You should immediately consult your doctor for a physical examination although the pain can be of muscular or nervous origin other than any heart linked problem but if the pain is consistent and you are feeling uncomfortable then you should take an expert advise rather than to sit at home and wait for pain to subside on its own. A proper diagnosis is surely required to rule out number of questions going on in your mind---------------

I am 32 years old, I have huge amount of food intake quantity, I calculate and eat every day around 700-800calorie foods, still m so thin, I want to put on weight to almost 15-20 kg more, I am becoming a depression patient day by day due to my thin body, I am a women and its really looks bad even at the age of 32 I am so thin, I need proper medication to gain weight, need your help doctor. Hello mam take atleast 1200-1500 kcal per day. Take milk and milk products. Have small and frequent meals. Take high protein diet and calorie diet. Don't skip your meals and breakfast specially. Take sprouts, cold coffee, juice with glucose, banana shake, mango shake, kheer, dates, khajur, egg, paneer, tofu, soy milk. Do stretching exercise alternate days.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally.

Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be becuase of deiciency of vitamin D (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i.e., without any cause). Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic Rx - Ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20days (as it is safe).

Follow these instructions and methods to get long & healthy hairs: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth.

An improper diet and lifestyle causes aggravation of Vata (Ayurvedic humor representing Air) that travels through the channels of the head causing sleeplessness. Vata is aggravated by increased intake of tea and coffee, especially, before going to bed; long gaps between meals; and intake of cold and dry food, cabbage, lettuce, beans, cauliflower, broccoli, peas, rice, and smoked foods. Suppressed emotions, disturbed sleeping patterns, worries, anger, overwork, overexcitement, and ill health may be other responsible factors. 1.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 2. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. 3. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 4. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning . 5.If u go to bed in late hrs daily ur biological clock get disturbed. body needs an appropriate amount of sleep daily..so its fulfilling its need. If u go to bed early u will automatically wake up early after making a schedule and will feel more fresh. 6. Avoid use of gadgets after 9 pm. 7. Take dinner at 8 pm daily . 8.Do shavasna before sleep for 10 min. 9. Take light n oil free diet at night. 10. Donot skip breakfast. 11.Do exercise daily to keep urself fresh and active.

You cannot target one body part in isolation. You have to work on overall toning and loss. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

protein diet with high calorie diet is important to gain your weight. all types of dal and soyabean contains protein. bannana is important to improve digestion as well as gain weight. daily drink lots of water. drink cold water and honey after each meals. some medicine are also available you can consult me directly in my account .

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi, take tab phytolacca berry (dr wilmar shawbe. German) 2tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth eat oats daily as it contains high fiber and helps in reducing fats effectively. Avoid bakery products and too much of fermented food revert back.
