Hi lybrate-user. The exact cause of hair loss may not be fully understood, but it's usually related to one or more of the following factors: 1. Family history (heredity) 2. Hormonal changes 3. Medical conditions 4. Medications 5. Life style medication:- 1. Regukar oiling with sukesham oil, guduchi pharmacy helps a lot to reduce hairfall within 21 days. 2. Preferably use guduchi anti hairfall shampoo, blot you hair with towel n donot rub. 3. Apply hairmask using amla n bhringaraj powder mixed with buttermilk weekly once helps a lot. 4. Cap trichup, 1 cap twice a day after food for 1 month. Tips:- 1. Wash hair regularly with lukewarm to cold water to keep the scalp clean and healthy 2. Avoid combing hair when wet since it is prone to breakage at such time.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. MASTURBATION is normal, natural and never unhealthy. Even animals do masturbate. As a human being, you are also an animal. Every animal has sexual instinct because they are designed to reproduce. Human being also has sexual instinct and therefore he needs to satisfy sexual instinct. Therefore, to satisfy sexual instinct, a man or woman, masturbates. In any case, masturbation is never unhealthy or will never affect your physical or sexual health or it cannot affect your future sex life and the ability to have children. But, masturbation is energy consuming. Please make sure you restrict your masturbation to thrice a week. I suggest counseling and sex therapy. Take care.

1. Schedule a Yearly Checkup Your heart is in your hands. Each year on your birthday, schedule a checkup to have your blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels checked, and ask your doctor to help you reach or maintain a healthy weight 2. Get Physical Step, march or jog in place for at least 15 minutes a day while watching your favorite TV shows. Increase your activity by five minutes each week until you're getting a minimum of 30 minutes most days of the week. 3. Drink More Water Take a water bottle with you wherever you go. It'll keep you hydrated and the bottle's weight will strengthen your arms. 4. Eat Healthy Keep packages of unhealthy food hidden. Put raw veggies and fruits in front in the refrigerator and healthy snacks in the front of the pantry, so that's what you see first. If you grab healthy foods for a minimum of 21 times, healthy choices will become a habit. 5. Control Cholesterol Eating foods high in saturated fat, trans fat or cholesterol can lead to high blood cholesterol. To help keep your cholesterol levels down, eat foods low in saturated fat and trans fat, such as lean chicken or turkey (roasted or baked, with skin removed), fruits and veggies, low-fat or fat-free dairy products and whole grains. 6. Cut Down on Salt To help lower high blood pressure, watch your salt intake. It may be disguised in food labels as sodium alginate, sodium sulfite, sodium caseinate, disodium phosphate, sodium benzoate, sodium hydroxide, monosodium glutamate (MSG), or sodium citrate. 7. Quit Smoking Try this four-step way to kick your habit: • On Day 1, cut the number of cigarettes you smoke by half • On Day 3, cut the number of cigarettes you smoke in half again • And on Day 5, cut your smoking in half again • On your Quit Day... quit! 8. Maintain a Healthy Weight Excess weight increases your risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes. To achieve steady, painless weight loss, take it easy. Each day, if you eat 200-300 calories less than you would normally consume, and exercise at least 30 minutes on most or all days of the week, you'll get closer to your goal and be able to achieve weight loss that's steady and painless. 9. Stay Positive If you get off your exercise schedule, have a cigarette, or eat a fattening meal, immediately get back on track toward re-establishing a healthy lifestyle. 10. Give Yourself Credit To maintain momentum with exercising, losing weight, or quitting smoking, keep track of your achievements and reward yourself by doing something you enjoy.

Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take Berberis Aquafolium Q 10 drops with water twice a day. * Management part for the acne-- 1.drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2. Is it necessary to vaccinate my baby (16 month old) with MMR and PCV booster injection? IMA vaccination card does not mention these vaccinations but their staff says that these vaccinations are private and mandatory. Although I have vaccinated my baby with Varicella and hepatitis A vaccines in private clinics which are not mentioned in IMA vaccination card. So please guide me about these MMR and PCV booster vaccines about their necessities.

Actally this schedule is made by IAP(Indian Academy of Pediatrics).Yes as per this schedule you should give MMR2 and PCV booster at 15 month of age.Always it is better to use available vaccines to protect your child from a particular disease.

Use warm water for drinking all the time, Dinner in half quantity of lunch, avoid overeating, avoid oily, fatty foods, bakery foods, fast foods, walking for 45 minutes daily, regular exercise, do yoga ,pranayama. Best luck.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you some relief . -A physical therapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them.

For last 1 month I feeling so tired in day. But I take enough rest in night. I sleep 6-7 hours but I feel so tired and all the time I feel sleepy. My liver is midly enlarge in ultrasonoghaphy test. 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>> Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. Feel confident about yourself. All the best!
