Hello Lybrate user. As you mentioned that you hav multiple joint pain & stiffness. There might be few possible causes for this but after only a proper history n clinical examination a professional can reach to a conclusion for your condition. Presently problem your facing might be because of multiple joint osteoarthritis, Small joints more over affected in ankylosing spongy .in morning your joint and spine will feel tired n stiff but as far as you involved in daily routine works you will feel better. Another possible reason can lack of calcium, d3, vit b12. Increase intake of natural sources of calcium n protein, apply hot fermentation to affected painful joints and do general exercise to particular joints regularly. Akruit-4 daily taking 4 tabs to reduce tuberculosis but now uric acid increased. how to reduce it and kindly give tips to increase spinal cord bone strength. Because that placed near spine in left fossa few times back pain and left knee pain coming, how can reduce it?

A high uric acid level can be caused when your body either produces too much uric acid or your kidneys don't eliminate uric acid rapidly enough. A high uric acid level may cause increasingly frequent attacks of gout, or it may never cause problems. A high uric acid level may also cause some people to develop kidney stones or kidney failure. And some people with a high uric acid level also develop high blood pressure, heart disease or chronic kidney disease, but it's often unclear whether this is a direct cause or merely an early warning sign of these conditions. Factors that may cause a high uric acid level in your blood include: Diuretic medications (water pills),Drinking too much alcohol,Genetics (inherited tendencies),hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid),Immune-suppressing drugs,Niacin, or vitamin B-3, obesity,psoriasis, Purine-rich diet — organ meat, game meat, anchovies, herring, gravy, dried beans, driedpeas, mushrooms and other foods Renal insufficiency — inability of the kidneys to filter waste Tumor lysis syndrome — a rapid release of cells into the blood caused by certain cancers or by chemotherapy for those cancers,Also, you may be monitored for high uric acid levels when undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment for cancer. Avoid protein diets, avoid more milk products. bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. Take tab. Zyloric 100 mg once a day. Tab. Ulracet sos for pain in joints.

You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. Knee pain in right leg since about a month. In any position, becomes stiff in about 20 minutes. Pain. Difficulty in movement. Totally avoiding squating. No habit of taking pain killers. What do u suggest.

U can do stretching exercises of calf muscle and dorsiflexors to avoid stiffness. Avoid cross leg sitting,weight bearing and stair climbing. Give hot formentation followed by analgesic cream massage.

Hi from your demography, I can see you have got high bmi - 34.5 (suggest obesity) which can cause back pain secondly you need to be investigated by mri scan to see any pathology in the spine. Needs to see spine surgeon, dietitian, gym and weight reduction programme.

In standing position lower back muscles help in keep the back straight. If the muscles are of the lower back are weak then you feel pain while standing. Do atleast 5 suryanamaskars everyday to keep your lower back strong.

the cause of the pain is usually due to calcium deficiency provided you are other wise normal. take calcium+vitamin D regularly. use milk and dairy products in food.

I have pain in lower back when I get early morning it's too much pain but when run or walk it doesn't pain. Please tell me what should I do?

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.
