Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this, which acts internally without adverse effects. Take belladonna 200 once in the morning and once in the evening for 4 days and give feedback.

Hello This is rohan age 26years male. I never participated in sex due to fear of stds and I want to marry now. Could you please suggest me daily how many times need to participate in sex with my partner.

M.S. Counselling and Psychotherapy
Psychologist, Bangalore
Dear lybrate user, sex is a physical urge/need. It helps in emotional connect as well. Having good sexual relations with your partner will keep you both connected emotionally and committed to each other. But sex is not a daily chore, for which you can have a fixed time or interval. Hence there is no hard and fast rule for having or not having sex on daily basis. A couple can enjoy sex when they both feel the urge and are ready physically and emotionally. The frequency depends on their mutual need and capacity. Sex is also not just a physical activity. It is a way to connect and develop bond with your partner, way to seek and express love to each other. So do not worry about the frequency. What is more important is that both the partners need to be ready for it. And the feeling/urge needs to come from within. I think it would be very helpful if you seek pre-maital conselling for either both or at least you can talk to a counsellor. There are many aspects to married life, which you need to understand before marriage to have a successful marriage. Good luck.

I am suffering from eczema is there any permanent treatment? If it is what is that?

B.Sc. - Dietitics / Nutrition, Nutrition Certification,Registered Dietitian
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Delhi
If you have eczema, it is important to take good care of your skin. Take warm (not hot!) baths on a regular basis and immediately applying moisturizers afterward will help keep your skin moist. • Moisturize every day. • Wear cotton or soft fabrics. Avoid rough, scratchy fibers and tight clothing. • Take lukewarm baths and showers, using mild soap or non-soap cleanser • Gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel – do not rub. • Apply a moisturizer within 3 minutes after bathing to “lock in” moisture. • When possible, avoid rapid changes of temperature and activities that make you sweat. • Learn your eczema triggers and avoid them. • Use a humidifier in dry or cold weather. • Keep your fingernails short to help keep scratching from breaking the skin. • Some people with allergies find it helps to remove carpets from their house, and give pets dander treatments.

I am a 21 year old boy, but I looks like a 15 year boy:(. What I do, I dont know even I had tried everything say example -good diet, exercise, ayurvedic medicines but no result overall, I also want to aware you about my bad practice of masturbation, I had tried many time to go far away from this but no results come out. Please help me what should I do?

Fruits and vegetables have healthy effects on the body and provide nutrients necessary to increase your energy to make you more active throughout the day. Find a new hobby, or cultivate a skill. Learning something that takes a while to master can refocus your brain on the delayed gratification of achieving goals instead of the instant gratification of masturbation. Try skills like cooking, woodshop, archery, baking, public speaking, or gardening.

I feel very laziness each and every time when I'm waking up in the morning to go office?

B.Sc. - Dietitics / Nutrition, Nutrition Certification,Registered Dietitian

I hope you are sleeping enough at night. If not, then start sleeping on time. At night take Ashwagandha with milk for good sleep. Half an hour before sleeping keep your mobile away from the bed, do not watch tv and relax. Try to read a good book that calms your brain and body. Last but not the least, eat a very healthy diet

I am 26 year old I have irregular periods problem, my periods usually happen after three to four months. Two year back I got married. And from last one year me and my husband v both are trying. For the baby. I am afraid whether I will get pregnant or not. please help me out.

Training in IVF / ICSI, Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery, MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Pune
Common causes for irregular periods can be hormonal changes primary or secondary to certain conditions such as pcod. You can do a few hormonal tests and an ultrasonography to rule it out. When you are trying for pregnancy you can aim for better and precise follicular growth (with tablets or inj.) which can be monitered on sonography rather than aiming for regularising the periods. When good follicle is formed (and provided that the tubes are normally patent) you can induce the rupture of the follicle and try naturally or with iui.

After doing toothpaste daily. Why there is a bad smell occur. Can you suggest any toothpaste.

BDS
Dentist, Bangalore
Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

I m.23 years female facing the consequences of chicken skin a.k.a keratosis pilaris. How to get rid of it.

MBBS, MD - Consultant Physician
Dermatologist, Mumbai
Hello lybrate-user. Use a urea based moisturizer in day time and a retinoid cream at night time. (brand names I cannot mention in public chat, as per lybrate terms and conditions) you can consult me privately for the brand names. Apply these creams over keratosis pilaris for about 15 days and also keep your skin hydrated and moisturized all the time. You will get very good results. Take care.

Your issue is normal phenomenon of lactation amenorrhea which all women have for variable time after childbirth by delivery or caesarean. If you have sex make sure to use temporary methods like condom, or vaginal gel to prevent pregnancy before menses start. Ask if you have further doubts. Regards
