Hi, though you are not over weight, yet you have more fat in your body. You can increase your muscle weight and decrease your fat by cutting out simple carbs (sugar) from your diet, decrease fat intake by avoiding fried foods and reducing bakery foods. The foul smell in your mouth is due to accumulation of food debris, which is a result of inadequate maintenance of oral hygiene. I suggest that you get thorough professional cleaning/scaling done from a dentist, and use antibacterial mouthwashes thereafter. You should also clean your tongue twice daily with a tongue cleaner. Following all these measures will solve your problem. Scaling will also take care of your sensitivity issue. Hope that helps.

Your weight is not proper according to your height.So eat healthy stay healthy.Eat lots of fruits,vegetables.Use unprocessed foods more.Add cream with tea/coffee.Drink whole cream milk or milk shake.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement which has no side effect and you will feel energetic.Take more protein foods in diet.Add extra healthy fat like canola,olive oil,fish oil.Eat more nuts,seeds.Take ghee,cream,butter,jam,jelly,cheese with food.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Do regular exercise like muscle building which will help you to gain weight.These will help you.

Hello, Dengue fever is a virus-caused disease that is spread by the bite of mosquitoes (Aedes-aegypti). This is also known as Break bone fever. Hello, you should do the below given exercises to strengthen your eye muscles;- 1. Palm your eyes:-Sit comfortably in a chair. Rub your hands together until they feel warm. Close your eyes and cover them lightly with your cupped palms. Avoid applying pressure to your eyeballs. Make sure no light can enter your eyes though gaps between your fingers Take deep breaths slowly and evenly while thinking of a calming scene, like an empty beach, a clear lake, or a still mountain. Once you see nothing but blackness, remove your palms from your eyes. Repeat the palming for 3 minutes or more. 2. Massage your eyes. This will help to improve blood circulation around your eyes and face. Wash your eyes with clean water twice daily and instill 2 drops of CmD2 eye drop in each eye twice daily. Add Carrots, apples, indian gooseberry, papaya to your daily diet routine.

Lybrate-user, all the symptoms being mentioned including weight are pointing towards not very well controlled hypothyroidism. When on treatment ideally tsh should be between 3 to 4 milli units /l, then only all the symptoms are in check. Plus efforts to control weight are fruitful. Since you have only mentioned" always in control" without tsh levels, it is difficult to comment. Your bmi is 25.36 kgs / m2,(normal 23 kgs/m2), to reach that bmi it should be 63 kgs. There is no special formula or exercise to reduce weight. You have do a daily workout of over 1 hour, brisk walking, jogging or running are good options. In addition muscle strengthening exercises also are needed, at least on 2 days of week. It is better if you join a gym and do the workout under the instructions of a trained professional. Your diet has to be also controlled. It should provide exact calories based on 63 kg wt. Hence, intake should provide 63 x 25 cal = 1575 calories per day. Thanks.
