Best Exercises For Knee Pain dear you can do it, Except where stated, do 10 to 12 repetitions of each of the following, 2 or 3 times a week. Partial Squats E pain. Stand about 12 inches away from the front of a chair with your feet about hip-width apart and your toes forward. Bending at the hips, slowly lower yourself halfway down to the chair. KeSide-Lying Leg Lifts Wearing ankle weights above the knee, lie on your left side, legs straight and together, with your left arm supporting your head. Keeping your right foot flexed and your body straight, slowly lift your right leg to about shoulder height, then slowly lower. Just see lybrate-user, you are 22 and your weight is just 39 kg whereas your minimumweight should be 52 kg, means you are apprx, 13 kg underweight whereas your breast have developed normally and thatswhy your breast looks bigger according to your body, a really awkward position for you, I understand but rather than to try to decrease your breast size you should apply stepss to increase your weight and by putting 10 kg in next 3-4 months will stabalise your looks w. Tinnitus or ringing sensation in the ear is on account of the high decibel noise that you encountered during the explosive firing. The delicate nerves in the inner ear would have got damaged. You should have controlled diabetes for dental implants. First you should go for proper examination to check wether your oral and general health is fit for inplant surgery. If all parameters are ok then you can go for it. Cost can vary. Its about 25000 or more per tooth implant.

Ayurvedic Remedies for Piles

Piles, also known as hemorrhoids, are the swellings of the veins within the rectum which may burst and cause bleeding as well as pain. Ayurveda is known to provide relief from symptoms and with continued use, can also provide long term cures.

Prevention strategies for piles
Ayurveda stresses on leading a healthy lifestyle to minimize the chances of getting piles in the first place. Some of the lifestyle related problems that can lead to piles and thus need to be corrected are as follows:

  1. Leading a sedentary lifestyle with lack of exercise: This not only causes piles but also leads to other problems like heart disease and hypertension among other problems and thus, it is advisable to incorporate a certain amount of physical activity into your routine.
  2. Change the diet that can cause constipation and then lead to piles: Eating too much red meat without roughage, fried and processed foods like pizzas and dairy products like cheese, can make the food very sticky resulting in piles from the constriction of bowel movements.
  3. Sitting on hard surfaces for extended periods of time: If you have been sitting on hard surfaces for a very long time, it may result in piles due to pressure on the nerves of the rectum for extended periods of time.

Ayurvedic Remedies for piles
External treatments

  1. Sesame seed paste: Sesame or “til” is a good treatment for bleeding piles when applied externally to the affected area.
  2. Muli or radish paste: Again, a fine paste made from this vegetable is useful in the case of painful piles which are not bleeding.
  3. Ayurvedic oils and creams: There are multiple ayurvedic oils and creams which can be very effective in curing or at least controlling piles. However, it is best to go to your nearest ayurvedic doctor for proper steps.

Internal treatments

  1. Bael fruit mixture: An ounce of ripe bael fruit, 180 grams of sugar, black pepper powder in relevant quantities and 7 grams of cardamom powder can be mixed and had twice daily as an effective cure for piles.
  2. Buttermilk: Butter milk mixed with salt and black pepper in small amounts is known to be a very effective remedy for piles; but has to be consumed on a regular basis for at least a couple of months.
  3. Hareetaki with jaggery: One of the most popular forms of piles treatments, the fruit peel of harad or hariteeki should be taken with a cup of jaggery every night before bed time to soften stool and also cure piles.
  4. Radish juice: Extracted radish juice is also know as a great cure for constipation as well as lessening the symptoms of or curing piles.

I am 48 years old. Last one week have dry cough with murmur in chest and very clear phlegm. While walking/breathing I can hear the murmur/wheezing sound. Tried home medicines like turmeric, cinnamon powder with honey etc. No relief. Please guide.

Hi, take tab. Dolo 650 mg 1-1-1 after food for 1-2 days. Keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Drink boiled and cooled water.
