It seems that you are suffering from urinary tract infection and this may also be reason for fever . U need to start antibiotics and urine alkaliser such as alkasol for 5-7 days. Drink plenty of liquids and avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks. Avoid spicy and oily food. If you are suffering from such problems again and again it would be better to have one USG whole abdomen done to rule out calculus or any other pathology which may be responsible for recurrent UTI.

Avoid stone-forming foods: Beets, chocolate, spinach, rhubarb, tea, and most nuts they are rich in oxalate, and colas are rich in phosphate, both of which can contribute to kidney stones. Avoid meat , chicken and other nonveg items. Take less salt and drink 3 litre water per day.avoid milk products. Further guidance can be done if we know the type of renal stone you have. This can be identified by stone analysis of the passed stone.

I recommend the following 1. Find out how much of protein you are losing in the urine. Protein in urine rises the creatinine. tablets like ace/arb can reduce protein in urine 2. Avoid red meat 3. Avoid weight lifting exercises 4. Tab nephrosave twice daily has given good results in my patients 5. Most importantly make sure bp is within 130/70 at all times

Kidney stones are one of the most painful disorders that affect humans. Kidney stones are solid masses of mineral salt deposits that are normally filtered through the kidney and emptied via urine. Urine has a natural substance, which dissolves these minerals, thereby preventing them into becoming solids or calculi. Sometimes due to dehydration, these salts don?t get dissolved and crystallization takes place. It grows large enough to obstruct the renal ducts or get stuck in the ureter, causing sharp and severe pain in the urinary tract. Untreated, kidney stones can cause renal failure. Basil leaves (Tulsi) are good for the overall health of kidney. Mix 1 teaspoon of juice from basil leaves with 1 teaspoon of honey and have it daily in the morning. You can also chew two to three basil leaves in order to remove the stones from the urinary tract. The water and potassium content that is present in watermelon is an essential ingredient for a healthy kidney. It helps in regulating and maintaining the level of acid present in the urine. Eating watermelon or drinking its juice everyday will help in flushing out stones from the kidney.
