You have a combination of many issues that can make anyone depressed. Since you are already on medication, you must now include counseling in the therapy to get the best results. In the meantime you may follow these actions: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake.

Lot of pain in urinary bladder I want advise from you please help me.
1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Pls send ur USG report becoz medication for stones depends upon size number and location of stones and can be given after USG.

I feel excess sleepiness at the time of waking up. I am hardly able to open my eyes, even after I have waken up. Also I am losing my hair very fast. Tiny painful bumps keep forming and when I put my fingers on the scalp, tiny white beads just like soil particles come in my fingers.

Dear lybrate-user It seems you do not have good sleep at night. So only you feeling sleepiness while waking. 1. Do not get tense or anxious for any matters 2. Be calm and relax yourself in all stressful issues 3. Do not take much caffeine at evening. 4. Do not watch the tv late night 5. Do not hang yourself in too much time with mobile and laptop 6. Finish your dinner by 8 pm and go to bed by 10 pm 7. Do not eat too much, beyond your threshold level at night, do not eat much spicy or oily or fatty food at night 8. While going to sleep, calm your mind - relax and sleep Do not take any medicine for sleep, than you will be addicted to it. For hair loss Hair loss is common in this modern society The hair loss are due to various reason 1. Hereditary 2. Stress 3. Inadequate vitamins and proteins 4. Too much breaking down of hair 5. Kindly suggest a solution for uncontrollable urination. Sometimes he face problems like wet bed and difficult to hold urine in winters and rainy seasons. Is it any severe problem. He is in his teens only. There is no other disease or medication right now. Please do advice any medicines for it.

Has he got his blood sugar, Urine for glucose? Ask him to do exercise for muscle of the urinary bladder (to hold urine which tightens the muscles of urinary bladder for few seconds and slowly release the tension or the hold). Do it initially for 1-2 times a day, then gradually increase the frequency upto 5-6 times a day. Revert me back.

Platelets are the smallest colorless cell in the blood which help clotting of blood, platelets clumps together and form clotting to prevent bleeding. Platelets are produced in bonmarrow.

Normal count of platelets is from 1, 50, 000 - 4, 00, 000 in the blood. If number of platelets goes down from 1, 50, 000, in a healthy person, this codition is known as thrombocytopenea, i. E. Less count of platelets in blood is known as'thrombocytopenea.

Sir in d night wen you r going to bed, please emove your dentures nd keep dem in normal tap water, in d morning before wearing dentures you may use a b normal tooth brush and clean dem, no need to apply any paste to dem. Nowadays denture cleanising tablets are also vailabli in market, regrds.

Treatment depends on other associated symptoms too. Take over-the-counter medicine for fever. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. Take adequate rest. If required, consult with reports.

For fair skin first protect your skin by exposure direct sunlight. Cover face. Apply sunscreen lotion. Drink plenty water. Wash your face with good quality face wash in aday two to three times. Apply berberise aqu which is freely available on homoeopathic store.
