Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

Pain in throat may be due to allergy cum infection in throat. Through examination of throat is required. If required after taking throat swab for culture and sensitivity, accordingly antibiotics and antihistamincs, analgesics can be given.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap.

Hello! much as one would like to help you i'm afraid a deaddiction process cannot be initiated online. You'll have to visit a drug deaddiction unit in your city. The process is long and uncomfortable but well worth the effort. You'll need a lot of motivation and tenacity to adhere to the protocol.

You can do ayurvedic facial in nearest ayurvedic clinic if possible. Apply kaccha milk ie unboiled milk early in the morning. Jaiphal or nutmeg paste with water will reduce that black spot.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. If doctor has advised rct, you should go for it to save the tooth, otherwise you will loose the tooth. And if you don't want to save the tooth (which is not preferable) you can get it extracted.

You are best off joining a Gym and exercising regularly and following a strict diet plan . Please reduce all high calorie fried and sweet foods. Increase the amount of proteins and fibres instead like brown bread, roti, dal, green vegetables, low fat yoghurt, fish, chicken, pulses .

Her weight is fine for her age. But most important thing is that she should regularly gain weight as per expected. This you can get vaccination card where you will find a growth chart. You can plot her weight against her age at regular intervals like say 1 to 3 monthly and see whether she is gaining weight normally or not.
