10 Most Unhealthy Cancer Causing Foods To Avoid-
The food we take has greater role in determining our health, both physical and mental. Eating unhealthy foods can prove to be fatal as they have all capabilities to cause different kinds of health diseases including cancer. Here is the list of unhealthy foods which come with more risk of developing cancers. Make sure to keep these foods in mind and avoid them as much as possible.

1). Processed meat

Different kinds of methods used for preserving and processing the meat, including pickling, curing, salting, smoking, chemical usage, etc, can also become source of cancer diseases. These preservatives have nitrate and sodium nitrite which are proved carcinogens.

2). Gmo foods

Gmo stands for genetically modified organisms. It includes all kinds of plants and their products which are developed using modern techniques from biotechnology and inter disciplined sciences. Nowadays, most of the fruits and vegetable crops are being developed using some or the other kind of genetic modification. Hence, it is good option to buy foods which are non-gmo verified and certified organic foods.

3). Smoked/burned foods

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are produced when the foods are smoked or barbecued. Such chemicals create increased risk of cancer. In the recent studies, it has been found that eating smoked or burned foods increases the chance of pancreatic cancer by nearly 60%.

4). Foods having artificial sweeteners

Those who are in misconception that artificial sweeteners are healthy compared to normal refined sugar, will have to come out of their misleading opinions. Otherwise, they would have to pay huge. Foods & beverages having these artificial sweeteners are rich in saccharin, aspartame, sucralose, etc are very much dangerous as they can cause cancers.

5). Sweetened beverages

Recent studies have shown that those who consume more amounts of soda will have more chances of getting cancers. The excess sugars accumulating in the body will form best medium for the growth of cancerous cells.

6). Fried food items

Fried food items are tasty and they also posses the risk of health disorders including cancers. Frying the food items in pre-heated oil will produce toxic aldehydes which have the ability to cause health hazards like cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, etc.

7). Contaminated foods

Usage of pesticides will contaminate fruits and vegetables. The residues of these pesticides are found on fruits and vegetables even if they are used at the time of cultivation. These chemicals increase the chances of getting cancers and also reduce iq levels in children.

8). Microwave popcorn

Popcorn bags should not be kept in microwave as the perfluoroctanoic acid (pfoa) present in these bags will have all the potential of causing pancreatic, testicular and hepatic cancers. When the popcorn is microwaved along with the bags, the toxic chemical vapors will be absorbed by the popcorn, thereby reaching our body.

9). Hydrogenated oil

Most dangerous aspect of hydrogenated oils is that they have the capability to change the cell membrane structure. Because of this reason, cells become more susceptible for cancers. Make sure to purchase foods which are labelled to be free from hydrogenated vegetable oils.

10). Canned food items

For keeping the food items intact and fresh for longer periods, canned foods are mixed with different kinds of preservatives and chemicals. Sometimes, these chemicals react with the metal of the can, thereby becoming fatal. Such chemicals can disturb normal hormonal levels in the body leading to wide range of health risks like cancers.

She is having mild anaemia (her hb is little less, so ask her to take oral iron tablets regularly, ask her to take high protein diet, citrus fruits. Then repeat her blood test after 1 month.

Hi Rahveer, still their is time for delivery now 8th month of the pregnancy. Even if their is cord around neck which is partial may go with babies movement till the time of the delivery. No need for operation now, even if cord is their trial for normal delivery can be given under strict fetal heart monitoring.

Don't just keep popping I pills to your partner. They r not safe and have side effects. Instead practise safe sex Only if she misses her period you can do a blood test for confirmation (beta Hcg)

Your menstrual cycle is still maturing and it will get regularised when the hormones in your body fall into a regular pattern. Right now this happens due to immaturity of the hormone cycle which makes the lining of the uterus fall over a month. Then in the next month the lining is not yet developed well so there is a gap in menses and as soon as it overcomes a limit, it starts. Usually the problems are due to this. But in some women there could be thyroid or other hormone problems so do visit a gynecologist and get evaluated by a check up and some tests like hormone levels and ultrasound.

Dear, if you do not feel hunger then to increase your hunger, I suggest you these best tips- * take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily once. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * if you still do not feel hunger and feel some heaviness in stomach then check out your liver function test and take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking alcohol and smoking. * check out your thyroid profile and take proper treatment if results are positive. * regularly take a citrus fruit like orange or a glass of lemon juice atleast for 1 month.

Usually during pregnancy food rich in fibre and folic acid i. E. Green leafy vegetable, protein like chicken, fish, pulses, mashroom and more fruits and dry fruit should comprise of healthy diet. In first 3 months there is increase chance of vomiting, so better to avoid more spicy and oily food. All kind of fruits can be eaten during pregnancy including papaya, contrary to the general belief. All fruits provide good amount of fibre and vitamins. Vegetables also specially green leafy vegetables which provides folic acid and fibre. Along with that full glass of milk twice a day will supplement calcium.

I am from west bengal. Female/25 years old. Two three years back I was a owner of nice slim figure. Then I go to hostel in kolkata for continuing my study but there I became addicted of fast food. Then I gain weight from 56 to 71. I came back to home after completing the course and I reduced consumption of fast foods. But my weight was not reduced. Then I joined gym at november 2015. Since then I am exercising as per instructor guide and I became to feel lighter. My saggy hands became toned, double chin reduced and but belly fat are not reducing. Every week I measure my weight it neither increased nor reduced. Now my weight is 70 kgs. My height 5ft 3 inches. I never do diet but I do not go to restaurant or fast food corner. I cook at home and eat. But if I cook with oil at home, will be it effecting same like street foods? I do not like strict diets but do not know how to loose my weight. please suggest me a diet where foods have variation, I can make food with easily available items, and a easy detox program. Weight loss and fat loss are not the same. Weight is your whole body weight which is muscle, organs, bones, water. Whereas fat weight is just the fat. You have to concentrate on fats only. There can be many conditions why your weight is not decreasing 1) you may have some hormonal issues. 2) you have developed muscles, which is extremely good. Muscles give you strength and shape to your body. It is most metabolically active tissue of your body. 3) there can be a lot of water retention in the body. It is extremely good that you are already exercising. But you need to follow a good nutrition program as that will help you to lose fat from the body. Your diet must include whole food like vegetables, fruits, whole grains like roti, brown rice, or sheddo chaal which bengalis eat, whole dais like moong, rajma, bengal gram and eggs, fish and chicken in the right proportion. Drink lots of water. Avoid sugars and sweets. You have to see that your body loses inches. Do not bother about the weight.
