Hi, I had a sex with a girl 8-8.5 years ago and right now I am 33 years old and happily married. I had a 4.5 year old son. I was remembering something and suddenly this thing comes to my mind that I had a paid sex 8 years back. I stressed with a thing that I might get some disease from this like hiv etc. I am feeling myself fit and fine right now. I have seen my wife pregnancy 4-4.5 year old reports and she was hiv negative at that point. I didn't have any sex with anyone except my wife from last 8-9 years. Is it a psychological issue which is harming me and I am taking unnecessary stress.

Yes dear Lybrate user. It is a psychological problem. The only way to get out of this problem is to get your blood checked for HIV antibodies. You can get it done in any GH or standardized clinical labs in your nearby location. Otherwise this thought will always be torturing you.

Hello Doctor, I had a protected sex on 11th may 2016 with a women don't know about her status but I have doubt that she is in sexually active with multiple partners. During sex I used condom and there is lots of blood and other liquid on it when I removed it some part of condom touched my open penis head. After that I was to anxious about hiv and did continues study about hiv and its symptoms on internet. After few weeks I felt continues headache, burning sensations, low fever, sore throat, white tongue with red bumps on it, extreme tiredness, brain fog kind of symptoms. One night I suffered from oral thrush (Candida growth) & mouth ulcers. I tested for hiv antibody next day (7th june 2016) came negative. After that my symptoms didn't stopped. I became more anxious. I tested again for hiv antibody one week later (16th june 2016) came negative again. After few days I visit an infectious diseases specialist he advised me for p24 ag / ab Eliza. This report also come negative (after 6 week of exposure) But still I am facing anxiety of hiv. Can't able to concentrate on my work. Please guide me I am dying. Thanks.

You are not dying but you are killing yourself emotionally by obsessing about HIV. There is a gestation period of nearly 6 months when it can be identified as to whether you have HIV or its disease state called AIDS. In the meantime, keep a healthy regimen of exercise, good eating habits, and adequate rest. If you obsess to this extent, you could actually give yourself a lot of symptoms by autosuggestion. Go meet a counselor and talk about all your concerns and get some professional help to stop this obsession.

Dear user. Female orgasm is something only a female can feel. Men can feel the orgasm through the physical behavior of the woman. Are you feeling your orgasm through a series of pleasurable spasms or pulsations? If yes, you are having orgasm. Don't worry. Take care.

How To Increase Your Libido With Homeopathy?

Low sexual desire (low libido) can wreak havoc in the sex life affecting both the partners physically, mentally as well as emotionally. It does no good to the self-confidence either. Low libido in men or women can be an outcome of a host of factors. Many affected individuals, out of embarrassment, avoid seeking medical help, worsening the situation even further.

The state of mental health can have an impact on the libido. Chronic and severe stress, anxiety, and depression have often proved to be the worst nemesis, triggering a sharp fall in the sexual desires of both men and women. The other contributing factors for a low libido include a plethora of medical conditions such as diabetes, obesity, thyroid problems, hypertension, erectile or sexual dysfunction in men, unhealthy dietary habits, and lifestyle practices. In women, insufficient flow of blood to the vagina can also result in low sexual desire, affecting their performance to a great extent.

Homeopathy to the rescue, giving a much-needed boost to the Libido:
When it comes to sexual problems, Homeopathy with its holistic approach emerges as the clear winner. People with a low libido have been able to enjoy a healthy sex life, all thanks to Homeopathy. The Homeopathic medicines used in treating low libido are natural and prescribed only after a thorough evaluation of the affected individual (including the physical and mental health). The treatment works by identification as well as the elimination of the underlying trigger for the low libido, thereby providing a permanent and long lasting solution to the problem.

Taking care of the diet and making healthy lifestyle changes can act as a catalyst negating the problem of low libido. Some of the healthy modifications emphasized by Homeopathy includes:

  1. Knowingly or unknowingly, the food that we eat can affect the sex life. Seldom you will find a person who dislikes foods such as cheese, diet soda, coffee, popcorn (microwave), soy products, dairy products, processed and fried foods, chocolates (a big surprise though!), aerated and alcoholic drinks and beverages. These foods are often found to suppress or lower the testosterone level triggering the low libido. If you want to improve the libido include more of broccoli, watermelon, figs, eggs, cloves, raspberries (black), ginger, lettuce, or saffron, to your diet.
  2. Take rest and do not compromise on your sleep (6-8 hours daily).
  3. Keep a check on your body weight.
  4. Consume alcohol in moderation.consult an expert
  5. Exercise and meditation can relax the mind and the body to a great extent.

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Yes you can do sex in bathroom in vertical position. To have issue do sex on ovulation days. Means from 8th day to 20 th day of mc. After intercourse you have to take rest for one hour so that fertilization can occur. You can calculate exact ovulation day by ultrsonography. Also. Only that one day can help you to get pregnancy.
