Occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. You might feel anxious when faced with a problem at work, before taking a test, or making an important decision. But anxiety disorders involve more than temporary worry or fear. For a person with an anxiety disorder, the anxiety does not go away and can get worse over time. Restlessness or feeling wound-up or on edge being easily fatigued difficulty concentrating or having their minds go blank irritability muscle tension difficulty controlling the worry sleep problems (difficulty falling or staying asleep or restless, unsatisfying sleep) these are some of the symptoms. U seem to be having anxiety disorder, kindly consult a psychiatrist and get treated. It is not a heart problem, but a mind problem. Anxxiety and Panic occurs due to reduced serotonergic transmission in the mind. Since all organs have connections from the mind, when you have anxiety and panic there are changes in the BP/ and pulse rate. It is not a primary cardiac problem. So consult a psychiatrist and get your anxiety and panic treated.

There are many reasons for back pain with radiation to leg like disc disease, injury, wrong posture, infection etc. You need to see an orthopedic surgeon for evaluation of your back problem and try to find out the reason. Timely diagnosis and management can help to get you back to normal activity.

Acupuncture Cure Knee Joint Pain Avoid Knee Joint Replacement Surgery If you suffer from knee pain, you should know that recent studies support the relief of osteoarthritis symptoms via acupuncture. In fact, in one Scandinavian study, 25% of patients cancelled their plans for knee surgery after they received acupuncture treatments. Acupuncture, the ancient Chinese practice of inserting needles into the skin in order to regulate and balance the flow of “chi” (life force) throughout the body, has been gaining increasing acceptance internationally as an effective treatment for a broad range of conditions, including knee pain. Acupuncture is painless. It will likely take many sessions before you see a true, lasting difference. The reduction of pain is its best use. During the past year I've seen several patients after total joint replacement surgery. Acupuncture helped relieve pain and assisted their progress towards regaining strength and range of motion through better performance during physical therapy sessions. There were no cases of infections and the scars healed well.

70% of patients recover from back pain by following the recommendations below. 1. Exercise Moderately - Moderate activity that does not significantly worsen the pain is often helpful. Prolonged bed rest is not necessary for most back problems. In fact, staying in bed for more than two days may increase the pain and stiffness. 2. Take Anti-inflammatory Medication - Anti-inflammatory medicines, such as ibuprofen can help ease the pain and swelling. Your doctor also may prescribe muscle relaxants to ease muscle spasms. Muscle relaxants, however, often cause drowsiness. 3. Apply Ice and Heat - Ice or cold packs can reduce the pain and swelling of a muscle strain or spasm (tightening of the muscle). Use ice or cold packs for 20 minutes, three or four times a day during the first few days. 4. Improve Your Posture, Sleep and Weight - Good posture keeps the body’s weight aligned (straight) and reduces stress on the back muscles. When sitting, use a chair with enough lower back support or place a pillow behind your back. Change positions frequently.
