Deciduous teeth erupts in this duration only so I do not thing any problem, still have any discomfort than go for proper consultation to dentist.

Check your uric acid levels. Drink loads of water. Avoid fat and cholesterol rich foods, palak, tomatoes, thick dals and lentils, you can consume dal water, rasam, sambar, anything which is thin, veg soups, etc.

S its mandatory to remove your wisdom tooth coz as long as you have wisdom tooth in your mouth you will be continously have pain since that tooth will not have place to erupt in the mouth.

1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. Only use ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp and avoid synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama early morning..

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Take light dinner. 6.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 7.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 8. Avoid late night., and don’t sleep in day timeDon’t take sleeping pill. 9. If no relief consult doctor

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

My husband has got a skin infection on his legs. Its itchy, gets dried up, slight puss is their but has got absolutely no pain. He is not facing any problem due to this and its been several months. Also he is clueless that how he has got it but its looks very bad over there. It will be very helpful if you can kindly give me a solution for this.

Ask him to apply Moisturizing lotion every day after his bath See that its exposed to Morning sunlight for 10 min And Rule out for Varicose veins What's his job involves. If he is constantly in standing posture. Possibility of Varicose veins this leads to localised itching dryness.

For hair fall solution, we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & medicated oil like keshraksha or nilibhrungadi tail must do oil massage in head for thick hair avoid direct sun & hair take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Medicine for root cause & hair tonic 2. Shirodhara with medicated oil 3. Nashya tretment.

To have beautiful and Lustrous Hairs implement following things ------------- 1. Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers (ARNICA-GOLD SHAMPOO of Company BAKSON) 3. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair (HAIR CONDITIONER of BAKSON Company) 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. •Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. •Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. •8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well.---------------------------------------- Homoeopathic treatment HAIR GROWTH OIL (Wilmar Schwabe India) Apply twice weekly at night. To gain weight take more food more frequently.Use bigger plate.Take whole cream milk.Eat Banana 3-4pcs/day.Add ghee,butter,cream,cheese,honey,jelly,jam with foods.Take more dense fruits,vegetables.Use extra refined foods.Eat extra amount of protein to gain weight.Add extra fat in cooking.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Do regular exercise like weight lifting,push ups,sit ups and other muscle building exercise which will help to gain weight.You can use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Take more nuts,seeds.Take quality sleep.These will be helpful.
