You have gum disease known as gingivitis with plaque deposition. Scaling will help you in this regard. Use crest toothpaste to control plaque. Smoking can also lead to foul smell. Try to quit this habit as this can cause lots of dental and oral problems rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash three times a day after each meal.

Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

You need to get scaling (cleaning) done so as to remove all the plaque and calculus, the gum bleeding, pus (if any) and bad breath would regress over a period of 10-15 days. Also do clean your tongue properly and use a good mouthwash as well. Visit a dentist.

You have two options. The gaping can be filled with cement. If the gap is more you need to get new bridge. Second option is the best.

Hi. I have cracks on my teeth. Front teeth. 2 upper and 2 lower. I'm so worried. Please tell me any solution.

Hi. I have cracks on my teeth. Front teeth. 2 upper and 2 lower. I'm so worried. Please tell me any solution.
Dear Lybrate user, are those cracks due to any previous or recent injury or trauma to the teeth or otherwise? If the cracked teeth are not hurting, no need to worry. But at times, cracked teeth are prone to sensitivity because of damaged enamel in the area. You can get it examined at your local dentist. If there is no proper fracture of teeth, you can just use any anti-sensitivity toothpaste like colgate or sensodyne in that area. If you're not satisfied with the appearance of cracked teeth, they can be easily amended by using tooth colored filling/composites, laminates or veneers. But a thorough dental checkup with an xray is required.

I'm 22 year old. My problem is I have drink in ice so my teeth is pain and my Head is pain.

I'm 22 year old. My problem is I have drink in ice so my teeth is pain and my Head is pain.
The type of treatment you have for toothache /sensitivity/swelling will depend on the cause of the pain, so your dentist will examine your mouth and may carry out an X-ray to try to identify the problem. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by tooth decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by a loose or broken filling, the filling will be taken out, any decay will be removed and a new filling put in place. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling can't be treated using these methods, or if your tooth is impacted (wedged between another tooth and your jaw), it may need to be removed. Hi lybrate-user, if its very minor correction it can be done without braces by doing a smile makeover by giving caps or laminates. But if its major correction then braces is best option.

There is pain in my molar teeth of upper left side of my mouth it is not possible to chew anything with left side.

Hi you may want a root canal to ease your pain if the cavity is very deep. If the cavity is small and not deep a filling will do.
