Do you have any habits like betel nut chewing or consumption of tobacco? if yes I would suggest you to stop your habits as they can also lead to oral cuts, lesions. Please show a dentist in person as further clinical examination is required. Till then avoid eating spicy, hot food, avoid citrus fruits like lemons, oranges, kiwi, strawberry etc.

Bleeding from the gums occur when the gums are irritated by tartar, vitamin c deficiency, uncontrolled hypertension, infection, problems in your blood. Kindly visit the dentist and find out the cause and get cured. Gum bleeding can be prevented by proper brushing, eating food rich in vitamin c, gum massaging which will increase the blood flow to the gums and keep it healthy.

Get one xray done whether the treatment went correct coz once the treatment done it will not pain, if crown not placed also the treatment fails. So there might be one of these reason.

I have problem in my smiling teeth, I got a cap on it few year ago. And my lower teeth have a gap. I want real and permanent solution. I am 25 years old now.

MDS, BDS
Dentist, Delhi
We can correct this with smile designing. The gaps in your lower teeth can either be closed with a procedure called bonding or by doing ceramic veneers. If the cap that you have does not look good, you can go for an all-ceramic cap. And if any tooth is missing, you can opt for dental implants in that area.
