Hi Sir, I am suffering from nightfall from Dec 2016 and I am fighting positively with this problem. As a result of it there is almost control of about 80%. I m taking purshabab chandraprabha vati quars jiryan and calcium tablet calcipe ral and shank vati Capsules Aswal plus. Any other please recommend. I feel sleepy very much. It cause backbone pain stomach pain leg pain in joints .I cannot able to compete with the physical effective test. Tell me how can this can be completely control nob.

Take rest for two days. Don't look at any screen of tv, mobile, or computor. Drink water, eat only fruits and natural or home made food and just listen to work. It is related to stress. So go for a 10 days holidays to a hill station.

You should have proper sleep hygiene. Sleep at same time daily. No coffee or tea after 3 pm set the room temp at 70 degrees farenheit take a bath 2 hrs before sleep with epsom salt use diffuser with lavender essential oils in bed room lack of proper sleep is the trigger factor for chronic lifestyle diseases.

You need to have blood tests, especially thyroid and other hormonal tests to find the reason. The symptoms you say is very common in hyperthyroidism.
