Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine Silicea 30 ( 4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week. 2.Echinacea Q ( 10 drops in half cup of water) thrice a day for a week and revert. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *Get an adequate amount of sleep. *Avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples,it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *Ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *Avoid fried and spicy food. *Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet.

It would be better if you consult any dietitian first to include any supplement only if it is required mean while Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of any thing in difference of 2-3 hours like 1 small stuffed paranthas with curd\ whole eggs\spoon full of desi ghee in dal or with roti, paneer, nuts, sprouts, pulses, chicken etc have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. 8 Ways To Lose Weight Before Wedding

Your wedding day is one of, if not the most special day in your life as you enter a new phase with your partner. One of the most important facets of looking your best during your wedding is to lose weight. Here are some points to remember and abide by when you are trying to lose weight-

  1. Keep the target of losing weight a priority – You will have to ensure that exercising, following a strict diet and all the regimens are strictly adhered to in order to achieve success on this front. This should be started at least a few months before the wedding day so that results are visible on the day itself.

  2. Reduce alcohol intake – Alcohol intake should be reduced as much as possible; bear in mind that it is even more difficult to achieve this as the day comes nearer. Numerous parties and gathering will have an offering of alcohol but it is best if you either abstain from it or severely limit your intake. Even small portions but regular consumption will dampen your efforts to lose weight.

  3. Must have breakfast – Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it is important that you have a healthy and satisfying breakfast to give you energy all day long. If you skip on breakfast, there is a possibility of overcompensating for it during other meals which will slow down weight loss or will contribute to weight gain.

  4. Limit your food intake in various parties – Much before the marriage, you will have to attend as well as host many parties such as showers, bachelor parties, and many others. Foods served in these parties, in most cases, will be very fattening. Thus limit your food intake at various parties or opt for healthy options when you have control over the kind of food to be served.

  5. Try seeking help and support – It is important to have proper mental support when trying to lose weight. There may be enablers in your home who might try to derail you from your goals unknowingly, and it is thus important to have proper support that will help you stay on the path. You could even seek professional support to help achieve your goals.

  6. Reduce Stress – Stress and panic are two of the major contributors to binge eating which contribute to weight gain and thus may slow down or halt your weight loss progress. Mediate daily to reduce and keep stress levels in check.

  7. Don’t Starve – This is a mistake many people make by not eating and over-exercising while trying to lose weight. However, this can rebound and come back to haunt you in a much bigger manner wherein you might end up binge eating. Hence, it is important to not starve and munch on healthy food such as fruits and other low calorie snacks.

  8. Drink plenty of water, which is a very important ingredient in weight loss – An area which you shouldn’t neglect and skimp on, drinking sufficient water is also a necessity in order to achieve your weight loss goals. If you wish to discuss any specific problem, you can consult a dietitian-nutritionist.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Yes of course you can get back to your previous fitness level. You just have to eat a protein rich diet and start exercising for 2-3 months. There is no particular obstacle that will prevent you from reaching your goals. You just have to decide your goal and act accordingly. Additionally, your daily food intake should ideally consist of : a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. I am not able to judge myself what I am going through. I can't stop thoughts racing all over in my mind specially for my life. I become optimism as well as pessimism at the same time. I usually tend to behave in front of everyone like everything is ok but unfortunately whenever I stay alone I can't stop crying pathetically and even sometimes laugh at the jokes on which no one even gives reaction and again I am the only one who become like a foolish person ever. I become so much talkative and want to discuss on any topic with anyone to stay out of stress but no one is able to get awkward behaviour. I had sleepless nights from last three years but 2016 was worst of all. Effects on my health are ridiculous. I don't know how but whenever I got anxiety attacks I guess or whenever I cried a lot feeling lost and without any hope I suffered from constipation a lot. I start drinking excessive of water or eating a lot whenever facing any kind of fear. This year due to constipation and my other health effects like feeling tired always or oversleeping the attendance also became very less. Even I have a very bad habit of biting skin at the side of the nails while thinking curiously about some or the other thing or being nervous at most of the times and specially whenever I study. I want to get rid of all this nonsense. Cannot lead my life like this further anymore.

Hi, Thanks for writing in, welcome to the forum. I think there is an underlying current of mood instability. This could be seen in a variety of conditions including personality styles like borderline personality and in more severe forms, in bipolar disorders. It seems that your problems are mostly in the personality domain but it is very difficult to make an accurate statement without seeing you. I suggest that you should meet a psychiatrist at the earliest and get a proper evaluation done so that the problem can be sorted out. Do not worry! People have much worser problems than this and get better. I am quite confident that with appropriate help you will get better. Take care!

you have two different problems. one is related to digestive system and other to urinary system. your stone size is significant as it may stuck in the ureter and may cause urinary infection or hydronephrosis. for this you need to drink plenty of water and few medications. other problem may be constipation or IBS. you just need to change your dietary pattern. drink plenty of water. avoid spicy and oily food. eat more of green vegetables and fruits

You can do pull ups, cycling, suryanamaskar... But I am not sure that you will have any improvement as after the age of 18 it is difficult to increase height...
