High uric acid level can be caused when human body either produces too much uric acid or your kidneys do not eliminate uric acid rapidly enough. A high uric acid level may cause increasingly frequent attacks of gout. A high uric acid level may also cause some people to develop kidney stones or kidney failure. And some people with a high uric acid level also develop high blood pressure, heart disease or chronic kidney disease. Factors that may cause a high uric acid level in your blood include: Diuretic medications , Drinking too much alcohol, Genetics disorder , hypothyroidism , Immune-suppressing drugs, Niacin, or vitamin B-3, obesity, psoriasis, Purine-rich diet — organ meat, dried beans, driedpeas, mushrooms and other foods Avoid protein diets, avoid more milk products. bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. Do test KFT every 6 months to monitor levels of it. Take tab. Zyloric 100 mg once a day. Tab. Ulracet sos for pain in joints .

You are very young and most likely will not have any issue with your brain. Try following things regularly and you will see results in 2 to 4 weeks. Concentration is a mental skill that you can develop. There are two ways to improve your concentration: first, raise your brain's natural ability to concentrate. In other words, increase your attention. Second, adjust the environment around you to make concentrating easier. To improve your concentration takes a little time and effort, but it can be worth it. In my personal experience with students. This can make noticeable improvement in a relatively short time. Ideas for daily concentration-boosting habits include: mindfulness meditation - many studies confirm that 20 minutes of meditation or more per day improves concentration and attention span. Focusing on your breathing, known as mindfulness meditation, is one of the simplest way of meditation. Start with ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes before bed. Proper sleep -i am sorry to say it. Pulling all nighter will not help with your grade. Unless you are getting sufficient restful sleep, you are not going to be as mentally focused as you could be. Brain game -. The more you use certain skills, the more they are reinforced in the brain. So it makes sense that playing concentration games and games that require you to focus will improve your concentration ability. You need to be consistent in this. Play for about 10 to 20 minutes each day. Have fun, and get the benefits but remember not to spend more than 20 minutes a day. Your goal is to improve your concentration and not the score in the game! eat healthier - your brain needs the proper nutrients to allow you to focus. Eat more vegetables and fruits and avoid consumption of junk food as much as possible. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Exercise is helpful in both reducing stress and increasing focus. At-least 20 minutes a day would go a long way. Optimize your mental state & environment in addition to building the habits described above into your daily routine, also adjust your environment and your current mental state to improve your concentration when studying. Create a study spot. Your brain loves routine. Create a place where all you do is study. An obvious choice is a secluded desk of some kind, but the trick is to make sure you only study in that spot. Studying in bed is a bad habit, for example, because your body is trained to want to sleep once you get into bed. Remove distractions. Turn off the ringer on your phone and take other steps to prevent interruptions. Don't study with the television on or with talk radio playing. Some studies have shown that soft instrumental music (no vocals) can help improve your concentration. Block background noises. If you have to study or work in an environment where it is too loud (classroom or open space) or too quiet (such as at home or at a library) you can get easily distracted by outside influences. With the right amount of background noise you can actually block out distractions and enhance your creative thinking. Use time boxes. Set a time limit when you need to study new material. For example, let's say you want to read one chapter in a book (and remember it). Decide in advance that you can have 45 minutes to read the chapter, and 15 minutes to review it. Set a timer to keep yourself honest, then pace yourself to keep within the allotted time. Stay motivated with rewards. If you see studying as burden, it's hard to concentrate. One way to stay motivated is to set up a reward system. Tell yourself you have to earn that hour of watching your favorite show later in the evening by first completing one hour of intense studying. That way, even if the material is dry, you have the reward to look forward to. Take a break every two hours. You mental energy will begin to decline after a long period of study. So every two hours or so, take a ten minute break. Walk around, eat a light snack, or just stare at the wall to relax your mind. Concentrating is the first step to learning anything new. Have plenty of water by mouth have regular warm saline gargle. And home made freshly prepared lemon juice which is eich in vitamin c thereby increasing thr body autoimmune system which prevents infection go fot morning walk followed by freehand exercise. It will be ok.

My father age is 65 he is suffering from parkinson. His health going down day by day he take levodopa 4 to 6 times in a day. He is also so impatient please suggest how can we care him.

I understand your concern for your father. In physiotherapy we have several techniques to treat Parkinson’s patients like stretching exercises, manipulation techniques, mobility program, co-ordination/balance training etc. Physical therapy is the best treatment that we can offer to patients to make them work independently by increasing there functional performance. So I would recommend you to take him to physiotherapist who can make a best treatment plan from further deterioration of disease. By the time you can ask him to do daily walk for 20 min (if he can do independently) and general mobility exercises so that his muscles does not get stiff / rigid. Regards.

You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity.

Hello, you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 650 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get your BP checked 6. It could be due to fungal infection 1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2.. Take one tablet of levocetrizine(5mg) at bed time if itching is severe 3.Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply candid powder in the affected area 4.Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one 5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one 6.Maintain personal hygiene 7.consult doctor for further advice

Penis pain after sex is a common problem, especially in young men. Fortunately, in most cases, soreness in the penis is not likely to be a serious condition. Occasionally, however, it may be necessary to seek medical help, especially if you have other symptoms.

Part 1: possible causes of your sore penis after sex

If you experience soreness in the penis after sex, it does not necessarily mean you have an infection or a serious problem that needs treatment. Try to find out which of these possible causes may apply to you:

1. Prolonged sex

The most common cause of having a sore penis after sex is prolonged sex, especially for those who are unaccustomed to it. This is usually the case for younger men or vigorous sex. If you have never had much sex before, your first experience may make you feel a bit sore because of the friction on the skin. Do not be frightened - it usually goes away within a week.

2. Extended manual stimulation

Masturbation or a hand job by a partner can cause soreness, especially when prolonged because rubbing with the rough skin of the hand increases friction.

3. Friction

This can be due to unaccustomed sex, a new experience, or a different type of friction used during sex.

4. Oral sex

Usually, oral sex does not cause a sore penis after sex unless your partner's teeth accidentally cause injury to the penis.

5. Lack of lubrication or dryness

Dryness of the woman's genitals can increase in friction during sex, which can be reduced by using a lubricant.

6. Circumcised

Soreness after sex usually affects the foreskin. However, if you have been circumcised, the skin of the shaft of the penis may be affected.

Kindly get scaling done and use mouth wash and gum paint twice daily for 15 days. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. Also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath. If there is swelling in a particular tooth then kindly get an x-ray done of that tooth where there is swelling. May be there is infection and you may have to get root canal treatment done followed by a crown or cap. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

Dear, at your age, memory problems like amnesia are not common. Many young people are having problems with memory. These problems are either they are too busy or due to anxiety and stress. Busy people use organizers or employ a personal assistant because they can't remember every task. You need to understand this. Hi, Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4 hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc. Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

You need to do an elimination diet for at least a month. Reintroduce 1 food type one by one for 1 week and see how does it suit your body. This way you will get a clear picture of what foods suits or do not suit your body. This method can cure your acidity. Once cured you can start with a weight gain diet.
