Nothing to worry on this aspect these stains can b due to a discolouration with coloured foods like tea coffee chocolates colas etc. B due to deposits by chromogenic bacteria present in all mouths. C due to improper cleaning or brushing in all these events a simple scaling polishing by a dentist can solve the problem after that ask your dentist the correct way of brushing he will b glad to give you a demo n than brush twice daily especially at night avoid coloured foods n b happy.

1. Avoid direct contact with sunlight. Use sunscreen. 2. Apply pure honey to your face, leave it on for a few minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. This simple remedy will help remove dead skin cells, making your skin appear brighter and fresher than before. Do this once daily. 3. Combine one teaspoon each of honey and lemon juice, one tablespoon of powdered milk, and one-half teaspoon of almond oil. Mix them well and apply it gently on the skin. Leave it on for 10 to15 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. Do this every other day.

Respected Sir, You are very right in saying that stress and depression does exacerbate hair-fall, but is very rarely if ever the cause behind it. Since you are already on Minoxidil, I am sure you would have got it evaluated by a dermatologist. If not, Please do see one. As for the management of your stress and tension, I wish there was a "one size fits all" remedy which I could advise you to take. I would have to talk with you a lot more to understand the actual reason for your tensions and then only can I suggest a cure. Most people have tension before exams but each have their own reasons. I could teach you some relaxation exercises which might help. Antidepressants and anti anxiety drugs may interfere with your exam preparation by causing a bit of sedation. Hence I wouldn't recommend them if your symptoms are not severe. As for exam stress, I would just like to add a couple of tips that might help. Try to get adequate sleep. Eat well and preferable a balanced diet containing adequate fruits and vegetables. If you can find the time for it, goo for a walk or exercise for a bit. Take adequate breaks and plan your studies in such a manner that you don't feel rushed and leave yourself adequate time for revision. As I have myself taken a lot of exams, I know the last few things I mentioned are more easily said than done, but keep trying and you will beat the stress.

How to loose weight how to avoid pimples what are the steps to be taken to avoid pimples.
Hi! Pimples occur mainly due to hormonal imbalances which causes an overproduction of oil and cells inside a skin follicle. They block the opening of the skin pore and cause the follicle under the skin to swell and become red. It usually starts in teenage, but most of the time lasts into adulthood. You can cut down junk and refined sugar to prevent pimples. Stop breaking them and take treatment from a qualified dermatologist.

To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin C like amla and oranges.

I'm 41 years old Man I'm having problem in My back I can't stretch any more what should I do.
Dear, low back pain are often referred for physical therapy for four weeks as an initial conservative (nonsurgical) treatment option before considering other more aggressive treatments, including back surgery. The goals of physical therapy are to decrease back pain, increase function, and teach the patient a maintenance program to prevent future back problems. Common forms of physical therapy include: 1.Passive physical therapy (modalities), which includes things done to the patient, such as heat application, ice packs and electrical stimulation. For example, a heating pad may be applied to warm up the muscles prior to doing exercising and stretching, and an ice pack may be used afterward to sooth the muscles and soft tissues. OSee Physical Therapy: Passive PT (Modalities) for Back Pain 2.Active physical therapy, which focuses on specific exercises and stretching. For most low back pain treatments, active exercise is the focus of the physical therapy program. This article focuses on active physical therapy and exercise as a means to help recover from back problems and prevent or minimize future flare-ups of low back pain Low back pain has lasted between two and six weeks, or if there are frequent recurrences of low back pain, physical therapy is often recommended. Some spine specialists consider physical therapy sooner, particularly if the pain is severe. •Read more: Exercise and Back Pain In general, the goals of physical therapy are to decrease pain, increase function, and provide education on a maintenance program to prevent further recurrences. A physical therapy program for back pain usually has two components: 1.Passive physical therapy to help reduce the patient's pain to a more manageable level 2.Active exercises Passive Physical Therapy - Modalities Acutely, the physical therapist may focus on decreasing pain with passive physical therapy (modalities). These therapies are considered passive because they are done to the patient. Examples of modalities include: •Heat/ice packs •TENS units •Iontophoresis •Ultrasound.

Hello I understand your concern. Your diet in past, lack of exercise, stress and sleep habits influence your weight. It works through disturbing normal functioning of your hormones. It is important to understand the direction in which these hormonal changes are happening and based on that, we must decide the correct type of dietary and other changes in lifestyle. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you may not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. As soon as your stop crash diet, you will most likely gain the weight right back and you may feel even worse. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness, which is very good; however it may not reduce weight much. Calorie counting is useless. If you want to count, count nutritional value of food in terms of protein, fiber, good fat etc. To achieve weightloss - think long term - no crash diet. As I said, weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works (moves your weight in right direction) then continue. If you want professional help to start with then approach us for weightloss package of 3 months (+ 3 months of maintenance) by lifestyle modification - combination of individualized nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. My best wishes for the big event in your life.
