Khane se pehle ek glass garam limboo ka pani le. Bahar ki khane ki cheze band kar de. Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal le. Sahi samay pe sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan kabhi nahi badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 4 din kare. Diet ke naam pe ghee, tel, roti, fal chod doge tho kamjor hoge lekin charbi kam nahi hogi.

Hye, thanks for the query. Your height and weight are very dependent on genetics apart from nutrition. Height could be a little difficult at this age but with a good diet and strength training workout you could manage to improve to some level. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Dear lybrateuser, -it is a fact that stress plays a vital role in bp & heart problems & a type a personality is at a higher risk of developing it -to avoid the same in future we have to take precaution in respect of our diet, exercise & stress management -avoid fried, processed, junk food, restrict salt, sugar, pickles, papad -do regular exercise like walking, jogging, cycling for 20-30 min per day, also do yoga, meditation, deep breathing for 5-10 min a day -read, listen to music, follow a hobby to reduce stress.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water.The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: • get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold • staying at home will keep you from spreading germs • drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Humidify the rooms you are in most or your whole house if possible. Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

I am Vijay and I have been facing unsteadiness (feeling imbalance while standing or moving and sometimes sitting) and blurry vision for the last few months. I was having BP (140/100 consistently. I had consulted doctor (general Physician) who had put me to neurologist who prescribed vertin 16 mg and for 2 weeks. I had taken it but in the evenings it would usually be very nervy and imbalance feel. I had also met eye doctor as per general physician advice who prescribed -0.5 eye glasses I started wearing it and I was getting used to it for the last few months. But the still the symptoms were not fully going and I always felt I did not need eye glasses since while wearing it I still felt difficult reading the monitor and could not fix my concentration/focus Again I met General Physician who asked me to take EEG and I had reviewed the reports of the same with General Physician. Doctor suggested that it could be anxiety/depression and gave me duzela 20 mg and CCM Tables (Vitamin, calcium etc) .I tool Duzela foe the last 3-4 months and still taking it and have stopped CCM tablets. I also took quogress for 2 weeks as per doctor advise. I feel a bit relaxed when I lie down for some time and then get up (imbalance goes off) and then comes again. I also feel relatively ok (not completely ok) in the mornings after taking duzela (20 mg) in the night time but after 3 Pm in afternoons I feel uncomfortable. I feel Lighting (visibility) is low for me when I am at office. I have not.

You are having sensitivity issues in your teeth which can be difficult to control at times, for time being use anti sensitivity toothpaste, but I doubt that without adequate diagnosis and treatment by the dentist you will get any relief.

Being alone sometimes is a good thing but if you want to be alone all the time it is a sign of poor social development: no man is an island, and no man can live alone. We are all social animals, gregarious by nature, and we need each other. Relationships are the essence of man: we were conceived because of a relationship, we grew up in our mother?s womb through a parasitic relationship, we desire the relationship of a member of the opposite sex and finally we procreate from that relationship. The final test of a personality is in the social context; a better test of that person is when he with a member of the opposite sex; and the greatest test of your personality is when we bed and board with a member of the opposite sex in marriage. Wow, that is an exhaustive list of why you need to be in relations with others and to enjoy it. Introverts are afraid of people. If you are avoiding other people, it may have something to do with the fear of people. All in all this is not a healthy trend and you must work to get out of this tendency and love and live with others forever. If you want to then meet with a counselor, and/or attend programs that expose you to other people often and in very intimate circumstances to see what happens to you and then work on the issues that disturb you enough to want to avoid them.

Hello, seborrheic dermatitis is a common skin condition that mainly affects your scalp. It causes scaly patches, red skin and stubborn dandruff. Seborrheic dermatitis can also affect oily areas of the body, such as the face, upper chest and back. Seborrheic dermatitis is also called dandruff, seborrheic eczema and seborrheic psoriasis. It isn't contagious, and it's not a sign of poor personal hygiene. Few self-care tips can help you control and manage seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff): soften and remove scales from your hair. Apply mineral oil or olive oil to your scalp. Leave it in for an hour or so. Then comb or brush your hair and wash it. Wash your skin regularly. Rinse the soap completely off your body and scalp. Avoid harsh soaps and use a moisturizer. Avoid products that contain alcohol. These can cause the disease to flare up. Wear smooth-textured cotton clothing. This helps keep air circulating around your skin and reduces irritation. If you have a beard or mustache, consider shaving it off. Seborrheic dermatitis can be worse under mustaches and beards. If this is the case for you, shaving might ease your symptoms. Avoid scratching. Scratching can increase irritation and your risk of infection. Gently clean your eyelids. If your eyelids show signs of redness or scaling, wash them each night with baby shampoo and wipe away scales with a cotton swab. Warm or hot compresses also may help. Use lukewarm water for head wash. Medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's badiaga 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use schwabe's anti-dandruff shampoo and anti-dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 1 month.

Glutathion helps in skin lightening, but Injectable form of glutathion is only approved for the use to treat liver diseases and not for skin lightening because of potential dose related side-effects. 35-40 injections are needed, placed at 2-3 day intervals. Patchy skin may develop over sun-exposed areas after 10-12 injections, which tends to clear after 20-25 injections. The result lasts for almost 1 year and has to be maintained with oral glutathione. A combination therapy of sunscreens and skin lightening creams, oral glutathion, multivitamins and other antioxidants, along with external treatments like chemical peels, mesopeels, electroporation and lasers will help you achieve the best result in minimum time.
