Banana with milk is slow poison so do not take it. For weight take following remedies I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Hello sir, I am overweight. And presently to lose weight. I am taking hot water with one teaspoon. Honey and lemon and some yoga exercises for 20 minutes. And 30 minute walking in the evening. Also I am taking hot water after every meal. Can this help me out to reduce my weight.

Hi. It is not normal. Do kegal exercise. Kegal exercise designed to strength your pelvis floor muscles. It helps also in increase size of penis. Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Having PCOS plus my prolactin level is higher. Trying to conceive from 2 years but no luck at all. Dr. suggested weight loss but that is also not happening. Having few doubt as I heard dairy product is not allowed can I have curd. N spices like only green chilly It become difficult to eat without this both. Even I have to avoid sugars? As prolactin level is high I am confused. please reply as my Dr. is out of country And thanks in advance.

On a weight loss programme, you want your body to get most of its energy from fat rather than carbohydrates. In fact, what you want your body to do is to feed on its fat stores. In order for your body to start doing this, your carbohydrate intake will have to be restricted, however, still leaving enough to form glucose for your brain. These can be substituted with either ground provisions, steamed vegetables, vegetable juices or fruits, although it's always best to eat the fruits rather than drink the fruit juices. Try to reduce the amount of fatty and oily foods in your diet. Your overall aim is to be healthy and reduce your calorie intake. As such, you need to start or increase your exercise programme. If you are just starting your exercise programme, it is best to start slowly at first and then gradually increase as you go along.

You have not mentioned what 75 you are taking! if it is for thyroid problem then you shed repeat the test consult your dic for the dosage!
