If you suffer from acne, pimples, blackheads & dark spots it means that the pitta dosha (heat in body) is increased. For that you need proper ayurvedic medicine along with following diet & lifestyle changes. 1) avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) have milk & ghee twice daily 3) green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. To get its effects, use a cooled cup of green tea as a face wash or lay the bag over the affected area. 4) apply a teaspoon of honey to affected areas, or make a mask by mixing 1/2 cup of honey with 1 cup of plain oatmeal and leaving it on for 30 minutes.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Jakjoy is from aurel biolife. Ask your local chemist to order it from company head office. Phalotop is not known. However if u do not get them u can go for tab tentex forte from himalaya company & himcolin gel from himalaya. u will get these in any ayurvedic shop. these are very good.

It is a common problem in person suffering from diabetes. Ensure that your diabetes is under control and you are taking medicine regularly and reporting physician for follow up 3 monthly erectile dysfunction occurs due to 1. Fatigue, stress, depression, 2. Relationship issues, performance anxiety, 3. Alcohol consumption, smoking, consumption of tobacco, 4. Obesity, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, 5. Thyroid, kidney problem, enlarged prostate, parkinsonism etc 6. Consult doctor to rule out these diseases. 7. Go for regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight 8. Respected Sir/madam, I don't feel comfortable when I go outside feeling unnecessary fear, like what will happen if something will happen to me. I read many books to get out from this situation but I feel it's next to impossible. I don't feel good when I go anywhere. I only go to my shop and after shop I go back to my home. If anyone ask me to come outside I feel extreme fear, day by day it's raising. I'm really getting confused day by day. I am unable to complete my day by day routing also. Kindly help M struggling with myself. When I share these things with my elder brother he says, It's very serious issue and you have lost your sensation towards the world, and he always suggest me to consult any doctor, I lost my grandfather and grandmother in starting of this year, and they were our guardian but now they are not with us anymore and when these things comes in mind, I lost control on my thoughts. Kindly suggest how can I recover because I want to experience this life.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user Now you are living in depression and anxiety and due to excessive negative thoughts and thinking about your grand parents you are feeling loneliness. You should avoid to think such negative thoughts and thinking about your fears and loneliness. It happens with everyone. No one live on earth for ever and one day every one has to go. Turn your thinking towards positive thought that will be helpful for solving your problems. Wake up early morning before sunrises and go for a walk every day. Do yoga and exercise every day. Learn meditation and pranayam and practice two times daily. Otherwise You may consult local Psychiatric who will help you lot.

Follow these tips to lightens and remove the dark marks -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark marks 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.

Sleep Disorders - Ayurvedic Remedies for Treating Them!

Most of us are not blessed with a good night's sleep and face common problems that occur during sleep, such as snoring, insomnia, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome and sleep deprivation. According to Ayurveda, proper sleep and a healthy diet are of equal importance. Sleep is the period during which the body is able to recuperate and heal itself as well bring about a balance in emotions and mental state. Imbalances in sleep, according to Ayurveda, is caused due to imbalance or dosha in the three subcategories that the human body is divided into. The imbalances are referred to as Kapha dosha, Pitta dosha and Vata dosha.

Vata Dosha
Imbalance in Vata occurs when the co-ordination between dhi (learning), dhriti (retention) and smriti (recollection) is weakened. When a person is trying to sleep but is simultaneously recollecting the events which occurred during the day, it leads to the same emotions and feelings being reproduced. This renders the person incapable of detaching from the feelings and thus, prevents them to sleep. Some Ayurvedic remedies to address this issue include:

1. Using appropriate sleep tablets
2. Drinking a special tea which aids in sleeping, before going to sleep. The tea should contain a mixture of herbs and spices which would help in calming the emotions
3. Have food that pacifies Vata
4. Adopting and following a proper schedule, where enough time is available for sleep
5. Try not to think about the problems while in bed.

Pitta Dosha
A sleep disorder due to pitta dosha happens when a person has no problems in falling asleep, but is awakened at odd hours during the night and is unable to fall back asleep. It is common that people suffering from trauma or imbalances in pitta are susceptible to this problem. Pitta-type sleep is often disrupted by wild and fiery dreams. Remedies include:
1. The room where the person is sleeping should be kept cool. The likelihood of awakening during the night is increased if the room is hot and stuffy.
2. Therapeutic oils which are specifically designed to pacify Pitta dosha should be used.
3. Foods that pacify pitta dosha should be eaten. These foods should normally be at room temperature rather being hot.
4. A pitta pacifying lifestyle should be followed. This includes sleeping before 10:00 p.m., having three meals a day, etc.

Kapha dosha
Sleep disorders associated with kapha dosha causes a person to have a long and deep sleep, but feel exhausted when woken up. Additionally, a feeling of lethargy persists throughout the day. Remedies include:
1. Reduce coffee consumption
2. Adopt the consumption Kapha or Green Tea
3. Adopt a Kapha-pacifying lifestyle. This includes vigorous morning exercise. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda.

Hi! you have hair loss, memory, penis size problem due to masturbation habit & wants to control it. Daily masturbation is definitely harmful for future married life. Hi lybrate-user Do take medications as advised by your doctor. Your blood pressure is 120/80 mm hg because of the regular medications only. It is good that you are also pursuing yoga, meditation and physical activity. The requirement of the drugs may come down definitely. But, do stop or alter medications on medical advice only.

To treat your skin problem- * Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Take Vitamin-A capsule of 25, 000 I. U. Daily for atleast 28 days only under the guidance of a doctor. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on effected skin and leave it for 15 minutes • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.
