Hi first of all you have to reduce your weight. It's not seems good. Uvhave to check your blood sugar level and if it is high control it. Avoid spicy, jung and fried foods. Have homely food always. Reduce the amount of food taken and increase the frequency. Have fruits and vegetables as dinner and have it before 4hrs to bed. Do some exercise for 1hr. Do yoga, prenatal and meditation. Thank you.

Backache is the commonest ailment. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore.

As long as the age is concern you can grow upto 24 but it entirely depends on your genetics. Thats not in your hand. What you can do is swim. It might help you to some extent.

Practical Tips To Lose Weight Fast
Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Water is the best weight reducing agent known to man.
Resist the temptation to eat everything that looks delicious, all in one sitting.
Spread your meals out to cover 5 to 6 snacks each day. This helps control hunger as well as paces out the production of insulin.
Walk instead of driving everywhere. Walking for at least 45 minutes a day helps burn as many calories as a workout.
Reduce the size of your plates. This will ensure that there is less food piled up on it.
Increase your intake of water-based vegetables such as capsicum, cucumbers, tomatoes and zucchini. Apart from being healthier, these also are low in calories.
If you absolutely have to drink coffee, go in for regular coffee instead of coffee with a whole lot of frills. After all, the small calories that come along with the frills do count towards the overall picture.
Choose to eat meals at home rather than opting for fast food or eateries. When you eat home-cooked food, you can keep a watch on your calorie intake. This cannot be done when eating outside.
Never skip breakfast. This slows down your metabolism and will be detrimental to your health as well as your weight loss plans in the long run.
Balance out your meals with proteins and fibrous foods along with carbohydrates. Remember that too much of carbohydrates leads to weight gain, so balancing it out will ensure that you are well nourished as well as well balanced.
Eat your food slowly and relish it. Chewing is part of the digestive process. Don’t rush it.
Never eat when you are not hungry. This is the worst thing that you can do to your body. Stashing calories into your system when they are not needed is definitely something to be avoided.
When you plan to go healthy, choose to eat fruits instead of opting for fruit juices. Fruit juices usually contain sugar and, in some cases, preservatives. These can cause the calorie count to go up.
Cleaning helps a lot to clean up your system. When you spend time cleaning, it actually helps burn calories at the rate of four calories each minute!
Take a brisk ten-minute walk before at least one meal each day. This helps burn down calories as well as reduced your appetite.
Cut out on TV time. Being a couch potato will make you look more like a real potato.
Reduce on your intake of alcohol. This will go a long way in helping you stay in shape.

Today, due to the demanding professional lifestyle many working women choose to adopt dieting and various other weight loss remedies which tend to give temporary results and sometimes have an adverse effect on the mind and body.

A healthy mind and body is achieved by having right balance of proper food and regular workout. Basic alteration in the daily routine like reducing the intake of oil and fatty foods and sweets with five minutes of simple cardio exercises can bring a lot of difference and could lower the risk of health issues like breast cancer, heart problems, osteoporosis and other aliments in women.
With the increasing awareness of these and other health issues some women have managed to alter their lifestyle. But, many are still seeking a quick way to remain healthy for them; health experts have shared some quick five minute workout regimes especially for working women.

High knees: this basic and simple exercise can be done while on the move or while running in a place. 
Method: step 1) stand with your feet hip-width apart.
Step 2) bring your right knee near your chest and quickly bring it back on the floor. 
Step 3) now, bring your left knee near your chest and quickly bring it back on the floor. 
Continue to do the alternative knees at a fast pace.
Jumping jacks: jumping jack is a full body workout. This aerobic exercise can help you get a toned body at the comfort of your home. Jumping jack improves the cardiovascular fitness of the body.
Method: step 1) stand with your feet together and hands at your sides.
Step 2) slowly, raise your arms above your head and jump to spread your feet out wide.
Step 3) reverse the movement to the start position by landing gently with your knees bent a little and repeat.
Elbow plank: planks are a cardio workout as it uses your own weight it tones the core muscles of the body by burning the calories and working your abs, arms, back muscles.
Method: step 1) get down and facing the floor resting on your forearms and knees.
Step2) slowly, push your knees and place your weight entirely on your toes and elbows. Contract the abdominal muscles and keep your back flat.
Step3) hold on to this position for atleast 30 seconds initially and increase the duration as you progress.


Lunges: lunges are excellent for people who want to shed those unwanted extra kilos and boost their metabolism level as well. This exercise also strengthens the cores of the lower body and helps in toning of the muscles.
Method: step 1) step forward with your right leg and slowly lower the body bending the front knee at 90 degrees.
Step 2) push yourself back to the start position and repeat the lunges with the leg.
It is important to make sure that your back must be straight and the back knee should never touch the floor while dong the lunges 

Squats: it is an intensive and effective full body workout that can help in quick weight loss if done regularly. Squats help in toning and strengthen the thigh muscles. This cardio could integrate small jumps as that would burn more calories and reflect better results.

Method: step 1) stand tall with your back straight and your feet spread a width apart. Bend your knees and as you lower you upper body push your hips keeping your back erect. 
Step 2) hold yourself in the same position for 15-20 seconds and then slowly push yourself back to the start position.
 Increase the counts and speed as you repeat this exercise and time duration as you progress.
There are certain things to bear in mind before starting any intensive cardio exercises some of which are:
1) it is necessary to hydrate yourself with sufficient intake of water atleast an hour before starting any intensive workout as it would help in flushing out the toxins from the body and it also helps you to stay energized.
2) start with warm ups like; jogging in one place.
3) take short breaks after each exercise as it maintains the heart rate.
4) stretch your body as it helps in relaxing the body and makes it less prone to injury like muscle soreness.
Although, such intense cardio workout are good for weight loss and toning of the body. People dealing with overweight issues are advised to consult a doctor before starting any rigorous cardio exercises. Exercising is not just for those who want to lose weight. It must be adapted as a regular routine for an overall healthy living.

Acne is one of the major problems faced by teenagers and young adults. When active, acne causes burning and pain on the skin. Once they dry off, they leave the scars and marks. However, with advancement in cosmetic surgery, there are a number of options available which can make the scars disappear almost completely.

How is it done?

  1. Laser/light procedure is used in a number of skin conditions, in addition to acne scar treatment. During the procedure, a beam of intense light is focused on the skin, which removes the acne scar without damaging the surrounding tissue.
  2. Laser is used in all kinds of acne, such as papules, pustules, whiteheads, blackheads, cysts, and nodules. Acne is caused by bacteria, and when a beam of laser is applied, these get activated, which damages the bacterial wall and kills the bacteria. The reduced amount of bacteria also reduces the severity of the acne. Laser also helps reduce the amount of sebum production, thereby reducing incidence of acne. Most people require about three settings with a month’s break in between. However, the exact treatment plan will depend on the location and intensity of acne and skin type.

Prior to the procedure:
Have a detailed talk with your surgeon on what to expect after the procedure, including potential risks and outcomes. It is important to keep the following things in mind to achieve the best outcome:

  1. Avoid sunbathing, waxing, and collagen injections for at least 10–15 days before the procedure.
  2. Avoid irritants in the area, including perfumes and deodorants while the treatment is on.
  3. Avoid medicines like aspirin and other anti-inflammatory drugs and herbal supplements 2 weeks before the procedure, which may increase risk of bleeding .

Post treatment
Once you leave the clinic, the treated area may be pink or red for about 4 to 8 hours. There could be a slight prickly sensation on the treated area, with mild swelling, which will subside over the next few days. Cool packs or moist cloths can be used to reduce the sensation. A good moisturizer can also be used twice a day to soothe the skin. Makeup is to be used only after the redness and prickly sensation have subsided. The recovery period may take about weeks to months after the procedure, depending on the type of skin and acne.

These are the methods to treat black head. Steam your face to open the pores, which in tum clear the skin, steam your face for a couple of minutes. Do YOGASANA Daily. Use oil free face wash and drink 10 to13 glasses of water daily. Mix black peeper powder in some water to make paste and apply on face thrice a week. Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Hi I am in constant fear of dying. I cannot enjoy what I used to do before. I did my ecg few months back it showed sinus tachycardia bt flattening inflat leads. So I consulted cardiologist and he told that was because of the anxiety. But the symptoms which I am facing are same like heart attack. I feel nausea on some days and some days it better. Panic disorder is a phenomenon wherever a person gets attacks of anxiety and has restlessness, palpitations, choking sensation, tingling numbness, fear of going crazy, excess sweating and fear of dying. Weight loss in diabetes usually signifies uncontrolled diabetes. He probably needs to change/or adjust his anti diabetic medicine dosages he may improve faster with short course of insulin therapy (if he is not taking). Some times associated illness like hyperthyroidism, tuberculosis, hiv, cancer could also be responsible for weight loss. He may need investigation for same if no improvement in weight after diabetes control. He may improve faster if changes his diet to high protein, nutritionally rich diet if his all other reports are normal and he can improve to normal weight suitable for his height.

Hi, The way you have described, it seems to be Chloasma. As you haven't mentioned the detailed history, please give me details for better treatment. Do you have any/ history of hormonal imbalance/ irregular menses? Or anemia? Or stress/ tensions? Or any other underlying medical condition? You can still start with homoeopathic medicine without side-effects - Sepia 1M/ one dose once a week and Five Phos/ thrice daily - both for 20 days, revert me back. (Chloasma takes long treatment to get cured, may be one year to more years!)

It appears to me that you are referring to the inner lips of the vulva (thin, dark folds of skin that stretch out on either side of the vaginal opening). If I guessed right, then they are absolutely normal. They are darker than the rest of the skin. However, rather than speculating, I encourage you to get examined by a doctor (gynecologist) and get clarified. Getting the genitals examined once a year or whenever any symptoms occur will do great help to your health.
