Hello- An increase in vaginal discharge/Leucorrhoea takes place during excitement, sexual activity, masturbation, and anxiety; between menstrual periods, the day just before a period, during illness, or when a woman is physically worn out. -Aloe Vera is also helpful for leucorrhoea and is known for its healing effects. - Topical tea tree oil cream is known to be effective against various vaginal infections. -You can also start ayurvedic treatment if want a permanent cure.

You on your own don't have to do anything in it just follow your doctor's advise in some cases baby gets out of the cord loops with its movements in the womb in that case even surgery will not be required in such cases doctor will repeat the scan to judge the condition and decide accordingly

Sir / Madam, My friend had a intercourse with his gf 18 days ago. She should've menstruation 5 days ago but it'd not occurred. Does she has conceived? How to stop pregnancy? Is there any pill or abortion is the only way?

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
Sir / Madam,
My friend had a intercourse with his gf 18 days ago. She should've menstruation 5 days ago but it'd not ...
Yes she has very high chance to be pregnant as she has missed her periods. Please get urine pregnancy test done asap. If it is negative keep repeating it every week. Menses can also get delayed by hormonal changes. If she is pregnant, till 7 weeks of pregnancy it can be aborted with abortion pill, which you can get only after visiting a gynecologist.

I am 18 years old girl and I am suffering with irregularity in my monthly period. Tell me please what cam be the reason.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
I am 18 years old girl and I am suffering with irregularity in my monthly period. Tell me please what cam be the reason.
Menstrual cycle can be disturbed if you have an imbalance of the hormones oestrogen and progesterone. It's not unusual to have a hormone imbalance for a few years after puberty and before the menopause. This can cause your menstrual cycle to become longer or shorter. Your periods may also become lighter or heavier. Lifestyle The following lifestyle factors can also upset your balance of hormones and cause irregular bleeding: • extreme weight loss or weight gain • excessive exercise • stress Polycystic ovary syndrome Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) occurs when very small cysts (small, fluid-filled sacs) develop in the ovaries. The usual symptoms of PCOS are irregular or light periods or no periods at all. This is because, in women with PCOS, ovulation (the release of an egg) may not take place as often as normal. The production of hormones may also be unbalanced, and you could have higher levels of testosterone than normal. Testosterone is a male hormone that women usually have a small amount of. Thyroid disorders A thyroid disorder is another possible, but rare, cause of irregular periods. The thyroid gland, found in the neck, produces hormones that maintain the body's metabolism (the chemical processes your body uses to turn food into energy). Your Doctor may test for a thyroid problem by taking a blood test to check levels of thyroid hormones in your blood. Anaemia Iron deficiency due to improper diet intake can sometimes lead to irregular periods. So a thorough phyical examination is required regarding the weight History,Menstrual history,Dietary habits and any life tyle change that tookplace in her life.Only then we can reach to a diagnosis and can start a treatment for that particular problem
