I am 23 years old. I am having cough problem. Therefore I can not eat cough related food or drinks. May weigh is 37kg only. My question is that how can I gain my weight??

For cough start eating jaggery (gurh) after everytime you eat food, get a sarso oil body massage from your mother or sister once a weak. Consume cow ghee with your meals, drink hot milk at bed times, start doing surya namaskar in morning, also start doing prithvi mudra 20 minutes everyday with your fingers, in 3 months you will gain 6 to 10 kgs naturally, but be regular. Eat a heavy breakfast. Keep your intestine clean by drinking 3 to 4 liter water everyday but do not drink water after meals, drink after 90 minutes.

I have removed 200 white hair from roots what should I expect now can I get only these 200 again or will these give birth to other white hair.

Removal of grey hair is not the treatment for it. It will again come-up grey or turn grey (black hair). Put some coconut oil in a pan. Boil a few dried Indian gooseberry pieces (if you do not have dried amla then use amla powder) in the oil until they become charred. Let the oil cool. Apply the oil on your hair and scalp. Leave it on overnight, or at least for an hour, before rinsing it out. Do this at least once or twice a week. Apply this for relieve of the grey hairs.

1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements. 9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources. 10. Sleep well.

Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

YOu have to give specific details like cholesterol levels and need to consult if you want any specific answer and in general, take no red meat and less fatty diets. YOu can eat all fruits ,Coconut is really god by one study and of course you can take bananas and a little of cashews.

I am 62 years Male have High BP from last 6 yrs. Medication started with Telmikind H80 from last 6 months having telmikind H 40 BP checked today 90/140. Can I stop the medication?

No you must continue it because your bp is just at the margin of what's acceptable, if you leave medicines it may get high again, take low salt diet, do regular morning or evening walks / light exercise daily, eat low fat diet, do some yoga and pranayam, sleep property.

How long you are having cough. If more than 1t5 days, then need xray chest, cbc esr and sputum afb to know cause. Increase exercise and decrease calori intake to loose weight.

1. Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 10. Stop eating outside food.
