Visit a pediatrician and get a opinion after he/she examines his chest. He may need a x ray. You can give him honey 5-10ml twice a day for dry cough. And ask him to do salt water gargles twice a day.

Do not smoke
Use a humidifier or steam in the bathroom
Drink plenty of fluids
Rest while you have an active infection

Hi Sir/Madam, I had infected with TB two years before and I finished 6 months Treatment, doctor said TB cured for you, please take plenty vitamin's food, but today I suffered with pain at left side chest while breathing has been for 4 hours, it was cured after I took gastric tablets. Could you please help me what should I do?

HI Siva.. if it is a single episode.. then you don't need to get alarm... If it is occurring frequently then you should take care of the diet and your routine... like avoid getting larger meals, don't lie down immediately after food, Keep habit of waking after the meals.. etc... Still if you need any medical help then my advise is to take homoeopathic treatment..

How I can clean my lungs. M a smoker and trying to avoid it. But its not working. Please anyone help me.

U can use nicotine patch or chew nicotene laced gum.But it does not work till u have will power and intention to leave it. For cleaning the lungs u do paranayam twice a day for 42 daysand run early in the morning for half an hour. This is only way to detoxify the lungs.

Take syrup grilinctus two teaspoon twice daily. Tab sensiclav 625 mg three times daily, tab sinarest whenever you have fever or pain. Take these for one week. Get a cbc and chest xray done also.

I had tuberculosis pleural effusion (lungs) in 2012 April and few litres of fluid taken out from lungs, had undergone medicines for 10 months and fully recovered, but im scared that is there any chance to get affected again as a continuity?

no more do not worry TB is a chronic infectious disease caused by Microbacterium tuberculoses the infection spread by the tuberculosis patients who discharges tubercular bacellinin his sputu!m or nasopharyngial secretions during bouts of coughing or sneezing. hence you have to take precautions not come in contract with an active tubercular pt.
