Though clomid can increase chances of multiple pregnancies, but you may not get desired twins. Most often it results in single pregnancy. Ivf can give multiple pregnancies.

Hello, Welcome to Lybrate As per your periods date and cycle. There are two possibilities as 1. You may be pregnant 2. Your periods may be delayed In this condition you have checked by home pregnancy kit and it shows negative. May it possible it shows positive later on. You need to wait for more 3 to 7 days. And then after you need to check again and if it shows positive then its confirmed and if shows negative, advised to not use any medicines for getting periods, please wait and watch till natural periods comes. Hi Doctor, I had sex on 14th day of my menstrual cycle. It was unprotected in the beginning for hardly a minute. Then, he wore a condom. I also took Ipill after 15 hours of the act. Now, it's the 5th day since I took Ipill. But, no bleeding or signs of bleeding yet. Read on internet that even 5-6 seconds of penetration without condom can put you at risk. The fact that I was in fertile period makes me more worried. I have 28 days cycle n regular. Last period was on 19th April. Can I be at risk? We used condom after 5-6 seconds n also took Ipill. Still at risk?

There is always some risk of failure all methods of contraception. But its too early to comment. Given that you have a 28 day cycle, you have to wait for another week or so. If you miss your period you should do urine pregnancy test using a kit available of medical stores.

Exams are a part of education system,everyone has to go through it. But stress not only decrease your performence but make you unhealthy too. Feeling of chest heaviness is an example of it.In your age gp. it is acommon problem. But you need not to worry, every problem has a solution. You can consult some councellar with the help of your parents,teacher or friends. 5 Foods You Should Eat In Winter

1. Root vegetables

Local produce can be hard to find when cold weather inhibits crop growth. But root vegetables like beets, carrots and turnips can withstand the cold, so local farmers can provide fresh produce and you can reap the benefits. Roast carrots for a boost of beta-carotene, or boil turnips for vitamins c and a.

2. Oatmeal

Oatmeal is much more than just a convenient breakfast food; it also provides nutrients that are essential during winter. Oatmeal is high in zinc (important for proper immune function) and soluble fiber (associated with heart health). Although instant oatmeal is more convenient, it is a bit more expensive. To eat healthy on a budget, go with old-fashioned oats.

3. Soup

Soup is winter's perfect food as long as you hold the cream, salt and beef. Look for soup recipes that call for chicken broth, vegetable broth or water as the base and include a lot of vegetables. Pair your soup with a side of 100 percent whole grain crackers for a dose of grains. Don't have any recipes handy? try cleveland clinic's tasty and healthy collard and lentil soup.

4. Tuna

For a suprising alternative to typical comfort foods often loaded with fat and sugar try sushi. Choose rolls lined with tuna or salmon. Both are good sources of vitamin d. Vitamin d deficiency is associated with impaired growth, weakening of the bones and even the risk of heart disease.

5. Broccoli

Aside from getting the flu shot and washing your hands regularly, these cruciferous vegetables may be your top defense against winter sickness. Broccoli and cauliflower are both high in vitamin c, which is associated with enhanced immune function. If you can't find fresh versions, don't fret frozen broccoli and cauliflower are just as nutritious.

Hi, If she is having an active sexual life then of course, first get her pregnancy test done after a week’s time of missed menstrual date to rule out pregnancy as there is release of a hormone called - Human Chorionic Gonadatropin once female gets pregnant. (The test is done with early morning's first urine’ mid-stream).

If you can follow this diet you will start loosing weight very fast. Breakfast= fruits only. Abundant amount. Lunch/dinner= half plate salad, 1 katori sprouts, green vegetables 2 to 3 katori, daal 2 to 3 katori, only 1 roti in one meal. Stop having: milk, milk products, refined foods, packaged food of any kind like bread namkeen buiscuits maida etc. Do light excercise for two hours daily slowly without straining yourself.

Hello- facial hairs in women occur due to hormonal changes (over secretion of male hormone androgens) in the body. >according to ayurveda these changes occur due to improper diet and schedule and can be reversed by correcting your daily regimen. 1) go for a pelvic ultrasound to rule out pcod. 2) perform kapalbhati pranayam. It is beneficial in hormone related disorders. 3) use shatavari powder daily with milk. You have irregular menstrual cycle. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs. Keep your weight normal as compared to your weight. These will help you in your problem.

The monsoon may be a season of joy, but it has also got equal woes. The monsoon brings a lot of health problems along with the rain and clouds. Monsoon is characterized by the thriving of numerous germs and bacteria. The increased humidity causes many disorders in the digestive system.

Keeping yourself dry from rain is not the only way to ensure good health during the monsoon season. 

Here are several tips to stay healthy during the monsoon:

  • Skip having outside food: Avoid street food strictly during the monsoon. Street food like pani poori, bhel poori, pakoras and other chaats may look tempting, but they may contain harmful bacteria, which might affect your digestive system. Furthermore, avoid raw food or cut fruits. All these foods may cause food poisoning. Outside water should be abstained from totally as contaminated monsoon water leads to diseases such as dysentery and cholera.
  • Include vegetables in your diet: You should eat a variety of green and colored vegetables, which are nutrient rich and keep you fit during the monsoon. Wash all vegetables properly before cooking. Blanching of the vegetables disinfects them.
  • Take a shower after getting wet: If you get wet in the rain, you must follow it up with a shower immediately. This washes off any infection that might have passed on from the rain. To avoid fever and cold, do not enter an air-conditioned room with wet clothes or hair.
  • Try to avoid fish: During the monsoon, you should avoid consuming fish and prawns as much as possible, as they may cause infections. Monsoon is the breeding season for fish, and the infection might upset your digestion. Only eat fresh fish.
  • Always stay hydrated: During the monsoon, you must drink a lot of water and keep your system clean. You may have boiled water to get rid of germs. Harmful water may cause stomach disorders. Try having different sorts of herbal tea or green tea. Avoid coffee as it dehydrates your body.
  • Keep your house clean: Your house should be kept clean and pest-free during the monsoon. Check for any water clogging or leaking. Replace any rusted or broken drainpipes as they act as a breeding ground for germs and pests which cause malaria and dengue. Prevent any kind of water logging to keep mosquitoes away.
  • Exercise regularly: Regular exercise is vital to keep yourself healthy, especially in monsoon. Since going out in the rain is impossible, work out at home. Practice yoga and free hand exercises.

Monsoon is the season of various diseases caused from germs and bacteria, which breed during this season. Take all the required precautions to keep yourself healthy during the monsoon.

Mongolian spots are just hyperpigmented spots in newborns which may persist as birth marks. Isolated spots are not hereditary, nor related to any pregnancy disorder. Since you are unable to conceive for last 5 years, it is time you went for HSG test together with semen test of your partner.

Hello, Virginity is not related to menses at all. A girl is a virgin till she has intercourse or the penis penetrates the vagina. However fingering can often cause rupture of hymen, which is labelled as mark of virginity.
