Do hot fomentation twice daily. Postural correction- always sit with a small pillow at your low back. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises like bridging and bhujang asana x twice daily. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees or on your sides with a pillow between your knees. And get vit d levels checked. Go for regular walks follow 30-30 rule when at work. After every 30 min of work. Do 30 sec of stretching or stand and walk a bit.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

Hi you must have a Blood test for ESR, CRP,CBC and liver function test. If your clinical symptoms are controlled and ESR is normal, your doctor may taper dosing and watch with periodical testing if Disease process accentuates or not, if not it can be safely tapered further or ad the need be, switching to simpler meds. I personally, prefer giving only short course of cortisone and anti inflammatory meds for ankylosing spondylitis instead of saaz, that too under acute episodes only. I suggest physical therapy, exercises as mainstay of management with backing by meds in acute flares only best wishes.

Hello, backache causes due to postural defects, stress, anxiety, traumatic injury, more than 50% cases are due to depression, deformity & stiffness of spine. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, angina factors, cholecystitis & insomnia. *smoking & alcohol are directly linked with neck & back pain, it causes disc degeneration of vertebrae. *respect your pain * go for yoga and meditation to nourish vertebrae & back muscle, to ease your back pain. *go for constant movement of back muscle, joints which makes back muscle & spine, flexible. *nowadays meditation & yoga has become the way of life not an exercise, please opt it. #tk, homoeo medicine: @ rhus tox 200-6 pills thrice a day. @ bryonia alb 200-6 pills, thrice. *tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and moisten your back muscle to improve flexibility. *ensure, sound sleep for 7 hrs at least, in d night in d right posture on a hard surface. *your diet b easily digestible on time, don' t, skip your meal. *avoid, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, junkfood, cold intake, exposure to cold, scorching sun. Sitting for a long time on d table. Tk care.

I am 35 years old and suffering from mild pain at back side of pelvic region. Pain do not stay for long. If I remain standing position for long then it starts.

This could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Physiotherapy can help you in here. You need take pain relief modality. Once your pain subsides little you can start with exercises. And gradually progress to strengthening of your muscles.

You are starting to suffer from aamvaata or rheumatism. For this the main thing that you need to do is improve your digestion. If you are able to digest food properly & take light meals, then the progression of disease can be stopped.

Flattening of thoracic curvature ,to some extent .diminution of disc spaces with small osteophytes formation at the adjacent vertebral margins at T4>T8. This happens because foulty sitting posture. You should consult a good physiotherapist nearby and learn some stretching and strengthening exercises. Try to maintain neutral posture while sitting and standing. Avoid continues sitting for more than 30 minutes at a stretch.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same.
