Afternoon lunch. 1 bowl vegetable and 2 rotis and sabji. And buttermilk. And 5 pm you take fresh juice and dinner 8-9 same as lunch. And avoid oily food rice and sweet. Cold drinks. Hello 1. Take care of sun. Strict sunprotection s advisable. Apply sunscreen regularly 2. Avoid using cosmetics 3. Use mild facial cleansers 4. Use moisturisers frequently 5. Increase water intake for skin hydration kindly provide additional information like: 1. Dandruff present? 2. Any cream used till now? 3. Osgood Schaltter is a problem at the tibial tuberosity of the Shin bone. I am a male of 26 years and having backache for last 2 weeks. I am facing problem in bending when I bend I feel stiffness in my backbone and its very painfull to come back in standing position also I was unable to sit on chair or on some sitting furniture for more than 5 mins.

Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Bloating or fullness could be due to - Abdominal infection, worm infestations, irritable bowel symdrome, intolerance of foods etc. Eat 3-4servings of fruits daily. Avoid constipation. Eat fresh food. Avoid fermented, reheated and processed foods. Hope this helps you.

Is Dandruff the Cause of Your Skin Problems?

Dandruff or seborrhea refers to the flaky condition of your skin or scalp caused primarily due to dryness. It is a very common problem for young adults and middle aged people, but can happen to any person regardless of age. Dandruff itself being an embarrassing problem, can also sometimes lead to other skin problems.

The following are a few skin problems that can crop up due to dandruff: 

  1. Can cause pimple: If dandruff or the white flakes fall on your T-zone region very often, then it may lead to the breakout of pimples on your skin.
  2. May result in pigmentation: The pimples, which can happen due to dandruff can further lead to the problem of pigmentation. This condition leads to the appearance of unwanted black spots all over your face.
  3. Trigger eczema: Dandruff makes skin problems like eczema and psoriasis even worse. Eczema and psoriasis, which causes itching of the skin can get severe due to dandruff.
  4. Rashes are also a possibility: Facial rashes can also develop due to dandruff. Often areas around the eyebrows, nose and ears get affected. Sometimes, in case of men, beard rashes also pop up.
  5. Chest rashes: Dandruff often falls all over your body.This can lead to the problem of chest rashes. This condition results in the appearance of red spots all around your chest region.

Dandruff can be a very distressing problem. If your skin type is oily, dandruff can make conditions far worse. Dandruff is such a problem that cannot be completely cured, but can only be controlled. So, it is highly advisable to take preventive measures as soon as it is detected to avoid further problems.

Hi welcome - for weight gain you need to practice well planned high carbs enriched with quality protein diet. You can add supplement of whaey protein two times one with breakfast & another in evening or at bed time with milk or lukewarm water.

Are you referring to psychologist? along with psychiatric medication it is advised to take counseling sessions. So that you can fight depression easily and early.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

HI Lybrate USER…here I mention few simple things which gives you good result in a short period…. 1) avoid coffee and tea. 2) try to sleep prior to 10.30 pm…3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods…4) take ½ tsf of fine powder of nutmeg and ½ tsf of fine powder of Indian gooseberry and pinch of black salt, add 4 tsf of milk in it and make fine paste, apply it on face and leave it for 10-15 minutes after that wash face with lukewarm water…. Do this two times in a day…5) take 30 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA and 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar vati and chandraprabha vati after meals…do all these things for 15 days. Consult to me for further suggestions…THANKS.

Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Eating three meals a day, no matter whats in them, isn't going to help you bulk up. Your body burns calories fast, so you need to feed it more than it can use up right away. That means eating not just when you're hungry, but throughout the day. Aim to eat five meals a day to gain weight. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Water will help your body process the extra protein and calories you? re taking in. Drink several glasses with every meal to avoid getting dehydrated. Since you? re probably also going to be exercising more to gain mass, aim to drink 10 glasses of water every day you can also drink unsweetened tea, fruit juice, and other healthy beverages avoid drinking gatorade and other sports drinks in excessive amounts, since they contain a lot of sugar. Focus on protein, fats and carbohydrates. These are the three staples that will help you gain weight, and you need plenty of each of them to stay healthy. Focus on incorporating protein, fats and carbohydrates into every meal you eat so your diet stays balanced. Here are some examples of good choices in each category proteins: eggs, salmon, tuna, and other fish;, and ham; chicken breasts and thighs; lean and steaks? fats: olive oil, safflower oil, coconut oil, and grapeseed oil; avocados, walnuts, almonds, flaxseeds? carbohydrates: fruits and vegetables; beans, lentils, peas; brown rice, whole grain bread, whole grain pasta and other whole grain products; honey and fruit juice. For ayurvedic medicine consult, in 1 month weight increase 4-5 kg no side effect you take 1 month trial pack and course is for 3 months.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and start with Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Hi, stress, anxiety is d out come of irregular life- style, now a days. Go for meditation to reduce your stress, anxiety and to nourish your brain to calm down your nerve to ease your problem.
