I tend to forget things easily. I have habit of keeping notes for all the things I have to do. Im just 18 years and I cannot memorize things easily. Even if I do. Its just for short period. I tend to forget it after some time. Is it because maybe I do not care enough to keep in in my mind? Or is it because of some sort of mental illness?

Hello, all human beings sense priorities differently. Your mind might be occupied with thinking about other things that are more important to you at the moment. You could use smart phone apps or alarms to help you remind of an impending task. Technology is to suport you, make good use of it. Additonally you could practice mindfulness meditation that will help you relieve some of your anxiety and be more present in the here and now. Don't worry about mental illnesses. You don't have any illness, relax and reorganise your life. Everything will be fine. Good luck.

HI, Please follow these tips: Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room. Avoid day sleeping.

As a male, carrying extra weight in your chest can leave you with the unfortunate condition of having" man boobs" losing unwanted fat from you chest does not have to be something that you just dream about. While all men gain weight in different areas, it is possible to target your chest and ditch the man boobs. Increasing your cardio training, reducing your caloric intake and weight training can help you get a lean, sculpted chest. Step 1 create a caloric deficit to spark weight loss. Too much of any kind of food can lead to weight gain. In order to lose weight from all over the body, including the chest, you must burn more calories than you consume. Choose to reduce your calories by eating five to six small meals a day, allowing you to feel fuller and preventing overeating. Step 2 limit empty calories. Empty calories provide your body with little to no nutritional value while adding high calories to your diet. Ditch alcohol, soda, fast foods and processed foods. For example, one small soda contains 140 calories; drinking three a day can put you at a 420 calorie intake with no nutrition to flatten a big chest? upper body exercises to trim inches off your chest how to lose chest fat fast step 3 train using intervals to burn more calories. The american council on exercise explains that interval training burns more calories than traditional exercise. Interval train to blast fat by working at a high intensity for a short period of time followed by a moderate intensity. Train with boxing, swimming or running which all allow your chest to work. For example, swim at a fast pace for 1 minute followed by a moderate pace for 2 minutes perform push-ups. Push-ups help to develop the muscles in your chest, back and shoulders. Begin in a push-up position on your hands and toes with your belly drawn in. Slowly bend your elbows and lower your body down until your nose touches the floor. Press slowly up and repeat, completing as many push-ups as you can in 1 minute. Rest and repeat again for a minute, completing 3 minutes total. Step 4 isolate your pectorals. Complete chest presses using dumbbells heavy enough to feel fatigued by your tenth repetition. Lie on your back on a weight bench with your dumbbells in hand. Keep your elbows bent out level with your chest and slowly press your weight up, allowing the dumbbells to touch above your chest. Slowly control your weight back down to your starting point. Complete three sets of 12 repetitions. Ask privately for constant suggestions.

There are a various causes for stomach problems, treatment depends on the location, severity and type of pain. Laboratory tests such as the complete blood count (cbc), liver enzymes, pancreatic enzymes (amylase and lipase), urinalysis are frequently performed in the evaluation of abdominal pain. If you have h. Pylori infection for which I can prescribe a 14 day treatment plan which will eliminate it. Untreated infection causes ulcers in stomach and may finally lead to cancer. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

Hi lybrate-user, as per height and weight ypur BMI (body mass index) is 24.9. It means that you are healthy now. Reacquired BMI for males is 18.5 to 24.9 for a healthy category. Healthy weight for you is between 66 kgs to 89 kgs.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. 5 Things You Must Avoid in Bed!

While you are in bed with your partner, the worst thing you can do is turn them off by doing things which aren’t required. The bedroom blunders can keep your partner from attaining orgasms or having a healthy sexual experience. Here are few mistakes to avoid in bed:

  1. Do not forget to kiss: You might not be doing this on purpose, but not kissing your partner while trying to maintain a certain position can lead dip in the arousal levels. Thus, you should make an effort to kiss your partner during the intercourse as it adds to the experience greatly.
  2. Don’t fake it: Research says that over 50% women fake orgasms during sexual intercourse. This isn’t blasphemy but isn’t a great idea either because your partner will believe that he is doing all the right things. Thus, the scope of improvement in your sex routine will be restricted. Instead, be honest with your partner and tell him what you really need in bed.
  3. Silence isn’t golden during sex: It isn’t necessary to moan and scream during sex but refrain from being silent. Talk dirty to your partner and whisper naughty things into his ear during sex to turn the two of you on. If you remain quiet, the whole process will feel unnerving and unrewarding. Remember, positive reinforcement counts.
  4. It is a sin expecting sex to be like porn: Expecting your intercourse to be like a porn movie is a completely unrealistic demand. You cannot expect your partner to change positions at a 0.01 second notice and copy every position you’ve seen in porn. The porn stars are trained people who know their profession. Instead, you should develop your own thing which takes your comfort and arousal levels into consideration.
  5. Ignoring certain parts: Other than the stimulation points such as the C-spot and the penis, both the partners should also focus on arousing different pleasure points. Try licking the thighs, kissing the neck and stroking the sack for a heightened stimulation. Ignoring these parts will only result your partner in being partially stimulated.
