All. Toothpaste have the same basic ingredients only flavouring agents differ n some add floor ride etc so actually it's your choice which ever you choose if your brushing technique is correct you get the desired results.

Hello, as you are a female of 17yrs., so you are left with only 1 yr. more to increase height. Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Gro-up drops/ 10 drops and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after a month for further guidance.

Dear, These are the causes of hair fall: •Acute illness (Typhoid, Malaria, Viral Fever) • Stress • Due to medicines (Anticancer drugs, Radiation therapy) • Due to under nutrition • Use of chemical products (Hair dyes, Hair gels, Bleaching) • Due to pollution For prevention of hair fall follow these instructions:• Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours .Do meditation to destress yourself .You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs..• To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily .It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. * Avoid intake of any medicines because they cause toxicity & hairfall. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo.* Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Take 1/2 teaspoon of Amla powder with water once a day. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. Keep your head covered in sun and pollution.

Congratulations for your baby girl first. 1.1st avoid any kind of painkillers 2. Ask you guynic doc for teaching proper placement of the body on bed 3. Frequently change your position on bed 4. Avail physiotherapy electrical modalities to get rid out of pain like-minded interferential therapy (ift)+moist heat (mht) over your back area. Apply warm water fomentation over seize area. 5. You can use postnatal abdominal support belt 6. Join group exercise class like aerobics/ yoga after 6 months of delivery.

The prevalence of childhood obesity has increased dramatically over the past few decades, and obesity during adolescence is associated with significant medical morbidity during adulthood. Eating disorders and obesity are usually seen as very different problems, but actually share many similarities. Eating disorders (EDs) are the third most common chronic condition in adolescents, after obesity and asthma.

In fact, eating disorders, obesity, and other weight-related disorders may overlap as girls move from one problem, such as unhealthy dieting, to another, such as obesity. Understand the links between eating disorders and obesity and promote healthy attitudes and behaviors related to weight and eating.

What is an Eating Disorder?

Eating Disorders describe illnesses that are characterized by irregular eating habits and severe distress or concern about body weight or shape. Eating disturbances may include inadequate or excessive food intake which can ultimately damage an individual’s well-being. The most common forms of eating disorders include Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorder and affect both females and males.

Signs & Symptoms of an Eating Disorder:

A man or woman suffering from an eating disorder may reveal several signs and symptoms, some which are:

  1. Chronic dieting despite being hazardously underweight
  2. Constant weight fluctuations
  3. Obsession with calories and fat contents of food
  4. Engaging in ritualistic eating patterns, such as cutting food into tiny pieces, eating alone, and/or hiding food
  5. Continued fixation with food, recipes, or cooking; the individual may cook intricate meals for others but refrain from partaking
  6. Depression or lethargic stage
  7. Avoidance of social functions, family and friends. May become isolated and withdrawn
  8. Switching between periods of overeating and fasting

What are the health risks associated with these disorders?

  1. Stunted growth.
  2. Delayed menstruation.
  3. Damage to vital organs such as the heart and brain.
  4. Nutritional deficiencies, including starvation.
  5. Cardiac arrest.
  6. Emotional problems such as depression and anxiety.

What is Obesity?

Obesity means being overweight by the accumulation of excess fat within the body. Obesity is defined to some extent by measuring Body Mass Index (BMI). People become obese by consumption of excess calories, imbalance between calories intake and calories outgoing, leading a sedentary life, lack of sleep , disturbances in lipid metabolism and intake of medications that put on obese.

What are the risks associated with obesity?

Obesity increases the risk for:

  1. High blood pressure
  2. Stroke
  3. Cardiovascular disease
  4. Gallbladder disease
  5. Diabetes
  6. Respiratory problems
  7. Arthritis
  8. Cancer
  9. Emotional problems such as depression and anxiety

How eating disorder and obesity are related?

Eating disorders and obesity are part of a range of weight-related problems.

  1. Body dissatisfaction and unhealthy dieting practices are linked to the development of eating disorders, obesity, and other problems.
  2. Binge eating is common among people with eating disorders and people who are obese.
  3. Depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders are associated with both eating disorders and obesity.
  4. The environment may contribute to both eating disorders and obesity.

Healp adolescents develop healthy eating habits:

  • Healp children learn to control their own eating.
  • Offer children a variety of healthy foods at meal and snack times.
  • Eat dinner together as a family most days of the week.
  • Be aware of your child's emotional health or else consult a psychologist
  • Encourage children to participate in sports, dance, swimming and other physical activities.
  • Counteract harmful media messages about body image.

Alovera and amla juice each 3tsf bdac together. It is highly rejuvinant tonic. It also good immunomodulator. Good uterine tonic aloevera. Amla is the best sourse of iron and vit c also.

Past two months I suffered from fever so admitted in hospitals took all scans and later came to know rat fever and pneumonia took treatment for dat jus a weak got recovered and discharged bt still am suffering from vomiting body pain. Yes being obsessed with having a heart disease is a problem. Eat healthy, exercise moderately and keep bp and blood sugar and lipid profile under control. Eat everything available according to seasons. Don't go out of the way to buy a particular fruit or vegetables. Less fats of good quality like mustard oil, saute and cook with steam using chat masala type of flavours and tomatoes purries to thicken the gravies instead of fried onions giving floating with oil curries and some homes prefer it this way only but habits of family needs a change so that nobody feels like a patient or a special person reminding about risk to heart. Eat vitamins and minerals through fresh fruits and vegetables of the season. Eg cucumber in summer and carrots in winters but use fresh lemon juice and honey for 365 days. Little salt and sugar despite bp and sugars under control. Eat few nuts everyday to get protein and good fats. Exercise in moderation like walking for few miles according to your capacity. Don't compare with others. Di practice yoga and meditation to reduce day to day stress.

Increase vitamin c in your diet. You can also take curd during daytime. Decrease your sugar/sweets intake. Avoid moistness and keep the vaginal area dry. Take buttermilk. Consume raw garlic early morning with luke warm water.

I am 21 years old actually I have a doubt my sis got a prblm every mnth she had a normal periods at the 1st week of every mnth but this mnth also she got a periods of this mnth of 1st week then again she getting periods of 19th date of this mnth, y she got two times periods of this mnth only, at the same time she is suffering with back pain also, will you please Suggest her.

If she does not have any chance of pregnancy, then it may be breakthrough bleeding due to slight hormonal variation. Else it could be a polyp or fibroid from the uterus. Thirdly it could be an ulcer at the mouth of the uterus. If it is plainly due to hormonal imbalance then it may not happen again. If it happens again then she has to meet a gynaecologist for full examination.

dear hardik, for gastro problem ask you father to have a walk after every meal drinking more water will avoid gas problems. and for back pain apply heat fermentation twice a day for a week. if still feels pain then take ultrasonic therapy for back pain.

U have to treat cyst first to concieve. May times cyst goes with periods. Thought I'd write a little update! 7 weeks post op today. I had a go at hoovering, and mopping on Sunday morning. Unfortunately had to quickly dry floor with towel as visitors appeared. The foot swings trying to dry floor put me back a little, could barely walk in evening. However have recovered.

Good to know that you have recovered. Internal stich take 8 weeks to heal. But in your case unintentional accident did make you uncomfortable but lucky you came out if it. Carry on with daily routine depending upon your stamina.

Dear, *Tips and treatment in Ayurveda for Pimples: 1. Thorough wash by lukewarm water three or four times a day 2. Bloods purifying and detoxifying herbs possessing astringent and bitter tastes. Astringent taste helps to dry up the oil (cebum) and bitters like neem, turmeric etc have anti-bacterial effect, they cleanse the acne and heal it quick. 3.
