May not be depression but certainly looks like anxiety. Do you know what you are afraid of? There is something troubling you which you may or may not know or want to accept. Examine yourself or talk to a counselor, who can help you identify the same. Is your diabetes worrying you? There are a lot of measures you can take for diabetes, so don't disturb yourself but do what is necessary. Stye is an acute infection of the eye lid glands whereas chalazion is a chronic infection of the same. Stye most of the times disappear with medical treatment. Rarely it may become a chalazion. Chalazia usually do not resolve completely by self. They require a minor procedure called incision and curettage.

While I empathise with you completely. Just exercising and controlling food does not help you reduce body fat. For weight loss you need to streamline your lifestyle by modification that is scientific. Will require your diet recall to plan a personalised well balanced diet plan. There are may fad / crash diets available on the internet which even if they show results in the short term may have some health implications later or simply helps you gain back more weight then what you have lost. Yes being obsessed with having a heart disease is a problem. Eat healthy, exercise moderately and keep bp and blood sugar and lipid profile under control. Eat everything available according to seasons. Don't go out of the way to buy a particular fruit or vegetables. Less fats of good quality like mustard oil, saute and cook with steam using chat masala type of flavours and tomatoes purries to thicken the gravies instead of fried onions giving floating with oil curries and some homes prefer it this way only but habits of family needs a change so that nobody feels like a patient or a special person reminding about risk to heart. Eat vitamins and minerals through fresh fruits and vegetables of the season. Eg cucumber in summer and carrots in winters but use fresh lemon juice and honey for 365 days. Little salt and sugar despite bp and sugars under control. Eat few nuts everyday to get protein and good fats. Exercise in moderation like walking for few miles according to your capacity. Don't compare with others. Di practice yoga and meditation to reduce day to day stress.

No. You can't have your menstrual period while you're pregnant. There may be vaginal bleeding ,/ spotting during first three months but this is not regular periods . periods will come only when u r not pregnant .

Hi, take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest. Take madiphala rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting. Avoid hot and spicy food. Eat small quantities frequently. Drink plenty of water. Never miss your breakfast. Avoid excess intake of coffee and tea. Take tab. Herbolax 1-2 tabs at bed time with hot water for constipation.

1. Optimize Your Thyroid Treatment

Some thyroid patients -- and practitioners -- believe that if athyroid patient has gained weight, or can't lose weight, simply getting on thyroid medication will be the solution. Unfortunately, this seems to be less common that patients who, despite being treated, continue to gain weight despite eating well and exercising, or who can't lose weight no matter what diet or exercise approach they try. 

Many practitioners believe that for thyroid patients who want to lose weight, the first step is to optimize -- not just normalize -- your thyroid treatment. What is considered "optimal" Not only are TSH, Free T4 and Free T3 levels considered important, but Reverse T3, ferritin, leptin, and other issues come into play in terms of optimal thyroid treatment.

2. Hormone Resistance Issues

Some practitioners believe that hormone resistance problems -- including leptin resistance , insulin resistance , and thyroid resistance -- contribute to the difficult some thyroid patients face in losing weight . This means, having fasting glucose, leptin, and Reverse T3 tested , evaluated, and potentially treated.

My exercise of choice is T-Tapp , but other patients have found walking, Pilates, and other forms of exercise effective. The challenge is of course actually doing the exercise!

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns, MASTURBATION IT the release of semen from your penis. Semen is made up of fluid and sperm. Many guys masturbate. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.
