Hi yunus. had she been pregnant she would not have got her periods. Sometimes hormonal disturbances can also delay periods and cause similar symptoms such as pregnancy. However if in doubt, its best to do a pregnancy test and check.

Dear patient, your husbands semen report is bit not normal---as sperm count is also on lower side as compared to others, and the sperm morphology is also 82% defected. So normal healthy sperms are too low to have pregnency. You need to give him a proper treatment to increase his sperm count and make them healthy to consive pregnency soon. For medicines revert me back.

Why Breast Cancer is No 1 Cancer in India? + How To Avoid it

Why Breast Cancer is No 1 Cancer in India? + How To Avoid it
Why breast cancer is no 1 cancer in india? + how to avoid it

Breast cancer is on the rise in india. Surveys show that every 4 out of 5 indian women suffer from an advanced stage of breast cancer by the time they get themselves examined at the hospital. Urban women are at two times more risk of being diagnosed with breast cancer than rural women. Being overweight, eating unhealthy food, and consuming excessive alcohol or tobacco are some of causes that can make you susceptible to this disease.

How you can avoid breast cancer by being aware.

- dimpling of the skin around the breast or a lump in the breast is the first sign that you should keep an eye out for.
- apart from self-examining your breasts every month for a lump, going for a mammography (an x-ray of the breast) is vital for early detection of the problem.
- consult a gynaecologist before going for the test as its frequency depends on your age and risk factor. About 80-90% of tumours can be traced through this screening.

Breast cancer may run in family. If there is no family history of breast cancer, you start doing mammogram at 40 yrs of age but if there is a family history you start even earlier as advised by your gynaecologist.

Hi , We have very good homeo treatment to irregular periods pains and heavy prolonged bleeding during periods without causing adverse effects. The treatment is very much dependent on detailed description of your complaints- Please intimate? 1. Usual gap between periods 2. Your age 3. Are you married? 4. Any thyroid problem, anemia? 5. Obesity? You may opt for private consultation giving the particulars. To start with, take the following homoeo medicines when the period is expected to commence and the pain is felt- 1. Magnesia phos 200---one dose ( 6 to 7 pills) in the afternoon and one in the evening (These medicines are easily available at nominal rates in any nearby Homoeopathic medical shop) You can stop medicine when the bleeding and pain subsides.. PCOS is due to a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Risk factors include obesity, not enough physical exercise, and a family history of someone with the condition. Diagnosis is based on two of the following three findings: no ovulation, high androgen levels, and ovarian cysts. Cysts may be detectable by ultrasound. Other conditions that produce similar symptoms include , hypothyroidism, and hyperprolactinemia.they need to be ruled out first. Treatment may involve lifestyle changes such as weight loss and exercise. Birth control pills may help with improving the regularity of periods, excess hair, and acne. Efforts to improve fertility include weight loss, clomiphene, or metformin. In vitro fertilization is used by some in whom other measures are not effective. Where PCOS is associated with overweight or obesity, successful weight loss is the most effective method of restoring normal ovulation/menstruation, Not all women with PCOS have difficulty becoming pregnant. For those that do, anovulation or infrequent ovulation is a common cause. Other factors include changed levels of other hormones in body. Like women without PCOS, women with PCOS that are ovulating may be infertile due to other causes, such as tubal blockages due to a history of sexually transmitted diseases. For those women that after weight loss still are anovulatory or for anovulatory lean women, then the ovulation-inducing medications clomiphene citrate and FSH are the principal treatments used to promote ovulation.Previously, the anti-diabetes medication metformin was recommended treatment for anovulation, For women not responsive to clomiphene and diet and lifestyle modification, there are options available including assisted reproductive technology procedures such as controlled ovarian hyperstimulation with follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) injections followed by in vitro fertilisation (IVF)

Guide to Penis Bumps: What to Do When Fordyce Spots Appear?

Guide to Penis Bumps: What to Do When Fordyce Spots Appear?

Guide to Penis Bumps: What to Do When Fordyce Spots Appear

The few inches of skin that wrap around the penis are probably the most inspected bits of tissue located on a man's body. It's easy to imagine how surprised, scared and even panicked a guy might feel when his tool turns up covered with bumps, even if those spots and speckles aren't associated with pain or itching. The very sight of bumps, spots, and other blemishes are often viewed as signs of a partner-transmitted infection or some other serious problem, and men might be desperate to find a penis care solution that can help. Here is one common cause of spots on the penis, as well as some tips for dealing with them.

Glands Gone Wild

In order to understand what Fordyce spots are and how they develop, a quick lesson in skin anatomy is required. Once men really understand what tissues lie just beneath the surface, it's a little easier to understand what might go wrong.

The stretchy, elastic skin of the penis relies on a network of glands - called sebaceous glands - that provide lubricating oils. Throughout the day, these glands release secretions that spread out over the surface of the skin, allowing that tissue to retain moisture and flexibility.

Fordyce spots are nothing more than overactive sebaceous glands that are visible on the surface of the skin. They can appear anywhere on the body, but they are most common around the lips and on the male and female genitals.

What They Look Like?

A classic Fordyce spot is small and round; it's typically just a little lighter than the color of the rest of a man's skin, but it may appear yellowish, pink, or red. They do not bleed, and they are not generally sore, unless they are irritated by squeezing or scratching. Therefore, trying to squeeze the accumulated oil out of them should be avoided.

Treatment for Fordyce spots

While these little spots can be somewhat unsightly, they're also really common. In fact, some dermatologists say that about 80 percent of all adults have spots like this somewhere on their bodies. Simple acceptance of the dots could be a solution for some men, as long as they've been to the doctor and ensured that the spots aren't due to something more serious. In general, Fordyce spots are more obvious to the owner than to any outside observers, so most men can be assured that this dermatological anomaly is not going to be off-putting to a partner.

With that said, any man who is sexually active, whether or not he develops any visible symptoms, should schedule regular checkups to be tested for a variety of partner-transmitted diseases, and safe sex should be practiced for every encounter.

Furthermore, those men who simply cannot live with a dotted penis can visit with a dermatologist and explore other options, including laser surgeries, chemical peels and acid treatments. These steps aren't without risk, of course, and they are not always guaranteed to be effective, but they may offer something of a solution for men who are especially concerned.

On the other hand, men who want to do something about their appearance, but who don't want to jeopardize their junk with serious surgeries or other harsh procedures, might choose to invest in a penis health crème. These products (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) contain softening agents that can help the skin to stay moisturized and silky-smooth, which may help to improve the overall appearance of the penis. A penis that is treated on a daily basis with a nutrient-rich cream is more likely to look and feel at the peak of good health and to provide all the pleasurable sensations that men hope for.

I am married women 33 years old. And I have irregular period for 3 month no pregnancy what should I do. Please advise...
Treatment of irregular periods depends on the cause and your desire to have children in the future. Irregular periods can be caused by many different things. Changes in your body's level of the hormones estrogen and progesterone can disrupt the normal pattern of your period. That's why young girls going through puberty and women approaching menopause commonly have irregular periods. Other common causes of irregular periods include: ? Having an intrauterine device (IUD) ? Changing birth control pills or using certain medications ? Excessive exercise ? Polycystic ovary disease (PCOS) ? Pregnancy or breastfeeding ? Severe scarring (adhesions) of the lining of the uterus, a condition known as Asherman syndrome ? Stress ? Overactive thyroid or hyperthyroidism ? Thickening of or polyps on the uterine lining ? Uterine fibroids Turmeric Being a warming herb, turmeric is also considered helpful in regulating menstruation and balancing hormones. Its emmenagogue properties help stimulate menstrual flow. Moreover, its antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties relieve menstrual pain. ? Consume one-quarter teaspoon of turmeric with milk, honey or jaggery. Take it daily for several weeks or until you see improvement. ? You can also take turmeric in supplement form; consult your doctor for proper dosage.
