Hello, take, homoeo-medicine** @ heper sulph 30-6 pill, thrice a day. @ myristica 30-6 pills, thrice a day. @ calendula q-10 drops, with 1/4 cup of water, clean your face, specially boil on the face. Report, wkly.

Your ideal weight should range from 52-56kgs. When it comes to weight/ fat loss it's all about being sensible with food. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. You can't just work on one body part. You have to work one lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

This is due to the anxiety disorder that you suffer from. Anxiety triggers hyper ventilation - short fast breathing that can in turn lead to the above symptoms. When you start experiencing these symptoms, sit down. Do ten rounds of deep breathing. Drink one cup of fresh fruit juice or almond milk. Believed to be used by even Christopher Columbus on his discovery voyage, papaya is known as the angel of fruits. While it is not a taste that most usually enjoy the very first time, it can grow on you slowly and then stick on forever. The raw ones are used in salad and curries, the ripe can be eaten either in solid or liquid form, alone or in combination with other fruits.

Some of the wonderful benefits of papaya are listed below.

  1. Anti-inflammatory: The various minerals and vitamins (A, B, C, K) in papaya help improve immunity and prevents infections. It also promotes healing of burns and wounds.
  2. Cholesterol control: The antioxidants, flavonoids and fibre help in cholesterol/plaque accumulation in the arteries. The lipid and triglyceride content can also be reduced with regular consumption of papayas.
  3. Digestive benefits: The enzyme papain contained in papaya is quite effective in reducing the damage caused by eating junk and oily foods. It helps in breaking down proteins and is, therefore, useful as a home remedy for indigestion. It is also rich in fiber and helps relieve constipation.
  4. Diabetes: The high fiber content in papaya combined with the low calories (a medium sized fruit contains about 110 calories) is a boon to diabetes patients. Stop flunarizzine rather take tablet beta cap plus once daily night time for 3 months. In case of acute pain take tablet brufen twice daily with tablet rantac empty stomach for 3 days.

With age, your skin loses its firmness and elasticity slowly leaving open pores which look very upsetting especially upfront. It's very important not to use any form of products available in the market for this on your face. Instead what you can do is use an oatmeal scrub which you can prepare at home using some oat flakes n honey. This vil help reduce the pores and moisturise your skin. Do this twice daily and a month later you can top up this method with some medication which vil bring significant changes. Your next problem namely dark spots can be due to various causes. something that vil help you is a broad spectrum sunscreen with spf 30 to be used thrice a day. This vil definitely lighten your spots and protect you from new ones. You vil need medications for a complete response.

Sir, my grandfather has several illnesses, and other doctors told me that it is not curable. Im mot certain what the diseases are, but im going to describe some conditions about him. My grandfather is unable to move properly and always lies on the bed. He can barely walk. His speech is very slurred and needs extra effort to speak clearly. It has gotten to the point where we are unable to understand him. He also remains always idle. He never moves and stares at the ceiling. He also had alzheimer before showing these conditions, where he sometimes forgot smaller details spoken to him. He now never speaks, does not react to our voices, and other external stimuli. Could you please tell me what is going on? Thank you.

Hi, I think your granfather is old enough to have such problem. Actually, as you told he is not able to speak or react and even move, he has become tired of speaking, coz he is clear enough that whatever he speaks others want understand and react, but I think he can definitely see others around him so please if he knows to read then, kindly write in bold letters "your affection towards him "if you really love him. I can understand from the way you have expressed your grandfather's difficulty that you love and care more your grandfather. Do not worry, you are still young to understand what exactly happened to him. Each and everyone as we Grow older and older, our organs function slowly decreases and then finally stops functioning then, that is the end, but some stay healthy for long, the reason is some are strong, some are weak, some are hereditary problem, some are not. Many reasons matter, what to do we are not God to do some magic right. But at this time, I want you to express your love to your dear grandfather through actions, Do take care of him as long as possible, he will feel the comfort and warmth definitely from you all that is the happiness you can give him. It could be due to urinary tract infection 1. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass) daily 2. Get your urine examined for re/me, culture and sensitivity 3. Consult doctor with report for advice and treatment.

Do muscle building exercise and follow proper diet. Eat extra frequently. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Take more protein foods like meat, egg, fish etc. Use nuts, seeds. No water during meals. Take proper rest at night.

These are the cause of whitening of hair: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to nutrition • Use of chemical products • Due to pollution For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions : • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours .Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself . • You can apply amla powder , Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it . • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo . • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily ,and a glass of milk also .You can eat cheese or soya protein . • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily .you can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from whitening. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo . •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

Some tips • Squeeze a lemon in a cup of warm water. Drink this water as soon as you get up in the morning. Drink lots of water throughout the day, keep yourself well hydrated. • Drink green tea in the morning. It has antioxidants that help the body to burn fat and detoxify. Eliminate all juice (except natural pomegranate juice) and soft drinks from your diet. Drink only 1 cup of coffee a day. • Avoid junk food at all cost. • Start exercising. Do ½ hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking on an incline every day. Do light weight training for upper body three times a week. • Snack on a small amount of almonds (5 at a time) throughout the day (4 times a day maximum).

Dont worry about getting fat. You will automatically get fat wd age, as your metabolic rate reduces wd age. You should concentrate on gaining stamina n not weight all d v best.

In my wife's breasts before menstruation becomes lumpy internal conflicts comes with inflammation stiffness which is quite uncomfortable. Please advise the pain is too much. before some time took medicine for pregnancy.

Hi this is very much common with young females don't worry about it during menstruation you can take tab metal forte thrice a day with plenty of water for three days rest of the time it is not required. It will stop slowly of its own don't worry.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take medohar guggal of baidyanath 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.

Hye. Summer can drain you of energy and cause tiredness. A healthy and balanced diet is essential, especially in the summer. The summer heat deprives our body of all the energy. Excessive perspiration in summer results in dehydration. Rehydration is essential irrespective of the activity levels and thirst pangs. Liquids at very cold temperatures should be avoided. Increased consumption of very cold liquids, results in the constriction of the blood vessels. This in turn reduces the loss of heat which is essential in summers. Holy basil seeds/ tulsi seeds added to water or fruit juices proves an effective cooling drink for the summers. Soft drinks contain added sugar, preservatives and colors. Therefore fresh fruit juices without added sugar are preferred in summers. Fried foods, such as french fries, potato patties, chips, samosa, wada pav should be restricted thereby reducing the thermal effect of fat. A light and healthy meal will make you feel comfortable. Avoid very spicy foods. Whole fresh fruits supply a good amount of water, in addition to minerals and vitamins. A bountiful supply of vegetables and fresh fruits are beneficial. Lemon juice, barley water, butter milk and tender coconut water are the best sources of hydration.
