Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

hello, it would be better to see the case clinically with an x-ray so that a proper diagnosis can be drawn. the recovery from surgery can take upto 1 month and the cost ranges from Rs.1 lakh - 4 lakh.

High Blood Pressure Treatment in Ayurveda

High blood pressure is a condition that is characterized by increased pressure on the walls of the artery. This condition occurs when the systolic pressure (contraction of the heart) is greater than 130 and the diastolic pressure (relaxation of the heart) hovers around 90 over a period of time.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

You should take lot of water and Milk daily and a special emphasis on Calcium and Vitamin-D rich food and Sunlight is a must. Sources of Vitamin D: 1. Vegetables: Sweet potato(Shakkar Kandi). For Acne/pimples apply Faceclin gel/D'acne plus twice daily over affected area. Take tab. Limcee 500 mg once daily for one month. Tab. Ascazin twice daily for one month. For marks apply Demelan cream/Photoscreen Depigment over affected area once weekly at night (very little over marks only) Rejuglow face wash for morning.

SInce you are already having diabetes, therefore, if conceived, then blood glucose has to be maintained between 90 to 120 mg through out the day (fasting and after food). That is absolutely essential for proper growth of the fetus and expected outcome of the pregnancy. Also to avoid developing of large baby and bad out come. So just before expecting conception, it is better to shift to insulin and control your blood glucose very strictly. You should consult a diabetologist locally along with your obstetrician. Thanks.

I am 27 years old and suffering from hair loss from 2 years. I was admitted in hospital 2 times a year back and a year before that because of excess vomiting that caused swollen in my stomach. And every time after that, I suffered more hair loss. Not sure whether it was because of excess vomiting or antibiotic used during medication. The condition which you are suffering from is called telogen effluvium. It is a form of alopecia in which excessive hair fall occurs after stress in any form. In your case, long term illness as well as the use of antibiotics have caused the hair fall. Do not worry. It will take some time for the hair fall to stop. Taking more stress regarding hair fall causes more hair fall. Take a biotin containing hair supplement like tab. Hairmate for 2 months. Drink milk daily, protein in some form daily like eggs, tofu, sprouts. Take dry fruits. Get your hemoglobin, vit b12 and thyroid levels checked. For dandruff, use ketokonazole containing shampoo.

Hello, get your eyes tested from an opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and then reducing the power of your eyes (if the eye power is less). Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month and instill euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.
