Hi that's right as per your height you are overweight and there are specific actions needed for weight loss since the margin to work on is quite a lot. 1. Make your self more active - walk whenever possible/ use staircase / walk & talk 2. Eat small frequent meals 3. Limit processed foods like wafers, biscuits, cakes etc 4. Limit fat intake 5. Add 4 - 5 portions of veggies & fruits for each day 6. Drink lots of water - around 10 - 12 glasses of water/day.

Prolonged cold and cough can be asthma. You need to undergo spirometry pre and post bronchodilator to cinch diagnosis. All pulmonologists are good at diagnosing asthma.

As per your complains and symptoms you may have cavity with pulp exposure. Consult the dentist for proper investigation. You may need either filling or RCT. Brush regularly twice daily. Rinse after every meal.

Because dengue fever is caused by a virus, there is no specific medicine or antibiotic to treat it. For typical dengue fever, the treatment is directed toward relief of the symptoms (symptomatic treatment). The prevention of dengue fever requires control or eradication of the mosquitoes carrying the virus that causes dengue. There is currently no vaccine to prevent dengue fever.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste...apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water...

If parents have died of aids there are high chances of passing on hiv infection to kids. If tridot blood test done for kids at 6 months of age, will give status of infection. As tests done early in life may give false positive results. Regarding passing on to next generation, it's very difficult to have these positive kids grow up get married and have kids. If kids are non infective with hiv infection then also chance of passing on to next gereartion is zero.

There are many causes of headache. i.e. fever, acidity, gastritis, stress, injury , eye sight weakness, apply any good pain balm on head. take tab. Dolo 650 mg thrice a day after meal, tab. Pan 40 mg once a day for 3 days . if not ok then checkup b.p. , cbc, blood sugar, eye sights, and consult again. Thanks.

My elder sister is about 75 years old.For the last six months we have observed that while sleeping in the night she murmurs a lot sometimes like talking to somebody sometimes like scolding some one.While sleeping she gets up and sleep sitting. sometimes even she stands up and walk a little in sleep but this is very seldom.
