Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. These homoeopathic medicines and dietary addition will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost. ***If you do not get results with this treatment then please revert me i will suggest you to go through some tests.*** Thanks.

Hi Doctor, from few days I have been seeing stress level high and heart rate gets increased .last time when I felt like this I got ECG which normal. My bp is normally 112/80 n during stress it's 140/90. To bring stress down I take alprax .25 in night from last 3 days. Anything abnormal. My concern has raised ever since I have started my new trade work in shares. It this a reason? What can be done best to manage both.

Stress In today’s day & age where stress is high, feelings of frustration can emerge. It is our perception that can change our current negative situation into a healthy & positive one. Another way of perceiving these feelings of frustration can be by looking at them as an opportunity to push ourselves to go that little extra mile until we achieve our objective. However, there are times when we all can go around in circles; and being in this space can be quite upsetting and lead to feelings of dissatisfaction, frustration and can even cloud our mind and judgment. To ensure that this stage is not reached, here are a few simple steps one can approach these feelings of frustration with and eventually overcome them: Be present in the now: When one feels frustrated, we have a tendency to overthink and that too about many different things. It may momentarily occupy our mind but not in a constructive manner. We have a tendency to dissect all the past events in our minds and psychoanalyze ourselves, others & all situations related to the event or even remotely resembling it. The best thing to do at this point is to bring yourself back into the present moment, by calming yourself, center your thoughts on what is presently going on around you. You can do so in the following ways: Relax into the now: Find a space to sit comfortably, close your eyes and simply concentrate on the live events happening in your environment around you for a minute or two. Take a nice deep breathe, inhale and exhale, in through your nose and out through your mouth, very good, continue. Become aware of all that is happening around you at present- The sun shining in the sky above you, the children playing out in the garden, the vehicles or the individuals passing by. Take in all the details. Relax into this space, in the now. Be happy & grateful for what you have at present: Make a list of all that you have in your life that make you happy, joyous or even just comfortable. Things that we sometimes take for granted. Be grateful and happy as you make this list, this is all that is positive and good in our life, smile. It's real! A few examples are:- A warm home and a roof over your head Clean drinking water Clean, nutritious, healthy food Access to the internet and other forms of technology that make life easy Your loved ones The point of power is in the present moment: Sometimes anger, stress and feelings of frustration can block out all that truly matters, all that is positive & good in our lives, even when it is right in front of us. It is important and very beneficial to remember that the point of power is in the Now! The present moment is when you pen down your thoughts, try to trace the root cause of your negative emotions, of the feelings of frustration. When you know the root of the problem, finding a solution becomes easy. List out possible solutions and create an action plan. Take back your power! Take this time to relax, breathe, unwind and introspect. When you feel that you are better and ready to roll, get back up on your feet again & shine!

You can start with any physically activity like morning walk ,running for 30- 45 minutes daily. You can take high protein breakfast as like skimmed milk and milk products ,egg white ,pulses, green leafy vegetables, broccoli etc. Eat more fiber, orange,kiwi, mushrooms, squash,beans, cabbage etc. Drink a gallon of water a day. Take seasonal fruits. These foods are you can avoid in your daily food habit. Sugar, potatoes,smoking, alcohol,junk and oily foods, rice, etc.

Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

There is no connection between the two. However why masturbate. Try to engage your thoughts on your career. Develop a constructive hobby. Take time to exercise. Build your body to better health. Remember life need many diversions. It is based on four legs only one of them is sex. What is the hurry? time will soon come when you will find right outlet for sexual satisfaction.

Signs That Can Predict an Illness!

The trouble with recovering from most illnesses is that we begin to treat the illness too late. Although you cannot expect your body to announce the arrival of a virus, recognizing the signs of falling sick can help treat it earlier. For example, if you can't stop sneezing and can feel the onset of the flu, getting some extra sleep may make you feel better. Here are a few signs that can predict an illness

  1. Reduced appetite - A slight decrease in appetite during the summer is normal but if the sight of food makes you nauseous or you stop enjoying your food, it may be a sign of an oncoming illness. These illnesses could range from a simple cold to gastroenteritis or strep throat. A diminishing diet can be a result of the production of cytokines by the body as part of its inflammatory response to infections. Lesser food takes lesser time to digest thereby using lesser calories and diverting energy towards fighting the infection.
  2. Swollen neck glands - Feel your neck glands, just below the jawbone to check for infections. Swollen neck glands are the body's way of letting you know that you may be falling ill. These are usually a sign of ear infections, cold, dental problems or skin infections. Neck glands are storehouses for white blood cells. When these are activated into fighting infections, the collection of dead cells, bacteria etc result in swollen neck glands.
  3. FatigueThere's a difference between being tired at the end of a long day and being exhausted throughout the day. The latter is a way your body is telling you to slow down and conserve energy to fight an oncoming illness.
  4. Muscle aches - Aching muscles can also be a sign of the oncoming flu. One of the main reasons for this is the body's production of antibodies that release histamines and cytokines in the bloodstream. When these travel to various muscles, they can trigger pain receptors leading to body aches.
  5. Low feverThe ideal body temperature is 98.7 degrees. If you have a higher temperature that persists for a few days, you may be coming down with an infection. Fever is your body's way of fighting infection by raising its internal temperature. A low fever is a sign of colds, allergies, and even stomach infections.

There is a fine line between being a hypochondriac and recognizing signs of falling sick. To differentiate between the two, pay attention to the type, duration, and intensity of symptoms. If you feel like you're on the verge of falling sick, rest your body and take some multivitamins. If you experience a sudden or severe change in symptoms, consult a doctor immediately.

That depends on the severity of the decay and extent of pain. You need to get yourself examined by a dentist and then the course of treatment can be determined. If it's not too late, a normal filling can save your tooth.

Include foods which are healthy and eat Shatwari n Ashwagandha powder in milk. Also do some strength workout and take whey protein shake.
