You have other options apart from surgery ,one is cryo ,and the other is laser, but before that you need to get a biopsy done to rule out for any malignant cells.

A)Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of triphala juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep...B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jaggary before meals..C) eat 5 gms of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions….THANKS…

I have pimples on all over my face what will I do I have consulted many doctors but no use.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Hello doctor. Mujhe period me back and stomach (naabhi k niche) pain hota hai. Bleeding me blood ka thakka sa bhi aata hai. Jab kabhi thakka jyada bada hota hai to pain badhne lagta hai after using washroom (urine k saath nikalne k baad) thoda relief hota hai? Kya karu is k liye?

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

You can do stretching for your back muscles and spine. Use hot fomentation for few days. If pain still persist than contact the physio for further evolution and treatment.

Requires detailed investigation and examination Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Should I stop my calcium if I have kidney stones ?

Many kidney stone formers, especially women with kidney stones, question whether to stop or reduce their calcium intake.

Despite the fact that calcium is a major component of 75% of stones, excessive calcium intake is very rarely the cause of stone formation.

In fact, several studies have shown that restricting calcium intake in most stone formers actually increases the number of stones they develop.

This appears to happen because when less calcium is ingested, it becomes easier for oxalate (which normally binds with calcium in the gut) to be absorbed. Higher levels of oxalate in the urine then lead to an increase in stone risk.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise. Take lukewarm water with half lemon. I advice you include high fibre, low fat, calorie, modrate carbohydrates, normal vitamin and mineral. Don't take rice at night. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Use skim milk. Avoid junk n oily food. Take small and frequent meals.
