If family is complete , husband can have a blood less no stitch vasectomy done and go back to work on same day. in a woman , key hole surgery for family planning though looks like one stitch surgery only but is as traumatic as appendix surgery.she needs at least rest for 15 days. IUCD if fitted in hygeinic conditions suits a lot of women but it is scary for most women ,courtesy vans and untrained personels fitting women with it in rural areas oral pills are for short time only-3-6 months low dose like ovral ( mala d has 3 times the dose !)

Bone gets ossified at the age of 18 yrs. I. E the longitudinal growth stops but your can do stretching exercise, cycling, swimming which will be beneficial.

How To Prevent Heart Disease And Keep It Under Control

Regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging according your capacity atleast 30 min a day and 5 to 7 days a week in nearly all peoples. Regular exercises helps in reducing weight, decrease lipid level and blood pressure and also helps in controlling blood sugars.
One should have a healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Individuals should consume five or more servings of fruits and/or vegetables daily. This decreases the risk of coronary heart disease. Individuals should replace refined grains like white bread, white rice with whole grains whole bread and brown rice. This reduces chances of weight gain, coronary artery disease, diabetes.
Should avoid red meat and instead have sea foods, eggs, beans, nuts and seeds as a source of protein. The recommended dietary sodium intake for the general population is less than 2.3 g of sodium or 6 g of sodium chloride. Low sodium intake is associated with decreased risk of hypertension and cardiovascular events, including death.
Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. Sweetened beverages should be avoided. There shouldn't abdominal fat deposition or obesity. Yoga should be included in daily routine and has multiple health benefits.
The american diabetes association (ada) recommends testing at three-year intervals for diabetes in all adults with bmi ≥25 kg/m2 and one or more additional risk factors for diabetes family history, sedentary lifestyle, smoking etc and in individuals without risk factors, testing begin at age 45 years. Also, the individual with risk for heart diseases should be screened for lipid abnormalities.

Treat Lower Back Pain With Ayurveda

Lower back pain is characterized by a constant feeling of pain in the lower back region. There are various Ayurvedic remedies that are used in treating lower back pain. Ayurveda is based on the belief that the body is composed of five elements; air, water, ether, fire and earth. The Ayurvedic remedies help in balancing the various constituents, thus reducing the pain.

The various Ayurvedic remedies for lower back pain are:

  1. Limit intake of spices: Various spices, especially the pungent ones, such as chilies tend to have a drying effect on the body. Excessive dryness in the body leads to an imbalance of the 'doshas', thus resulting in pain.
  2. Stay warm: It is recommended to stay warm in cold weather as the joints in the lower back region may be inflamed due to the cold.
  3. Focus on a proper Diet: Make sure the foods you consume are warm as cold foods can create imbalances in the body. Eating warm foods allows for proper excretion of bodily wastes. Also include natural foods such as vegetables and fruits in your diet.
  4. Avoid junk food: It is advised to avoid junk food at all costs; eating processed foods leads to toxin accumulation in the body that result in various complications. Thus, try and eat whole foods such as rice, nuts and legumes.
  5. Oil massage: Oiling your body with sesame oil helps in preventing dryness of the body and also enhances blood circulation. It also improves the health of the skin; making it young, supple and fresh.
  6. Exercise regularly: Exercise on a regular basis to keep your muscles and joints healthy. Postures such as the plank and the bridge help in strengthening various muscles of the lower back. The 'Cat cow' is another position that helps in relaxing the nerves of the back.
  7. Pranayama: Alternate nostril breathing techniques help in reducing aches in the body. It also revitalizes and increases energy levels in the body. Try and get into the habit of breathing from deep within the stomach in order to avail of the benefits of pranayama.

Bmi=19.21 its in normal range maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night. Calories calculator you will get on google download it. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

These are the causes of hair fall: •Acute illness (Typhoid, Malaria, Viral Fever) • Stress • Due to medicines (Anticancer drugs, Radiation therapy) • Due to under nutrition • Use of chemical products (Hair dyes, Hair gels, Bleaching) • Due to pollution For prevention of hair fall follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily.  45% of men believe they have a small penis.  It has been concluded that flaccid lengths range around 7 to 10 centimetres (2.8-3.9 inches).  Flaccid circumferences range around 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches).  Erect lengths range around 12 to 16 centimetres (4.7 to 6.3 inches).  Erect circumference is around 12 centimetres (4.7 inches).  A higher BMI and older age appear to be weakly associated with a shorter erect penis length.  Male concern about whether penile size lives up to the desires of females seems to be Largely misplaced.. One study suggested that while the majority of women, some 85%, were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis, men were less sure of themselves.1 Almost half of men in the study (45%) believed they had a small penis - yet the researchers reported that small penis size was actually rare. The average penis size to be as follows: Average length for an erect penis is 14.2 cm (5.6 inches) Average circumference of an erect penis is 12.2 cm (4.8 inches). Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Be happy with your individual qualities nature has bestowed on you.

Strict diet control. Stop all class II protein intake like yellow pulses, spinach, cabbage, cheese, soya. No red meat. Take a mild pain killer for a few days for ankle pain. Repeat uric acid after 2 weeks. If still high consult an orthopedic surgeon.

Do you also have puffy eyes or bags under your eyes? what are your sleeping patterns? there are many causes of dark circles. More information is required from you which will help choose a better treatment plan. Too much caffeine/ tobacco and too little sleep, anemia, dehydration are common causes. If you don't have any of these causes then dark circle peels may be prescribed for dark circle which contain contains arginine, lactic acid, allantoin and aloe vera. Arginine is an amino acid derived from brown sugar which boosts collagen, increases elasticity and moisturises the skin. Lactic acid exfoliates and lightens the skin. Allantoin and aloe vera helps to soothe and regenerate the skin. This is used in conjunction with vitamin c and matrixyl that provides firmness and resistance to the skin around the eye.

Acne occurs when the pores on your skin become blocked with oil, dead skin, or bacteria. Each pore on your skin is the opening to a follicle. The follicle is made up of a hair and a sebaceous (oil) gland. The oil gland releases sebum (oil), which travels up the hair, out of the pore, and onto y skin. Drink water 10 glass / day wash your face 3 times / day avoid oily food eat one orange daily do not squeeze pimples, because that often leads to infections, worse acne and scars. Wash your hair often if your hair is oily. Try to keep your hair off of your face. Avoid hair care products such as gels, mousses, cream rinses, and pomades that contain a lot of oil.
