For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

*Take pulsitila 1M ,5 drops daily morning empty stomach for 7 days. *take ferrum phos 6x, 5 tabs thrice a day. If u get the periods within 7 days then stop pulsitila and if not then get a USG lower abdomen done. Revert me with report.

Hi doc. Ts is imthiaz. I have few questions. I can't able to remember certain names, places (names) I frequently forget those names. I Do not no why. But I can able to remember many many things in childhood. And also words collaboration is often. This issue in me about 4 month. And I have piles problem. Doctor suggest me to intake PILEX Tablet. Essential foods for hair growth

In today?s times, our lifestyle and diet has changed so drastically that health and beautyconcerns are a constant source of worry! skin troubles and hair troubles are a plenty and are a source of embarrassment for women all over the world. hair growth foods:

1. Green leafy vegetables:
green leafy vegetables are the best food for hair growth. Spinach, lettuce, leafy greens, turnip greens, broccoli, beans and green peppers are rich in nutrients that help and promote hair growth. Regular intake of green leafy vegetables will ensure growth of hair and also strengthens the roots of hair. The green leafy vegetables reduces hair fall very effectively.

2. Other vegetables and fruits:

Dear lybrate user, sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. I have an old stretch marks on my knee and on the back of my calf muscle for the past 4 years due to weight gain I have used variety of stretch mark oils and stretch mark lotions for almost six to eight months to remove them but there seems to be no difference. Is there any other solution to help me remove these stretch marks totally leaving no marks and not coming again with the cost effective remedy besides painful and expensive laser surgery.

Strectch marks occur due to sudden stretching or sagging of the skin. Stretch marks also depends on the elasticity of a person’s skin and the skin elasticity depends on the vitamins like vitamin E, omega 3 & 6.
