You may take belladona 30 merc. Sol 30 thrice a day alternatively (five drops of each medicine in water). For two days.

Measure your temperature and tell me reading Avoid exertion Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc Get CBC checked and review with reports consult privately

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hello stomach pain can be from various causes. Gastritis, ulcer, infection, bloating due to gas, constipation, intestinal parasites, obstruction, renal stone, gallbladder stone, etc. Kindly get a consultation from a physician for a diagnosis and treatment. Antispasmodics and pain killers and antacid may provide relief depending on the type of problem.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Sarswatarishta 4 tsp after lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

My skin doc prescribed me minonil er 65. (minocycline) for 20 days. But still no relief from pimples. I have not eaten any fast food or food from outside the house .still I have pimples. Tell me please how to cure it? I eat only healthy food with healthy oil in home no stupid diet. Just 3 times meal and fruits and twice milk .and still I have pimples. Please help me. This problem is dragging me to depression :(should I continue eating the medicine for week more? Help please.

Dear Lybrate user avoid facewashes and creams use gram fluor and turmeric instead ,eat more vegetables and whole fruits ,drink plenty of water, since pimples depend on many internal factors it needs an internal medicinal treatment for cure.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

Hi, hairfall has many causes: 1) anemia 2) experimenting with hair using streaking, blowdrying. 3) imbalanced diet or a diet low in protein 4) stress 5) physical or emotional shock. 6) post typhoid, hypothyroidism. Treatment: 1) try jaborandi homoeopathic hair oil (sbl). Mix oil with 1 egg and apply on the scalp and hair. Leave for half an hour. Take a towel dipped in lukewarm water and wrap around your scalp. Repeat 2-3 times. 2) also take a high protein diet -paneer, soyabean, fish, chicken, pulses for good hair lustre. 3) do not blow dry your hair, let them dry naturally and do not comb wet hair. 4) use hair cholestrol as a conditioner to give smoothness and volume to your hair. Revert back for any further questions.

I am prescribing you the best natural treatment: start drinking cow milk twice a day in morning and before sleeping, put 1 table spoon cow ghee in your milk and half table spoon haldi (turmeric), firstly the white discharge will stop coming, you will have a healthy baby, thirdly delivery will be normal not cesarean. Eat all green vegetables if you have stone problem avoid spinach and beetroot, in fruits eat apple, banana, grapes, you can consume frsh juices also not tetra packs, drink 3 to 4 liters water everyday and make sure you are not drinking water after meals, drink water after 90 minutes of your meals, do lots of pranayam, the best uterus exercise is atta peesne ki chakki, if you can purchase atta peesne ki chakki, it will be best for you, you can use it till 7 th month pregnancy. Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly. This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your pregnancy. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at ph7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal). Thanks.

You should follow some regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and meditation. He has not to drink alcohol and night awakening. Use hot water sipping boiled with ginger and tulasi leaves will help him for releasing stress.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.
