meditation to reduce your stress to nourish hair follicles to check hairloss. Tk, plenty of water  to moisten your  scalp to check dandruff, inorder to condition hair follicles to check hairloss. Gastric disorder, triggers hair loss, hence, tk,  easily digestible diet on time to check gastric disorder. Avoid, junkfood,  alcohol & nicotine, scorching Sun & dust. Tk, homoeopathic medicine:@ Acid phos 1000-6 pills, wkly. @ Jabornady Q-20 drops with olive oil,  apply on scalp. You may opt 'hair loss package 'to ascertain a better result Tk, care.

Hi I can understand your concern melasma presents as dark pigmentation over the face daily on checks nose forehead area treatment depends on wether it is superficial ,mixed or deep type various treatment modalities are available superficial can be treated with creams containing hydroquinone, kojic acid ,arbutus etc along with strict sun protection sun protection can be achieved with the liberal use of good medicated sunscreen and using wide brimmed hat or other clothing while travelling mixed and deep melanoma require certain procedures like chemical peeling ,nd yag laser etc but melasma has chances of recurrence hope this helps in case of further query you can discuss on my personal page regards.

What eatables should I consume on a daily basis to have strong hair and to avoid hair loss? Thanks in advance.
To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair.

Hi your height can grow till 25 year take following remedies 1. Flax seed powder 1 tsp after lunch and dinner with warm water 2. Lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day 3. Ashwgandha churna 1 tsp with milk at 6.30 pm exercise 1. Swimming 2. Skiping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.

Hi all, I am 27 years old. I have fast heart beat since last two or three months but since last some day's it's quite faster. I had my Ecg with two different doctors they said ECG is normal. Now. Don't understand the reason for palpitations. Please let me know and how to cure it .my heart rate was 115 shown in ECG. Is there any effect on heart please let me know.

Check your hemoglobin. Anemia leads to increased heart rate because given concentration of hemoglobin carries less oxygen and to carry needed amount of oxygen, heart has to pump same volume of blood more number of times which you perceive as increased heart rate and palpitation. If your hemoglobin level comes to be normal, then anxiety may be the reason behind your tachycardia or increased heart rate.

Hello lybrate-user If you are Starting recently then 8000 thousand step a day would be good or 30 min of Cardio { threadmill and cross trainer or cycling } would be a good. If you have been doing workout regularly 10,000 steps a day would be good. Its all about how much your body can take. A step by step method with slow increase in pace would be a good way to be active and less strain on your body.
