Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. I am 28 years old and I.M suffering from muscular pain from last 15 days and also shoulder pain. I consulted doctor also and there is no change, I have taken medicine and also ointment but no change. The shoulder is the most movable joint in the human body. Swelling, damage, or bone changes around the rotator cuff can cause shoulder pain. *here are some tips for helping shoulder pain get better: 1> put ice on the shoulder area for 15 minutes, then leave it off for 15 minutes. Do this 3 to 4 times a day for 2 to 3 days. Wrap the ice in cloth. Do not put ice directly on the skin because this can result in frostbite. 2> rest your shoulder for the next few days. Do not perform any movement which causes pain in the shoulder. 3> slowly return to your regular activities. 4> learn exercises to stretch and strengthen your rotator cuff tendons and shoulder muscles from physiotherapist.

Obviously your seating position is wrong. You have to sit on your buttocks with a straight back. Instead, most deskjob people slide forward in their chairs and end up putting all their weight on the tail bone which is the one you are describing. It is called coccidynia. If you have not had any injuries, then your seating position is at fault. Use pain killers and hot fomentation for a few days. Use a cushion on your seat and avoid placing weight on your tail bone. Land the weight on your buttocks. Lastly, you are overweight, try some diet and exercise to reduce your weight. The tailbone cannot tolerate even the normal body weight and you are putting overweight on it.

Hi .It's called smegma. Wash the end of the penis (the glans) each day. Pull the foreskin back gently whilst in the bath or shower. Then gently clean the glans using just water, or water and a bland soap. Make sure the penis including the glans is dry before you put on underpants. All medications within the nyquil imprint contain sedating antihistamines, hypnotics, and/or alcohol, and are intended to be taken before sleep and not for treating insomnia! you have got a kind of drug-dependency and later may become drug-addicted! reduce the dosage and frequency of it's use gradually and later stop. You can take homoeopathic medicine for your insomnia - schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1 month. Then report back to me. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning.

Dear Lybrate user,• Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. *You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from whitening. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colors or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.*Avoid more salt, spicy, dry, maida related foods, Avoid more tea, coffee. *Practice yoga, meditation, breathing exercise.*Consume gooseberries daily in empty stomach.

hello your condition is suggestive of gerd.elevate the head end of bed,avoid tea, coffee,chillies,spicy and oily food.take panto D one daily for 1 wk.syrup digene 2 tsf after meals.at night you can take cold milk if you are not allergic to milk.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Use a gentle face scrub of a known brand. You could even make your own natural scrub by combining ground sugar and a little milk!
