I'm going through monopos, I feel uncomfortable &tired, mental disturb, what to do.
Its happen at the time of menopause, relax. Take some ayurvedic medicine, which really helpful for you. Eg_satavari churna_1 tsp+khadi shakar_1tsp 3 time in a day before food. Methi and jawas (flex seeds) best for hormonal problem. Take methi 5 gram and flex seeds 50 gram daily in your food.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Pea nuts are not good for a person with hypothyroidism. Because these are goiterogenic in nature and interfere with thyroid function. Thanks.

You need to gain your weight in respect to your height. So Eat foods that are rich in calories like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, fruits, and nuts. U can also follow by adding vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkins, and eggplants to your diet. Add a healthy portion of red meat to your diet too if you are non vegetarian. But keep in mind not to overdo it. The aim is to add weight, not cholesterol! You can even add olive oil in generous quantities to your salads. Another way to add calories to your diet is by increasing the consumption of dairy products. Don't cut back on the fat content in your milk. Do not ask for low-fat curd at the store. Make sure you consume a full calorie dairy product. Be hydrated take warm milk with 1tsp ghee in it. Do some light exercise to increase your appetite for more queries, contact us.

Hello Count your daily calories not more than 1400. Use Plant protein more than Carbohydrate, Fiber, Anti-oxidents and Omega-3 Fatty Oils. Hope it give you result.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

5-6 inches in erect state is the average size even 3.5 to 4 inches is enough to have sex. Penis grows slowly till 12 years and then grows rapidly till 19 to 20 years and then stops growing. It's size is determined by genetics/ hereditary and early hormonal influence. So it s size cannot be changed after 20 years. What is your size in flaccid and erect state? Also dont compare yours with African race or some European race wherein males have huge sized penis. Asian race like Japanese and others have smaller ones than Indians as an average, so be happy with your size and size does not determine happiness, performance and other things count.There are many websites claiming oils and tablets to do the trick, they all swindle money with no use. Women are not as bothered bout their partners size than men, they like the performance and how you satiate them rather. All the best

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Take light dinner. 6.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 7.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 8. Avoid late night. 9.Don’t sleep in day time 10.Don’t take sleeping pill 11. If no relief consult doctor
