Mr Jiknes, I am sure you must be already on proper medication for diabetes. Apart from drugs you need to exercise daily for more than 1 hour and take a restricted diet. Avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Also avoid sweetened aerated drinks and high fat foods. If you want specific suggestions then please come in a private conversation with details like fasting and PP sugar levels, HbA1c%, dietary pattern and extent of exercise done daily.

Chandraji, please clarify what do you mean" first stage, because there is nothing like first or second stage in diabetes. It is either there or not there. But there is a situation when blood sugar is higher than normal but has not crossed limits to call it as diabetes. Then it is referred as" pre diabetes. In this situation one has to adapt a changed life style like regular exercise, avoid sweets, sugar, junk foods, deep fried ffods and pastries and alcohol and smoking. Plus maintain near normal weight. Then it is possible to prevent diabetes or postpone it.

Hello. We can't change the gray hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature graying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. Daily once for 3 months (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert. Investigations required: Hemoglobin, total iron binding capacity, serum ferritin (S. Ferritin), serum calcium (S. Ca), serum iron (S. Iron), vitamin B12, and vitamin D3 and TFT. For glowing face: There is an old-age saying - “Be happy and make others happy!” Follow this in your life and you will see the difference! Management: Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4 hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange,gooseberry, etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off.

Expressing emotions.... Emotional wellness
Emotions can be understood from a solid tree. Roots tell about the foundation and values, stem its integrity, branches its behaviour and flowers are its emotions. If a tree attracts bees, birds and human beings it is magnetic and that is its emotional wellness. Emotional wellness makes you magnetic.Like tree, emotions cannot be permanent. That is why they are called “emotions”-- the word comes from motion, movement. They move; hence they are emotions. Emotions are dynamic like waves on water, they change continuously. This moment you are sad, that moment you are happy; this moment you are angry, that moment you are compassionate. This moment you love, another moment full of hatred; the morning was beautiful, the evening is ugly. And this goes on.This cannot be your nature, because behind all these changes something is needed like a thread that holds all of them together. You continue as an entity – so what is the thread, the polestar? What is permanent in you? There are two types of emotions – expressive and repressive. Expressive emotions might hurt others but repressive emotions will hurt you. The root of all illness and disease is repressive emotions, if you are repressed; it slowly hurts you in a holistic way and eventually affects your expressive emotions. The key to success is to create a balance between these two emotions like riding a bicycle.Emotions have to be relieved, relaxed. When you feel like crying you have to cry; when you feel like laughing you have to laugh. You have to drop this nonsense of repression; you have to learn expression, because only through your sentiments, your emotions, your sensitivity, do you come to that vibration through which communication is possible. The head has no capacity for joy, for blissfulness, for silence, for innocence, for beauty, for love, for all that makes the life rich -- it is the heart that has this capacity.You have been taught never to be angry and you think that a person who is never angry is bound to be very loving. You are wrong. A person who is never angry will not be able to love either. They go together; they come in the same package. A person who really loves will sometimes be really angry. But that anger is beautiful – it is out of love! The energy is hot, and you will not feel hurt by the person’s anger. In fact, you will feel grateful that the person was angry. Have you watched it? If you love someone and you do something and the person is really angry, frankly angry, you feel grateful because he loved you so much that he can afford the anger.If you love yourself and that is a must in life, you will never be repressive, you will be expressive of whatsoever life gives: its joys, its sadness, its peaks, its lows, its days, and its nights. Remember, all negative emotions need energy; they drain you. The whole existence goes on giving you more. You are not a burden, you are a flower, you are not a rock and you are a bird. The whole existence feels happy about you.Being emotionally well is more than just handling stress. It also involves being attentive to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, whether positive or negative.Emotional wellness implies the ability to be aware of and accept our feelings, rather than deny them, have an optimistic approach towards life, and enjoy life despite its occasional disappointments and frustrations.The path to emotional wellness may involve awareness of thoughts and feelings, having a positive attitude, seeking support and expressing emotions in a suitable manner. Setting priorities, accepting mistakes and learning from them are other factors.Practice a few steps like protect your self esteem, take control after a failure, distract yourself from brooding thoughts and find meaning after a loss. Practice physical wellness by doing breathing exercises and manage your daily stress.

Your bmi is 26.77 that means you are over weight. According to your height your weight should not more than 73 kg. You can control or reduce 3-5 kg weight by following a good diet plan & excercise.

Hello. Ask him to take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: Tell him to follow the below points: Regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. Absence of facial hair can be associated with pernicious anaemia, hypothyroidism, inflammatory bowel disease, nutritional deficiency, diabetes, stress. These have to be evaluated. You also have to make a lot of lifestyle changes. Stay away from chemicals like hair dyes, bleaches. Avoid straighteners and hot combs. Stay away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks like coffee and cola since they produce antioxidants which damage free radicals. Exercise regularly for it promotes blood flow and enhances healthy, shiny hair growth. Yoga and meditation help destress. You vil need to take biotin tablets everyday after breakfast. We need to find out cause of fever. One week fever means its other than viral fever. Get blood counts, ear, urine routine microscopy. Till then you can take paracetamol for fever.

These are the methods to treat pimples & dark spots- •Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals
